Our Day Nursery

The staff are warm, communicative, and genuinely invested in each child. We feel very lucky to be part of the Our Day Nursery community and would highly recommend it.

Ever since my child started attending Our Day Nursery in the baby room, the staff have made our experience such a positive one. Starting nursery was nerve-wracking for both me and my child, and I could not be happier with our choice - they are now in the toddler room and they are always excited for their days in nursery! The staff have created a warm and nurturing environment in which the children are lovingly cared for. I particularly love the nursery's ethos, and their progressive and holistic approach to learning. The inclusion of regular visits to the chickens and ducks, as well as external visits from other animals, is a lovely touch. The app updates are always thorough, and you really feel that the staff know and care for your child as an individual. I would absolutely recommend Our Day Nursery to other mums, we love it there!

As a mum all I wanted when looking for a nursery was a setting where our child would feel safe and happy. We have that and so much more here. The staff always welcome us like they truly know and care about our child. The nursery is filled with learning, curiosity and laughter. I am so grateful our child gets to be part of this incredible nursery and we feel very lucky to have found them!

This is a wonderful nursery. My child is extremely happy here and rushes in every morning. The nursery staff are amazing and really caring. My child enjoys the additional sensory and music activities that are held each week at no extra fee. The children get plenty of outdoor time which I felt was very important and the nursery is always improving on the space they have.

My daughter has settled into Our Day Nursery really well. The staff are all lovely and she has bonded with them really well. I love the activities they plan and I can already see a huge development in her. The rooms are lovely and bright, clean and the furniture and toys are very Montessori. I also love the updates daily, with lots of pictures and a run down of the activities they did. I'm really happy with this nursery for my daughter.

Absolutely thrilled to have chosen this setting for my daughter's childcare provider. They are thorough, caring and fun. My daughter absolutely loves her days at nursery. The regular updates through the app are brilliant. The staff set up outstanding activities daily for the children and it is evident in my daughter's progress. She has learned so much since joining Our Day Nursery!

Our Day encourages children to reach their full potential and make the most of their natural surroundings. The staff are caring and management listens to the feedback of parents and carers.

Our child loves to attend Our Day Nursery. They always have a great time. The carers are always so attentive and give thorough rundowns of the day so we can pick out activities they had fun with and try them at home.

The staff are wonderful and always available to help, and I can see they know my child well. Our day makes me feel safe as a parent to leave my child with them.

Our daughter has been attending Our Day Nursery since she was 9 months old and has loved every minute of it. We feel very lucky that we found a nursery that is dedicated to nurturing each child and making them feel safe so they can grow and learn. The staff are amazing, they have so much energy and brilliant ideas for new ways to learn through play and creativity. The outdoor space is brilliant and our very energetic daughter frequently comes home telling us all about all the running around and playing she has done. She's developed some really lovely friendships too and especially loves the chickens and the music lessons. We also particularly like their approach to neurodiversity and inclusivity, recognising and developing each individual child's strengths. We can't thank Our Day Nursery enough, it's the perfect fit and the owners/management team and staff should be so proud of the beautiful environment they've created!

I can't recommend it enough. It's more than just a nursery-it's an extended family and seeing how happy and well-cared for my daughter is makes me confident we've made the best choice.

We have older children who attended a different nursery and have to say the care given here at Our Day Nursery is spectacular. Highly recommend to any parent within the local area looking for a great independent nursery.

I couldn't be happier that my daughter is at Our Day Nursery in the baby room. She loves all the activities and all the staff so much and it gives us huge peace of mind to know how safe she is and how much fun she's having. Her development is huge, coming home with new words or actions, always so engaged and excited to show us things on pick up. I love how much they do outside and the creativity of the activities is really amazing, I'm in awe of the brilliant staff who make it work every single day. On top of all that, we then get to enjoy the daily reports every evening on the app which we love.

Our daughter has been attending Our Day Nursery since January and she loves it. It was so daunting to leave her but she settled really quickly in the Baby Room and all the staff were amazing. She's since moved to the Transition Room where she settled quickly and has fun every day. All the environments are child-centred with lots of activities and toys, but it's not overwhelming. There is lots of sensory exploration and outdoor time. We get updates throughout the day about her eating, naps and nappy changes and then a daily update with photos about activities. All the communication is great and I can't fault the staff. We've always felt very comfortable leaving our daughter there and are very happy that we found Our Day Nursery!

Our son has recently started with our day nursery. As any parents' we were nervous about how he would settle. The staff have been amazing! Everyone has been so welcoming, kind, caring and professional. The nursery offers fantastic activities and the setting is great. We feel very lucky to have secured a space with them.
