My 7 month old baby started his settles in February and now does full time at nursery and we could not be happier with the service provided.
The staff are extremely attentive to my baby and his needs, they keep me and my partner updated through the app with lots of photos and messages which is very
reassuring for an anxious first time mumma!
The outdoor space is lovely and has a variety of activities to explore.
The staff are extremely warm and kind and I get a really nice family feel in the setting.
We are so happy with the nursery we have chosen!

My child started in February and we have been extremely pleased with the care and provisions that is provided for all ages but especially in the baby room as that is where my baby is.

After a year of maternity leave, I was very nervous sending my child to nursery. I didn't know what to expect and I just wanted the transition to be pain free and give me confidence. The staff at House on the Dials immediately put me at ease. They are caring and diligent and have always gone above
and beyond in their professionalism. This sector does not get the recognition it deserves. My children are happy to go in and that's been one of many signs that we chose the right nursery.

I have one child in the nursery and another in the pre-school. Both had an incredibly smooth settling-in period. From the very start, they were welcomed with warmth and genuine care. They are both thriving and can't wait to go in each morning - so much so that they're disappointed when it's the weekend!
Every member of staff is truly invested in the children's development and happiness. It's a real privilege to be part of such a wonderful setting.

Our son settled in very quickly and is happy and excited to come to nursery. He seems to have a really good bond with his key worker, other staff, and the other children. All interactions we have had with staff have been positive and highly professional. It is lovely to see our son's continued and rapid

Our son started in January at 10 months and has been thriving! He's only doing 2 days, but at the end of each day he's always smiling and content- he also sleeps well so we know he's getting a good amount of stimulation through the day! Our key workers are supporting him through his weaning and we can
see lots of development since he's been socialising with the other babies (he's started crawling too!)
Really happy so far and this experience has really put us at ease knowing he's safe and happy

My son has been at the Nest Hanover from a young age, experiencing the baby and toddler rooms, and it keeps on getting better and better thanks to all sorts of enrichments applied to the curriculum and works done in the setting. The staff has been pretty much the same since we joined (a very good sign)
and each single person is great, truly knows and cares about every child's happiness and development. My son always jumps in the arms of whoever opens the door in the morning.

Our son has attended The Nest for nearly three years now since he was 11 months old, and we are so happy with the care he has received in that time. He settled very quickly due to amazing support from staff in the under 2s room upstairs, which is a lovely space & was brilliant for him in the summer
particularly at it's air conditioned.
The main downstairs space was renovated recently and our son absolutely adores it. There are lots of distinct role play areas including a vet and a shop, and he always talks about how much he loves the toys and activities.
We have found there to be a low turnover of staff compared to some nurseries, and this has allowed our son to develop really strong relationships with the adults working there and they all know his needs really well.
We have always felt that the care he has received from The Nest is excellent, and we will be sending his younger brother to The Nest without hesitation.

My son has been with the nest since he was 10months old. So he has been in all the age groups at the nursery. Staff are lovely and turn over seems low. The nursery have been very helpful during his pathway to diagnosis of autism. They have supported him the whole time. They have a lovely village of
prentend shops that the kids love. Lots of activities, making cookies, arts and crafts. The outside is small but they have made use of the space well. Nothing wrong with the food but is vegetarian/fish and my son prefers meat but I knew that joining. We overall think the nursery is very good

Both My children attended the Nest for 3 years in total and couldn't recommend the nursery enough, the staff are amazing and my children loved every single one of them and was very sad to leave. My son struggled with his speech and language and they referred him for speech therapy and communicated with
speech and language to accommodate and help his speech while at nursery which resulted in him coming on leaps and bounds and being fully ready to start school. My daughter had her brother with her when she started nursery so when he left she become quite upset at times and the staff did an amazing job at comforting her which soon resulted in loving everyday she attended and never wanting to leave. The staff also always made you feel welcome and it felt much more then just a professional setting if you had any worries the staff we're always more then willing to listen this made it feel more then just a parent and child provider and much more personal. Would recommend to everyone

Thank you for a fantastic 3.5 years! You have a very nurturing and caring environment that supports children as they grow as well as supporting parents navigating parenthood! The space is fantastic, beautifully designed and very thoughtful. All the facilities are incredible and some of the best in Brighton.

Our son always looks forward to nursery and has the best time. There are multiple classes and the staff always make the effort to make up activities daily. They spend as much time as they can out in the garden which is great for their development. Always a pleasure to pick my son up at the end of the

We have been at Hassocks Day Nursery since it opened in Sept 2024, in fact we were at the nursery under the old owners. We have been so impressed with the changes and the professionalism of this new company. It seems the team are happy and they are fantastic! Our children get to enjoy a range of classes
like yoga, phonics, music and dance. The garden is fantastic and gets used every day for long periods of time. Our children love going to nursery it can be hard to get them to leave.

Hassocks Day Nursery and Preschool is a really special place. We've seen our son flourish here. The staff get to know the children quickly, foster their interests, and I'm amazed at how strong the bonds are that he has formed. The staff come up with such wonderful and creative activities for the children,
alongside the many peripatetic classes that come to the nursery each week.

My son has been at the nursery full-time since he turned one, and is now in the pre-school room. He has a wonderful relationship with all the staff in the setting, and it's a pleasure to pick him up each day and see how happy he is.

We have always been really happy, at every stage the staff have been wonderful and we have always felt that our son

Our daughter joined The Nest in Oct 2024 (aged four) after a relocation to the area. We were so happy to find a local nursery with a fantastic reputation! From her very first day our daughter has loved it and we owe that to the wonderfully warm, caring and friendly staff who settled her in so well.
After every session she comes out beaming, and speaks so highly of the staff (who she calls "friends") & the many exciting activities she's enjoyed throughout the day.
The nursery was renovated in January & it is such a cute, varied & lovely space! So much to do, plenty of space to run/play/explore, they even have a miniature town which is fantastic for imaginative play. The Nest also hosts visits from local groups/organisations offering lots of interactive, fun & educational experiences including dancing, music-making, yoga, & more!


We're so very grateful to everybody at The Nest for their hard work & care. We'd recommend them to anyone, from baby/toddler to pre-school. We'll miss you!!

My son has been going to Magnolia Tree since he was 1 and we couldn't rate it more. The building has a spacious layout with a good ratio of children so it never feels crowded. The area is clean with a wonderful selection of toys and books. The newly refurbished garden is such a beautiful space, and
I feel so lucky that he has such a large outdoor space to play in. The staff are all brilliant, so friendly and attentive, he has made some real connections with them over the years. The menu is great, I know he eats so well whilst he's there. My daughter is about to start there and I am looking forward to her receiving the same experience as he has, and couldn't recommend this nursery more.

Our child has been settled and happy at Magnolia Tree since they started. The staff are friendly and professional and I feel that my child is totally safe in their care. They have lots of little friends to play with and they all seem happy when we come and collect them. My child has progressed with
their learning and their social skills and Magnolia Tree have been a large part of that. The nursery is well managed and easy to communicate with when needed. Overall we're really happy :)
