N Family Club - Cambridge

My daughter has been going here since she was 9 months and she will wait at the door each morning ready to go! The staff are fantastic and I know she is in great hands when I drop her off. The app is great for communication between us and the nursery and to be updated on how she's getting on during the course of the day. Each month they focus on a new area of development and provide us as parents ways we can also be involved and do things with them at home. Overall we're very happy with our daughter's experience here and would recommend N Club Cambridge to friends who have, or are expecting a little one and looking to send them to nursery.

N Family Club have been fantastic for us from day 1. The management have always communicated with us clearly and effectively and the childcare staff all seem happy and enthusiastic about their jobs. Our daughter’s key worker worked so hard to help her settle and has really helped her to grow and come out of her shell. The facilities are amazing and I am regularly astonished at the variety of learning opportunities they provide; most recently, the incubation and hatching of chicks to teach them about life cycles, kindness and gentle handling. I cannot recommend N Family Club highly enough.

6. The reception of the nursery allows parents to sit together and have a coffee. Accompanied by fresh croissants every morning. This allows parents to meet other parents and socialise.

My son has been attending N Family Cambridge for 10 months and he is very happy to stay there. The staff there are amazing. They are super friendly, patient, and welcoming. Literally every staff member you see has a smile on their face. The educators are very well acquainted with the children. I was so impressed that an educator from another room, different from where my son stays, knew his name when she met him on a playground where the nursery kids were taken to play. His key worker is amazing. She knows him very well and has developed a close bond with him. I can tell my son loves her, as he goes to her for a cuddle every time he is there. Cannot recommend it more.

My child loves his key worker, I really feel that the two of them have have built a quality bond. The rest of the staff in his room and around the nursery are always friendly, helpful and reliable. It seems that they enjoy their work and are offered development opportunities and fair pay. The room is clean, the activities are varied and seem like a lot of fun. The space, including the garden, is purpose built, so has lots of built-in amenities for children, and it’s all a very inviting space. They have all been very supportive as my child has grown up, through teething and potty training, whatever we throw at them they listen to what our needs are and adapt to put him first. We love that we get a photo every day, and the nursery is so easy to contact with any question/queries. We are lucky to have such a great team looking after my child and feel very comfortable dropping him off each day, knowing he is in safe hands.

I’m also impressed with how the nursery uploads plenty of picture updates throughout the day - as it gives me a little glimpse of what my son is up to! The debrief given at pick-up is also very informative and I never feel rushed to leave. My son has thrived so much and often asks to go to nursery on the weekends. I would recommend N Cambridge to all who are thinking of sending their child to a Cambridge nursery.

We couldn't be happier at N Family Club Cambridge. Our son is absolutely thriving there. The staff are amazing; warm, caring and super professional. They keep the children engaged with numerous creative activities throughout the day. The facilities are top notch and the food is wonderful. Parents are kept up to date on everything through a very useful app. Highly recommended!

I’ve been really impressed with N Family Club. My daughter is dairy intolerant and they deal with this really well and she had just as good a variety of menu. I had some concerns about compatibility with her key worker and they switched her to another lady. I like the app and regular updates. My daughter is flourishing and when I pick her up she is buzzing.

The staff go above and beyond to provide the best care for my little one. They are patient and loving. The facilities are clean and provide a calm environment. The daily activities are clever, fun, and educative.

Our family has had such a positive experience at N Family Club - Cambridge. Our son has been there for 6 months now and he is thriving with the varied curriculum, enviable meals and caring staff. We love seeing the daily updates which give a glimpse into the fun they are all having, taking part in activities inside and in the garden. Plus, the parental perks of coffee and warm croissants, online talks and family events are the icing on the cake.

Fantastic, friendly staff who really care; great resources and wonderful food. Our daughter has been made to feel very welcome and it's clear she is in the right place. She didn't want to come home this evening! Thanks to you all. Extremely pleased we made the decision to enrol her.

Really lovely nursery. Fantastic facilities and great staff. The app is brilliant, I so look forward to getting the photos and updates of what our son has been up to every day. The food is really lovely and healthy.

Our daughter has attended N Family Club Cambridge for 2 days a week since November 2022. We have been highly impressed by the engagement and enthusiasm of all staff members. The app is also a fantastic resource facilitating a great line of communication between parents and the nursery staff - with excellent response times whenever we have had queries. The menu provided by the in-house chef is superb, with great variety on a week to week basis. You also receive daily updates on the latest activities your child has been undertaking, which again have demonstrated very pleasing variety as the team seek to encourage a range of behavioural development amongst the children.

The staff are very caring and provide fun daily activities for the children. Our toddler learns new words and songs constantly and is always happy to be dropped off each morning. They have a spacious garden and are sure to take the children out each day. We are very happy with this nursery!

The staff at N Family Club - Cambridge are friendly and have put in a lot of effort to develop a great relationship with our son. The nursery itself is modern and clean with lots of different toys and resources to play with and a nice outdoor area. The food is healthy and varied. My son gives a big smile whenever we arrive in the morning which is the best sign of all! We feel very lucky to have found such a great nursery.

As a grandparent, I am so grateful and excited to be and feel part of the N Family. I love to read the updates I receive during the day of my grandson's progress and activities without having to keep pestering his parents! He appears to have settled very well and enjoys all the different activities which seem to be forever changing so he appears to be learning new things all of the time as well as making new friends and socialising. Well done N Family keep up your fantastic work. Communication is also excellent.

My little one has been attending N Club for three months now and he was previously at another local nursery. I am so glad I switched him over as the experience with the N Club Cambridge team has been wonderful so far. The staff, care, communications, quality of facilities, food menu, and all the other little extras are excellent. I really feel happy and secure dropping my little one each day, and he totters off equally happy. Furthermore, when he has been unwell, the nursery team have shown an extra layer of care and diligence that has been warmly appreciated. I would definitely recommend the nursery highly to anyone considering it.
