Our Day Nursery is nestled in the heart of Beddington Park, surrounded by greenery and wildlife, providing a calm, natural environment. Designed to be different, the nursery embraces the Curiosity Approach, transforming a former wildlife hospital into inspiring learning spaces. Four closely connected rooms foster community, connection, and a sense of belonging.

The extensive outdoor areas and surrounding parkland encourage exploration and creativity. Children can dig, plant, explore water, interact with ducks and chickens, and enjoy spaces like sand and climbing areas, natural construction zones, water walls, and an outdoor art barn, supporting curiosity, problem-solving, imaginative play, and holistic development.

Indoors, calm, natural spaces feature open-ended resources, wooden toys, and natural fabrics. The curriculum blends the Early Years Foundation Stage with Reggio Emilia-inspired holistic learning, promoting physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development through both structured and child-led experiences. Mindful practices nurture confidence, resilience, and self-regulation.

They welcome all children and work closely with parents and the Sutton SEND team to provide tailored support. The experienced team reflects regularly to create a stimulating, nurturing, and inclusive environment, committed to curiosity-driven learning where every child can flourish.

My little one joined Our Day Nursery in August 2023 and has been thriving ever since. He was comfortable from the moment we made a visit and drop off is no longer a stressful task as he runs in with excitement! The staff are absolutely amazing with him, patient and have helped him grow and develop his
skills, even in the short time he has been there. My little one has always been so fussy with food but the team collectively have managed to get him eating a variety of foods through choice, which he is now starting to mirror at home with a much healthier relationship with food which is amazing! It is so reassuring that he is settled and in a home-from-home environment. He loves to tell me all about his day every day and the staff are very supportive. He loves music lessons and football. Our son started at Our Day in January and we have been so impressed with the staff, the facilities and activities on offer. The transition went really well and the nursery were really receptive to what we wanted for him. The communication from the staff has always been excellent and we have always felt
confident he is well cared for. They have been very accommodating of his dietary allergies and provide extra information when needed. The facilities are impressive and we are excited to keep seeing their outside spaces evolve. He loves all the activities they offer and is always excited to go. We would highly recommend our day nursery to anyone.

We are family from Ukraine who came to the UK January 2023. My son who is 4 year old never spoke English. He started visiting nursery in February and after a few months, he was picking up English quite quickly. Want to say a great thank you to the staff who supports him and make nursery second home
for him where he feels safe and able to explore world. He was always keen to go there and learn something new through playing and having fun. Great thank you!

My son has been going to Our Day Nursery for four months now, and I think they’re doing an amazing job! He loves going every week to see his friends and always comes out saying he’s had fun. He’s changed so much since starting, and I cannot wait to see how much he grows there until he starts school

The staff are very caring, the facilities are excellent, and the management is very organised. My daughter has settled in really well and loves it. It’s new, so they are still working in the outdoor areas, but these look like they will be excellent once completed.

Our Day Nursery is one of the best in our area. The care and consideration the children receive are second to none. Education through play and hands-on experience will set the children up for the next few years for school and beyond. There is a varied range of subjects covered, which makes for a wonderful

My little girl has been attending Our Day Nursery since January and she loves going! I felt a bit nervous as she can be quite clingy but she has settled here extremely well and gets really excited when she walks into the room which is the biggest relief! All the staff are so friendly, kind and nurturing.
They really do go above and beyond always doing lots of new and creative things with the children. The app is easy to use, helpful and informative. I love all the little updates of what the children have been up to during the day.
The nursery is brand new and has beautiful modern toys and lovely displays. Everything is so fresh and clean. The manager is amazing and has created such a wonderful family environment for the children. I highly recommend thank you Our Day Nursery x

My little boy has been attending the nursery for a few months now and absolutely loves it. All the staff are warm, kind, and welcoming, and the attention to detail in every part of the nursery is amazing. The food menus are full of variety, and my little boy eats so well there. The app they use is also
really helpful and informative, and the staff are amazing at keeping this constantly updated too. As the nursery is also brand new, everything is really clean, new and fresh, which is an added bonus when everything and anything ends up in the little ones' mouths!

The teaching team is showing great care and attention to the little ones. Just in a month or so, we can see our 2.5-year-old is learning a lot of new things, and he got over his separation from mum issues in about two weeks; he is quite willing to go now. The nursery gives a good summary of the day,
which helps us understand what new things our little fussy eater tried or slept today.

I can't recommend Our Day Nursey enough. I moved my child from a nursery where she was settled, feeling very nervous, and the team have settled her in so incredibly well, such kind, loving staff that go the extra mile. The manager should be very proud of the home-from-home environment she has created.
All the extra activities are also great, along with the app that keeps you updated and reassured all day long.

This is a lovely nursery. My 12-month-old grandson started in November, and he settled in immediately.
There are so many activities to entertain him, and the staff are amazing with him. Everything is well organised, and the nursery has a lovely family atmosphere. A lot of thought has gone into the
organisation and structure of the nursery to cover all the ages of the children attending. Highly recommended!

My son absolutely loves it here!
We love all the updated we receive from all of the different activities they are doing. It really keeps my son stimulated as he's a very busy and active boy, past nurseries he has been to have been nowhere near as good!
And all of the staff are amazing, very caring
and attentive. We always feel like he's left in safe hands!

My son recently started at Our Day Nursery after being at another nursery for quite a while. I am so pleased that we decided to move him. I was so worried about how he would settle into a new nursery, but the staff have been amazing. It is such a nurturing environment, and I know that my son is being
cared for! They do lovely little things like putting their slippers on the radiator so they are warmed up for when they arrive out of the cold. You can tell the staff really care about the children. Resources are great, and the rooms have been beautifully designed and thought out. I love that extra activities are included, such as music and sensory sessions. Highly recommend!
