Flower Pots Day Nursery (Tring)

As a mom, finding the right nursery felt like a huge decision - but I can honestly say that choosing Flower Pots Nursery in Tring was the best choice we could have made for our little one. Our baby started in the Baby Room a few months ago, and from the very first day, the warmth and professionalism of the staff put me completely at ease. The team there is not only incredibly caring and attentive, but they've taken the time to really get to know our child - their personality, their routines, and what makes them feel comfortable. The Baby Room itself is such a calm, nurturing space. It's bright, well-equipped, and feels more like a cosy home than a daycare setting. The daily activities are varied and thoughtful - from sensory play to outdoor time in the garden - and I've been amazed at how much our little one has developed in such a short time. The staff are great at updating us on their day, with photos and notes that really help us feel involved.

Our daughter has been going to this nursery for over 2yrs and we couldn't be happier with the service. Our daughter is happy and has a great bond with the staff who are kind and attentive. The manager is excellent and the nursery is very well run with great communication so we know how our daughter has spent her days.

Our little boy has been at Flower Pots since Nov 23 and loves his days at nursery. We've been really happy with the staff, who are all kind and caring and the food selection and daily activities are very good and varied.

Flower Pots Tring is an excellent nursery run by very competent and personable staff. Our son has had an excellent experience there and we have been kept well informed of everything going on at the nursery since our son started.

My daughter who started at Flower Pots in the New Year (January 2025) enjoys her time and has developed so much since starting there at age 2 and half, at first I felt overwhelmed (and so did she) but Flower Pots helped so much in terms of settling her into a routine and ensuring she is not only well looked after but that she enjoys her time there as well. After only a few months you can tell such a difference. I adore the fact that my daughter comes home charting away about her day and about her friends! Flower Pots are very supportive, understanding, patient and caring. The staff are wonderful , supportive and very encouraging. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Flower Pots Tring.

I have 2 children at Flower Pots and they have provided great care for both of them. They are provide a really nurturing environment for babies, with lots of stimulation through activities and playtime in the gardens. For my eldest (now 4) the practitioners are really engaging in helping the children learn in preparation for school and building their confidence. They also do lots of fun activities, games and play time in the garden too. Via the app, we receive daily updates on activities, meals, sleep, lots of photos and frequent development observations too. I would highly recommend.

My Son has attended Flower Pots Nursery in Tring since it opened in 2022. The staff at the nursery helped me with the weaning of my child when I had no idea of how to do so, giving me ideas and support throughout this journey which I really appreciated being a first time mother. Throughout his journey at Flower Pots, I have received amazing and detailed reports and observations of him showing how he is comfortable and he enjoys his time at nursery giving me ease throughout my day. One thing I enjoy about sending my child to Flower Pots in Tring is the photos you receive on each of their days they attend the nursery where you can look at them whilst you're away from them and equally as enjoyable when you rekindle at the end of your working day. I highly recommend sending your child to Flower Pots Tring.

Our son has been with Flowerpots Tring since January 2023 when he was just 7 months old. He is now 3 and thriving in the pre schoolers room. The practitioners have played a pivotal role in all of our sons milestones. They have been a huge support when needed to both our son and sometimes a tearful first time mum! He throughly enjoys his time at nursery, and has learnt so much in such a short space of time along with so many excellent social skills that will set him up to start school life in just over a year. The patience and kindness all of the staff have shown us has been simply amazing. We highly recommend Flowerpots Tring if you are thinking of sending your little one to nursery.

Our son has been at Flower Pots, Tring for almost a year (starting when he was ten months old). Being a first time Mum, I was very nervous about leaving my son at nursery and returning to work. However Flower Pots made the transition a positive experience, providing regular updates throughout the day on the app. Our son has built a lovely relationship with several carers within Babies, and I am sure that he will miss them when he moves to Toddlers next month. He has developed so much since attending nursery and we are so grateful for all the care and support that he has received whilst at nursery. The activities provided offer great variety and he eats and sleeps well while there. It is a well managed nursery and all the staff that we have encountered are very friendly. I would definitely recommend Flower Pots

He started at Flowerpots in Tring aged 2.5 diagnosed with Autism, non-speaking, in his own world and they made him feel part of the crew and worked incredibly hard with him independently too. The staff are so loving and nurturing and he went in so happy everyday. My daughter is there now - currently in the toddler room and loves it too. The activities they provide are great, the outdoor space is brilliant and the food is varied and healthy. Can't rate it high enough and I personally want to say thank you for all your hard work and dedication.

Choosing where to send our little one to was a stressful time when my maternity leave ended. As a professional working in a Children's Services, I was worried about the level of care and stimulation provided by local nurseries but when we took a tour around Flowerpots, we knew we'd found the right place.

Staff across the nursery have always made us feel assured that our little one not only had his basic care needs met, but he is stimulated and has the space to be himself! The staff are creative and kind and instill in our son the same values we do at home, empathy, kindness and a love of learning.

The staff have supported our son from learning to walk and talk, potty training and now phonics. They respond quickly to our concerns and are always happy to take our lead about how we'd like our son to be raised.

We could not recommend them enough.

We're very happy with the care provided by Flower Pots since our daughter started there in January. The nursery is located in a beautiful house just off the high street and has a lovely garden. On sunny/warmer days the children are collected from the garden, it's lovely to see them happy and playing.

Flowerpots has offered wonderful care and support for our two daughters, one of whom is still there now. We felt the Nursery Practitioner in the classroom played a huge role in helping our eldest prepare for school and go in with confidence and a love for learning. Meanwhile, our youngest joined at one, settled quickly and loves going in to see the team and join in with the various activities. The staff are always friendly and the management team are super responsive if we ever have enquiries on extra sessions etc. Thank you to the team!

My daughters are at Flower Pots Tring and I can't rate it more highly. The staff are excellent and have been brilliant supporting us and putting arrangements in place relating to a health issue. More broadly the nursery provides a great variety of activities and meals and both my girls love it there. Would definitely recommend.

Flower Pots is such a happy and welcoming place for my child to attend. They've always gone the extra mile for my child who has special educational needs & have been so supportive throughout all those challenges.
