The Playhouse Nursery

I can't recommend this nursery enough. My daughter has just finished her time here, and we are genuinely so sad to be leaving.

From the very beginning, the staff have been so welcoming, caring and supportive. It has always been clear how much they genuinely care about the children, and knowing my daughter was somewhere she felt happy, safe and loved meant everything to us.

We have watched her grow in confidence, independence and personality during her time at the nursery, and so much of that is down to the wonderful teachers who have encouraged and supported her along the way. She has made such lovely memories and friendships that we will always treasure.

Thank you to every member of staff who has played a part in her journey. You have given her such a positive start and created a place that she has genuinely loved going to.

We will miss you all so much and will always look back on her time here with very happy memories.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat. This nursery is so much more than a childcare provider-they are truly our extended family.

Having had Sienna since she was a baby, they've guided her through early challenges with walking, cared for her through illnesses, and created an environment where she literally skips into nursery every single morning.

The manager, Amir, is absolute gold. He's helped me personally navigate the financial and administrative side of childcare, going out of his way to educate me on tax savings and better arrangements. The key workers are endlessly supportive, knowledgeable, and always there with a warm smile (or a cuddle for mum when needed!).

We are forever grateful to the whole team. Thank you for loving Sienna as much as we do!

My daughter has been with the playhouse nursery since she just turned 2 years old. When she first started she was just a baby and the team at the nursery did an amazing job in settling her and getting her comfortable. Not only did they make my daughter so settled and comfortable they gave me that sense of relief that my child is with people I can trust. They have been there for us in our lowest of moments and supported us more than I can ever imagine they became family to us. The playhouse nursery was the one of the best decisions I ever made for my daughter, they've been so great with my daughter and gave her an amazing experience. They genuinely work with love and care and support, they care deep down about all the children in the nursery and created great relationships with them. My daughter has officially moved up to reception and leaving the staff and nursery was so emotional for both me and my daughter we love them very much! Best nursery ever, choose this nursery for your child!

The Playhouse is a fun, safe, clean, well run nursery, and our daughter absolutely loved her time there. The staff are very friendly and caring about what they do, with a wide range of educational activities, games and emotional support for little minds to progress. Great nursery.

My daughter has been at this nursery since she was 10 months old and will be leaving for school this in September 2026. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better place for her. The low staff turnover has been so reassuring, with the same kind and familiar faces caring for her and helping her feel secure. The staff provide enjoyable trips and activities and always keep me well informed about her progress. I've always felt comfortable knowing she is happy and well cared for here.

I love how they handled her settling-in period with so much patience and understanding. I love how the nursery uses an app to share photos and updates, so I can see their progress and milestones. The food is always fresh and healthy, and the nursery itself is spotless. The soft play area is fantastic-unlike anything I saw elsewhere! I'm so thankful for the warmth and dedication of the whole team; they go above and beyond and make it feel like one big family.
