Would highly recommend.

I can't fault the care that our son receives. Staff are caring and enthusiastic and have always responded to any query or observation quickly and professionally. Our son enjoys his time here and talks about the activities and outings he has enjoyed; most recently he's been trying out 'peer massage' on us all.

Wonderful ladies always offer a welcoming environment for my children who are always happy to be there. Great variety of outdoor areas where children can explore and have lots of fun. I've had a lovely 4 years with this setting. Thank you!

Both of my children have had very positive experiences with the team at Kids Planet. It's attached to the First School and the staff work really hard to provide a supportive and complimentary experience to the nursery school. Everyone I've met is friendly and helpful and the managers are flexible and proactive in their approach. The nursery is an excellent addition to the school!

The staff are all lovely and caring and have great relationships with the children. They always do engaging activities (from what I can gather) and I like to see the photos of what the children have been doing. I thought it was wonderful that the children had two outdoor trips before Christmas - to the library and the food bank. Really rich experience for my daughter. There's always plenty of activities to keep my children busy and entertained and they have good friendship groups as there are lots of other children that attend.

Southridge Kids Planet has been absolutely outstanding in the care of my little girl. Making her feel so welcome and her progression and social skills have really come on since going. She's always coming back having made things, drawing pictures, and loads of other activities. They are great for keeping you updated on the day-to-day activities. I highly recommend it here as we have had nothing but a great experience.

My son enjoys going to wraparound, they constantly have different activities to engage him. He loves the staff and runs in every day with a smile. The staff are very approachable and always happy to help with any queries.

A great wrap-around centre for our 3 children. The children always skip into the Kids Planet in the morning and it is a struggle to get them to leave. Managers are great and respond very promptly to any questions and concerns.

Though we are updated via the app there isn't anywhere to explain the 'range' or 'grading' of lots of different subjects within the learning side of play and crafts. Always brings home lots of artwork. Overall, extremely happy with the care and nurturing of my child, never had any issues.

Excellent staff that really takes time to get to know the children. I feel happy leaving my daughter at Kids Planet which enables me to focus at work without worrying about my daughter which is a testament to the staff. They offer varied activities and my daughter loves her three afternoons at Kids Planet!

My son has been attending for 3 years now, he absolutely loves it! The staff are lovely and really care. They always provide a safe, educational and fun environment for the children! Would definitely recommend it!

My grandson began wraparound care aged 3 years and 1 week. At first, he was apprehensive going in but the care and patience of the staff ensured that after that as soon as the gates opened he was first in and ran ahead of me. The staff are wonderful, caring, professional and doing everything to ensure the children are safe, happy, cared for and there are lots of different and interesting activities for the children.

There are members have staff that have been with him from the early days and the feeling that he is happy and content in their care definitely filters through. He talks very fondly of the staff in particular who is the setting manager. If I have any concerns the manager has always been able to address them quickly and comfortably. Their communication is excellent.

After moving our 3-year-old daughter from another private nursery to wrap-around we have realised how much better an experience nursery can be for our daughter. She has excelled since joining and looks forward to going into nursery each day. All of the staff knew our daughter, her preferences and challenges within a few days and all questions and information is noted and acted upon quickly. Children appear always supported and treated fairly. The team also set clear boundaries and expectations as to behaviour and values from the children.

Our children have enjoyed all of the facilities and activities available to them, particularly the outdoor space. Both of our children made great progress at wraparound, particularly in their social skills. Both have made lovely friendships. The manager and the staff couldn't be more helpful and caring, our children love them. Parents are always made to feel part of the community too.

My daughter first attended another nursery and transitioned to the wraparound and Children's Choice Southridge. She has come on leaps and bounds and loves all of the staff. They complete many activities, making each day exciting. Definitely recommend!
