I have nothing but good things to say about this nursery, all the staff are amazing and my daughter has never had any issues, she loves going to nursery and is always so happy at the end of the day. The staff have not only been supportive towards her but have also been supportive towards me when I've been stressed or had a lot going on, they're always there for a chat and have helped me more times that I can count. They're an amazing team and I'm thankful I chose to take my daughter here.

I know that the last 6 months haven't been the greatest in terms of changing of management and ofstead etc but I think these issues have been dealt with incredibly well and the staff have been so open and honest about everything which fills me with hope, I have definitely noticed positive improvements in the nursery and I can confidently say that my daughter wouldn't be happier anywhere else.

Both of my grandchildren attend Kids Planet nursery, and it has been a wonderful experience for our family. They love going each day and have thrived in every aspect of their development. They have built strong friendships and formed lovely bonds with the caring staff.

I want to acknowledge that the nursery experienced some challenges a few months ago, which Ofsted identified as stemming from local leadership issues. However, I was impressed by Kids Planet's swift response - they immediately implemented changes with new management, and standards were restored quickly.

While you may encounter some old negative reviews online, I'd encourage you to visit and see for yourself. In my experience, this nursery provides excellent care and education. The staff are dedicated, and the positive impact on my grandchildren's development speaks for itself.

I would confidently recommend Kids Planet to other families. The proof is in how happy and well-developed the children are.

The staff are all friendly and caring and always happy to help. As are the management. So approachable with any query I have had! They also helped us over come some eating issues we had with my little one. I will be sad when my little one has to leave!

The staff are absolutely incredible, seeing the way they interact with my son and engage him, supporting his interests and encouraging him to explore new things, he has become so confident in himself since starting here, and absolutely adores everyone, the kitchen staff are also brilliant with engaging him. The managers are so incredibly supportive, we have an ongoing situation at home and the managers have always had their door open and available when I've needed to discuss things relating, and the manager has been active and highly positive and professional. The setting itself is stunning and engaging, and to see my son so happy and settled at this nursery is the most heart warming feeling.

The nursery has had some huge changes over the past few months which has been a massive and positive improvement.

Communication is consistent and up to date and we love seeing the pictures of our children on the app.

I love the toddler room and the leaders in there.

The chef is also my son's favourite chef!

so happy that the rooms have the same people every day so the kids feel more at ease and can create more stable relationships with their leaders.

I can't wait for the children to go back out on their walks and trips.

My nephew absolutely loves this nursery! The staff are warm, caring, and truly dedicated to each child's development. He's always excited to go and comes home happy and full of stories. The activities are fun and educational, and communication with parents is great. A fantastic, nurturing environment!

New management and staff have done an incredible job improving the nursery. There is structure, communication and lots of positivity. I love seeing photos of my daughter doing creative activities on the new Famly app and whoever picks her up always gets an update on how she's been that day and what she's eaten. The menu is great and has a 3 week rotation for the summer, I'm sometimes shocked that my fussy daughter does eat some of this food which I put down to it must be tasty and her friends are all eating together. Cost for extras is very cheap, not like other nurseries I looked into! Very happy overall!

We're so happy with the care our son receives at this nursery. The staff are kind, patient, and genuinely caring - it's clear they enjoy what they do. He always comes home happy, and we've seen such positive changes in his confidence and development. It's a lovely, nurturing environment, and we feel reassured knowing he's in such good hands.
