The Carshalton Day Nursery & Preschool offers an enjoyable and stimulating environment in which children aged 0 to 5 years can explore, develop, and grow.

The nursery use the Early Years Foundation Stage as the framework within which staff provide excellent care and education for children. Enabling children to discover through planned learning, exploration, and focused activities.

There is also a fantastic outdoor space to play in, where children explore, take risks, and challenge their physical development.

The team promote parent partnerships and are committed to meeting the needs of the children by consulting with parents and carers on a regular basis.

My daughter started at Little Garden The Carshalton Day Nursery in September. It was her first time being by herself and I was extremely apprehensive about leaving her. However, once we both visited the nursery I knew she would love it! Her settling sessions went beautifully and I was reassured that
she will be ok!
Of course, with a two-year-old not everything is smooth sailing and once the settling sessions ended she had a couple of days where she was unhappy being left at nursery. I was pre-warned by the staff that this could happen so although I wasn’t expecting it, I had been prepared about this! The staff were very honest and open with me which is so important for me. They even took the time to phone me to reassure me that my 2-year-old was absolutely fine once I dropped her! Overall we absolutely love the nursery and I can see how much my toddler is thriving! Thank you.

Second year into preschool for my daughter now and I’m as pleased with it as I was at the beginning.
I couldn’t have chosen a better place for her and I’m so happy I chose Carshalton Day Nursery and Pre-School. I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of everyone and everything here and the fact that
my daughter cannot wait to leave in the mornings to go back, speaks volumes! Knowing that she is loved and cared for out of home is all you can ask for and I would recommend it to anyone. Will be a sad day when we have to leave you!

My child started the nursery in September 2022, this is our 2nd year.
We love this nursery preschool. The setting of the nursery is amazing. The staff is very caring, nothing is too much to ask. We are always kept aware of activities the children do. My child is learning new things every day, language
has progressed a lot over the year, and social skills and confidence. The nursery is always bringing in new toys and activities. I am very happy that the nursery decided to work extended hours for other parents in need. Thank you!

All staff very friendly and brilliant with the children. Constantly keeping us up to date about the progress our children make. My daughter has learned so much in such a short period of time. She’s always in a good mood after school too which suggests she is having fun and being well taken care of.

My daughter is coming to the end of her first year at The Carshalton Day Nursery and what a difference we have seen, she has blossomed beautifully during her time there so far, she is excited to share her days with us, loves looking through the regular photo updates with me and remembering what she
did that day, her speech, social skills and understanding has all improved massively. The staff are wonderful, always willing to listen and help and my daughter adores them all. I am keeping my daughter in this nursery for her 2nd year come this September.

From first setting foot in the nursery, when searching for a placement, I knew I wanted my son to attend here. Since joining, the staff have been welcoming and supportive and I enjoy seeing through the app and hearing from my son all about his enjoyable days at nursery. His first day he didn't was to
come home! His learning has really accelerated too, regarding his writing and numbers, and I feel this is down to the time the staff take with him. It really is a wonderful nursery. The children are happy and I've heard nothing negative from my son, only how much he loves his teachers and his nursery. Would 100% recommend.
