N Family Club - Redhill

We moved to N from a different nursery and we definitely made the right choice. All the staff are lovely, caring, sincere, and act with empathy. His diet is better than ours and he is happy to go in every day. They always report incidents and always have an open door for any concerns we’ve had. They care, not just for the children, but for parents as well.

This nursery was exceptionally caring in helping my son to settle into nursery. I personally found the right balance between nurturing independence and offering comfort. They’ve also been exceptional on the occasions when I’ve needed extended hours or an extra day at short notice. The management team are friendly and prompt at answering queries. The carers in the room are truly outstanding. They seem to genuinely care about the kids they look after and provide a comparatively individual experience tailored for them. The outdoor area is lovely and the kids are taken outdoors even in rainy weather, which is great. We had significant dietary requirements due to health issues with our son and this nursery was outstanding in meeting his needs. What made this nursery stand out for me is their honesty and integrity. On the rare occasions that my son has had (very minor) injuries, they’ve contacted me immediately and been completely upfront about what happened. This honesty is priceless.

My son started N in April 2023 and was 10 months. Right from the start, the staff were so friendly and made my son and myself feel at ease, with regular updates on how he was getting on. He has since transitioned rooms, which we were a little nervous about, but again the staff made it so easy and welcoming. Every day we go in, the staff are all so friendly in and around the building, but also the class welcoming my son in for the day. All the children come running and waving, showing how happy they all are, which is always reassuring. His development has progressed so much since being at nursery. The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful with stages he might be going through and how we can help him at home. We are very happy N opened when it did.

N Family Nursery in Redhill has been an absolute blessing for my son's early childhood education. His progress and learning under their care has been amazing to see. The dedicated team at N Family Nursery have a passion for childcare and a genuine commitment to upholding a positive and enriching environment for every child. As a parent, I never feel worried about my son whilst he is in their care and he talks about his friends and educators with excitement and fondness when he’s at home, including the chef who prepares the healthy and varied menu each week. The location is excellent for dropping off/collecting on the way to/from Redhill Train Station, it also has bus stops right outside and it's accessible both by foot and bicycle. The nursery is an overall standout choice for parents seeking a nurturing and educational foundation for their little ones.

My daughter just completed her first week and we could not be happier. The team and management at N Family Club Redhill are incredible. Everyone is so friendly and caring. Upon entering, you are always greeted with a warm smile. The facilities are beautiful, clean, and calming. The weekly food menu has so much variety. The team always thinks of fun, engaging, and interesting activities for the children and we love receiving updates on the app. Any questions or concerns that we had were promptly addressed by the team. We are so impressed at the level of communication and care. I cannot say enough positive things about this nursery. Our son has been going to N Family Club for seven months now and both him and us absolutely love it. We are first-time parents and so the early days came with a lot of anxiety, but they were simply brilliant helping him settle in and feel welcome. All staff there are really friendly, professional and really caring towards the children. We feel his days are really thought through and full of clever activities that encourage his development. They spend time outside every day (weather permitting) which was a real must for us. The food they get is always nutritious, extremely varied and it certainly raised the bar for his weekend menu expectations! We love seeing the daily update of what he's been up to and also enjoy the chats at drop off/ pick up with his educators, which are always friendly, informative and never feel rushed. I think the most honest review is our son's beaming little face when we open the car door every morning and he realises where we are. Thank you N Family Club.

N Family Club Redhill has been the most amazing experience for us, our boys settled so fast, every member of staff made such an effort to put us and them at ease every day. We get loads of updates and pictures, which we love, the menu is incredible and every morning our babies go into the room with huge smiles, reaching over to the people working in the room, showing just how happy they are there. We’ve seen their development really flourish, especially their use of cutlery at mealtimes and their walking. Thank you N Family Club.

I'm so glad I chose N Family Club for my son, I couldn't recommend it enough.

In general very happy with the nursery. Our child enjoys their time their very much, the activities are fun and educational. They have a strong connection to the staff in the room. The food is very varied and diverse. The app is great and it's lovely to see the day's updates. It is on the pricier end of the spectrum as a result. Biggest criticism by far is the management, one member of the team is rather petty and regularly talks to parents in a belittling way. Fortunately, I've never seen that staff actually interact with the children. There are also only five parking spaces for drop off and pick up (one of which is regularly taken up by a staff member) so there can be a bit of a queue or need to park on the road outside.

Our son started at nursery for the first time a few months ago after visiting numerous nurseries we are so happy we chose this one. The settling in process was so smooth and he is now settled and is enjoying his days so much packed full of activities and the food menu is changed regularly offering healthy food options which he is loving!

We are so pleased we chose N Family Club Redhill for our son. It is such a welcoming environment and he settled in so well all thanks to the wonderful staff. They clearly care a lot about the children and plan fun activities for them. The food is fantastic, it’s great to know he is eating such a balanced and diverse menu each day which he loves. Drop off in the morning is a pleasure as my son is happy to go in, I know he is well cared for and there is even breakfast for the parents!

The staff are friendly and really care about the children, taking the time to get to know them as individuals. It’s also nice to receive photos and updates throughout the day. We would highly recommend.

We are very happy with N Family. Our son has learnt a lot and become much more confident while there, and the staff all know him well as an individual. They do a wide range of activities, and our son always has lots to tell us about at the end of the day.

We are really pleased we chose N Family Club for our little boy. He’s been there for six months now and is thriving! The staff are very friendly and really care about the children. We love getting the frequent updates throughout the day on the app about what he’s getting up to. We looked at a few nurseries in the area and N stood out for its holistic approach to the curriculum, excellent new facilities and its location being so close to the town centre / train station. We would definitely recommend N to our friends and family.

The whole team at N Family Club are just always fabulous, can’t fault them at all! My daughter is so well cared for and has so much fun every day, that I honestly never worry about her while she’s there. Cannot recommend them enough!

My daughter is happy, she goes in with no hesitations and her development has really shown. I am absolutely thrilled with our decision, it's worth every penny.

Our daughter has been attending since December when she was fourteen months and has had such an amazing time. She happily marches into nursery every morning and when she gets home talks about her friends and the educators with a big smile. We’re so impressed with the menu, the activities and the communication throughout the day with pictures and activity updates as well as reaching out if she isn’t going down for her naps etc. The atmosphere with the staff and parents is really warm and friendly and we’ve enjoyed meeting people through the activities. The curriculum is really varied and our daughter has really come on in her social development as well as awareness of different holiday songs and games - she’s really flourishing. As the nursery newly opened in December, there have been a few tweaks with room configurations as they’ve expanded, but this has always been thoughtful and well communicated. We have recommend N Family Club nurseries to all our family and friends looking for nurseries!

I’ve been really impressed by the excellent facilities, brilliant curriculum and the really friendly and professional team that N Family Club Redhill has offered. At pick-ups, my child is always happy and excited to tell me (in the way a two-year-old can manage) about the day she had and that’s more than enough for me to recommend N Family to anyone.

What sets this nursery apart is that they stay open during the summer too. It's a huge bonus for me as a working mom, and it keeps my son in a familiar routine. I couldn't be happier with our choice of N Family Club! I highly recommend it to any parent looking for a nurturing and enriching experience for their child.
