Little Garden The Carshalton Day Nursery and Pre-School

It's been amazing to see how much our daughter has grown in confidence and personality since starting. She is always happy when we drop her off, which says everything about the environment they've created. The nursery also has a lovely garden space. Communication is excellent - we're kept informed about her day, her progress, and all the little moments that matter. The overall atmosphere feels relaxed, supportive, and genuinely caring. We feel so lucky that our daughter attends this nursery & wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The care Arabella receives is next to none. Her development is clear to see since joining and Faye is brilliant as key worker. Mentions also go to manager Fae, Aimee, Milky and Beth. We're looking forward to Arabella moving up the toddler room.

The staff here are excellent. Always welcoming to our little one and my child loves it there. The range of activities they get up to vary and there's lots of outdoor play. The food choices are excellent which my little one very much enjoys.

Cannot recommend this nursery enough to other parents!

Our daughter has been at the nursery for a year and a half and has really thrived. Her vocabulary and ability to form sentences is fantastic and has been developed through the good relationships and interactions with nursery staff and the well planned curriculum delivered. We have enjoyed seeing the weekly activity plan and learning reflections to help us keep track of what she's doing. The staff really care about the children and what they are learning. Each day she comes home telling us about the books she's read and activities she's completed and most importantly, is always happy. She has developed a love for arts and crafts which she does each day using different mediums and we have enjoyed seeing her complete these via the regular pictures and observations her keyworker makes on the learning journey app. She also loves the music and cooking classes. Communication from the nursery is excellent and the chef has been great at catering the menu to her dietary needs (GF milk free).

Using the app means were updated regularly and in real-time, which is so reassuring!

Thank you to the manager and your wonderful team! It makes such a difference knowing we're learning the children in such capable and fun hands.

Teachers are very passionate and supportive of her and they are very helpful with my questions about her or anything else

My little boy started here in January, he loves it and the team are amazing & professional. Couldn't recommend it enough. His older brother also attends this nursery and have been since 2023, his development has been supported throughout.

We and most importantly our daughter loves it here. She has thrived since joining at 1 years old. She loves all the staff and can't wait to get in on the days she goes! We're always kept up to date and she has allergies which are well managed and never had any issues with meals etc. We couldn't ask for more!

My son attends this nursery and he loves it. As do I! The staff are so lovely, there are always activities going on and I continually get updates about what the children are up to. Would highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a lovely nursery for their child.

Putting my 2 year old son into nursery was an emotional rollercoaster for me. This was the first time I had to trust people I didn't know to care for my baby. I made the right decision choosing The Carshalton Day Nursery. From the settling-in sessions to now I have had constant communication, help and additional resources to help us along the way. I love the app used to inform us on what's happened in the day and to show my son's learning journey. Didn't think I'd get there but I'm super excited to even send my 8 month old soon. Lovely staff all around amazing Team!

Carshalton Day Nursery have been the most amazing nursery for our child. They include us in all daily activities and meals and our child leaves happy every day. There is nothing they haven't thought of when it comes to the safety of our child and the growth we have seen in her in the last year has been amazing. The meals are amazing and have encouraged our child to eat a wider variety and the staff are lovely. I couldn't recommend a better nursery.

I am very pleased with my grandson's nursery. He's come so far this year since last year and the care that is given is amazing. The staff are absolutely beautiful people and the manager is great, such a lovely woman. I love how she takes care of my grandson and the bond that she has with all the children is amazing. The nursery is very clean, they have so much to learn and play with and all the activities that the manager arranges as well. He enjoys the snacks and meals and I would recommend it to other people.

Me and my husband had an absolutely great experience in the nursery. The staff are so approachable, helpful and caring. Our daughter had difficulties at the beginning and the help we received was absolutely professional and we couldn't have asked for more. The result was that our child woke up every morning and asked when we could go to school she couldn't wait. In all the activities, learning and games we saw great progress. I can honestly say that this nursery has been amazing in so many ways. The confidence and pride my child has had since attending has grown so much. He is always talking about how much he loves his nursery and teachers. He has made an amazing little friendship group. We were told by his school his writing was very good for his age and I credit the hard work of the teachers. If I could I'd send him here forever. The best place and people created a lovely community.

Having my son start at The Carshalton Day Nursery has been the most positive experience and transition.
