GBNFC at The Chinnbrook Centre

My daughter has been there since 2 years old and is now 4. She was behind when she started but the nursery helped massively and got her on track with her speech and development stills. My son also started when he was 2 and both rooms are amazing. My children always talk about the staff so I know how much they like going to the nursery. Thank you so much for welcoming and helping both my children.

The nursery and all of the staff have helped our little girl grow and flourish, overcoming nerves and being able to perform in the Christmas carols. The love and dedication of the staff and especially each child’s key worker shows in the commitment and communication they show.

My son has been attending this nursery since he was 2, and the staff made me feel so reassured and confident about leaving him in their care. My son made such a strong connection with all the staff, they had helped me through the toddler stage and supported me throughout potty training. When he moved up to preschool I was worried about the change, however, all the staff were so supportive and they all ensured to build a bond with my son and myself. The manager and the reception staff were always there to help me as a mother whenever I personally went through difficult times, they took the time out and spoke to me and made sure I was okay. I have had such an amazing experience in this nursery and will be sad for my son to leave to go to school in September.

Fantastic environment for the kids. Staff are always welcoming and able to accommodate to children's needs. They go above and beyond to ensure the children's safety and inform parents of everyday activities children do.

My twin girls currently go here and I couldn't rate it any higher. The staff go above and beyond and are all really friendly and supportive. When we first started it was very emotional and they helped us feel comfortable every step of the way. The nursery/preschool areas have lots of different activities which are changed often, great outdoor areas and they often go out and about to the library, local stables etc. I'm so happy we decided to bring the girls here they have really come so far since joining!

In all of my interactions with the staff at the nursery, they are helpful, patient, knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. The environment is perfect, exactly what we were looking for, with a broad range of real-life resources and activities. The space is a lot bigger than many nurseries and the price is even more reasonable. I really like the curiosity approach and the focus on a fun well-being programme. The updates on the app have been really valuable and I feel like I receive a good amount of information. I have been invited into the nursery numerous times for workshops, events, parent consultation evenings and to read to the children. It's also really valuable to have tasks set for us to focus on at home. My daughter took a while to settle due to separation anxiety and the plan to help was tailored to her as an individual putting her needs first. She has developed a lot already. It feels like a partnership and as though we are working together for the benefit of my daughter.
