Magnolia Tree Day Nursery

My Son has been attending Magnolia Tree since he was about 9 months old and truly feels like a family to him and us. The staff has always gone above and beyond for any of my Son's needs, we get daily detailed information on how he spend his day, what he had for food and what learning/activities they had. The Nursery was extremely helpful identify and support us on our journey through an Autism diagnosis and the support for all of my child's needs has truly made a significant impact on his development. Steph is a phenomenal manager and always finds time to help with anything needed and all staff is really fantastic! I couldn't praise them enough. Thank you all for being so wonderful!

My little one has been going to Magnolia tree day nursery from April 2026 from when she was 14 mo. The staff were so patient and calm when handling her in her settling sessions. It took her more than a month to settle fully but the staff handled her very well which was very assuring for me as an anxious parent. There was no looking back once she started to settle and has been learning and thriving in there. I genuinely appreciate the nursery when they take time to tell me how her day was and what she ate etc every day. My little one thoroughly enjoys her nursery time. Keep up the good work staff !

My daughter has been going to the nursery since she was 8 months. I was very nervous at first and all the staff were so friendly and caring and helped make the transition easier. She settled really quickly and absolutely loves being there. All the staff are so dedicated and caring. They go above and beyond to keep me updated and reassured and work with me when there are things going on at home.

As a first time solo Mum I didn't know what to expect from a nursery beyond somewhere safe for my daughter to be while I was at work but it is so much more, the staff make such efforts to always do interesting and fun activities. She has developed in leaps and bounds, made friends and increased confidence and I feel secure and happy knowing she is thriving there.

It's hard to put into words just how grateful we are to everyone at the nursery. Our son started here when he was just 8 months old, and now, as he gets ready to leave preschool and begin his next adventure, we're feeling incredibly emotional.

Leaving my tiny baby to return to work was one of the hardest things, but from day one, every single member of staff made me feel completely at ease. Knowing he was in such loving, caring, and capable hands meant everything to me.

Over the years, every teacher he has had has been absolutely amazing. They have helped him grow into the happy, confident, kind, and curious little boy he is today. The care, patience, encouragement, and genuine love they show every child is truly special, and we will always be thankful for everything they have done for him.

The nursery has been such a huge part of our lives for the past few years, and saying goodbye is going to be incredibly sad. We will miss all of the wonderful staff so much!!

Magnolia Tree is such a brilliant nursery! Our daughter has grown up there, arriving as a one year old all the way through to leaving for school as an independent 4 year old. The staff have been outstanding, friendly and highly supportive of our daughter, especially in her final year. The garden has grown and expanded into a lovely space since we've been there complete with pond, allotment and renovated, clean and safe play area. I only deducted a star as I would like to have seen more trips outside of the nursery, a switch back to the old app which was more user friendly and the inside flooring and decor is a bit tired although I know budgets are always difficult. I would thoroughly recommend this nursery it has been an incredible experience for us. We will really miss you!

My little boy started in April '26 and after a few sad drop offs my boy has settled so well. Staff are caring and really get to know him. Having been an early years educator myself I knew what I was looking for in a setting and they really delivered. The feedback I get is meaningful and care he receives is superb. Each week I get an overview of what activities he's done and each day a few photos of him playing and doing those activities. The care put behind each activity is really helping my son excel. Thank you to the baby room staff Ellie and Shannon (his fabulous key worker) you are amazing!

My son has been at Magnolia tree since 11 months old and is now in the pre-school class. Since starting at the setting he has always come home with a smile, telling us about his day and all his friends. His development has been excellent in the setting from learning sign language when he was in the baby room to his speech in the toddler room and now in pre school he is counting, learning about the wider world. We had picked magnolia tree for the large garden space, opportunity to grow plants and vegetables plus the fact they offered the extra prophetic classes (my son gets very excited about Robot Reg day). The staff know our family well and with our daughter soon to be joining makes the transition comforting, my son has always been happy laugnursery manager Steph is a great leader organising time for families to come in and see first hand, whether it's in the garden for a picnic or Christmas activities. It's mid tier in costs but the options of what you can apply funding too is great

Both of our children have attended Magnolia Tree over the last 4 years - they had a wonderful time! We have really appreciated how the nursery staff have supported our children's development and helping to shape the curiosity and appreciation of the world around them.

I have been really happy and grateful for this nursery for my 15 month old. The staff are always very friendly and my daughter responds really well to them. They do a variety of really interesting activities, go out in their spacious garden almost daily, provide healthy, varied meals and give very thorough handovers. My daughter settled in quickly and I feel completely at ease leaving her in their capable hands.

Our son has been at Magnolia Tree 3x/week since 9 months old, and really loves it. We love the daily photo updates, and hearing about all of the activities he gets to do. His development has exploded, and we are amazed at how much he seems to learn at nursery. We are very appreciative to be able to have early drop-off and late pick-up, as this really helps us with work. Huge thank you to all of the staff at Magnolia Tree for helping our son to flourish.

The morning handover is always kept positive and calm as is the pick up, where the staff go through their day, everything they ate, how they slept and what they did. I'm always very impressed with how knowledgeable they are, and I leave knowing my son has had lots of fun! I would highly recommend this nursery, I'm very happy and my son absolutely loves it!

It's great that the nursery schedule in the peripatetic classes to broaden the children's experiences. You can see how engaged the children are and how much they enjoy participating.

My son has been at Magnolia Tree since he was six months old. He is starting school this September as a happy and confident four year old, well prepared for this next stage in his life. We have always been really happy, at every stage the staff have been wonderful and we have always felt that our son was well cared for. The garden is fantastic, they spend lots of time outside, doing a range of activities every day which he has always loved.

My son has been going to Magnolia Tree since he was 1 and we couldn't rate it more. The building has a spacious layout with a good ratio of children so it never feels crowded. The area is clean with a wonderful selection of toys and books. The newly refurbished garden is such a beautiful space, and I feel so lucky that he has such a large outdoor space to play in. The staff are all brilliant, so friendly and attentive, he has made some real connections with them over the years. The menu is great, I know he eats so well whilst he's there. My daughter is about to start there and I am looking forward to her receiving the same experience as he has, and couldn't recommend this nursery more.

Our child has been settled and happy at Magnolia Tree since they started. The staff are friendly and professional and I feel that my child is totally safe in their care. They have lots of little friends to play with and they all seem happy when we come and collect them. My child has progressed with their learning and their social skills and Magnolia Tree have been a large part of that. The nursery is well managed and easy to communicate with when needed. Overall we're really happy :)

The staff in the ladybird room (and extended) are always attentive and care for my child. I am always filled in about their day and any highs and lows that happened. It's really great to see how much my child has learned since they started and how they use their new knowledge when they are at home too! One member of staff in particular goes above my expectations and is excellent at communicating with me. I am really glad that we chose Magnolia Tree for our nursery and I believe this is truly reflected in our child's character and development.

Lovely staff who you can tell truly care for and want the best for the children, taking joy from watching them grow and progress. Lots of outdoor time, healthy food, creative activities and friendly faces. The only thing that would make it better, like all nurseries would be more staff per child but this is not always financially possible and I think they do so incredibly well with the numbers they have.

My son has been attending Magnolia Tree Day nursery for almost 3 years. We absolutely love it here and our one year old daughter has just started as well. They go above and beyond to make sure that our children are well taken care of and happy. We love that they offer a pescatarian menu so they never feel left out. They also have so many wonderful activities and entertainment that keeps their days exciting and different. We also love the big beautiful garden. We love being part of the community that Magnolia Tree Day nursery offers.
