Experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager with over 20 years of progressive experience in the Early Years sector. Starting as a Nursery Nurse, I have worked my way up through various roles to become the manager of two successful nursery settings. This hands-on journey has given me a deep and well-rounded understanding of early childhood development, safeguarding, staff leadership, and operational management.

I am passionate about providing high-quality childcare and creating safe, nurturing, and stimulating environments for young children to thrive. I lead by example, support team development, and consistently uphold the highest standards of care and compliance in line with EYFS and Ofsted requirements.

Enthusiastic and committed childcare professional with over 9 years of experience working across a variety of Early Years settings and schools. Through dedication and hands-on experience, I have progressed in my career to the role of Deputy Manager, gaining valuable skills in leadership, planning, safeguarding, and supporting children’s learning and development.

I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive. I take pride in contributing to their early development and enjoy seeing each child grow and reach their individual milestones during their time at nursery.

Caring and motivated Early Years Practitioner with around 4 years of hands-on experience in childcare. I currently hold a Level 2 qualification and am committed to continuing my professional development by working towards Level 3 in the near future.

I have a particular passion for working with babies and supporting them through their early developmental milestones. I enjoy creating a variety of age-appropriate, stimulating activities that promote curiosity, learning, and progress for each child as an individual. Outside of the nursery, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, which supports my warm and nurturing approach in the workplace.

Dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner currently working towards my Level 3 qualification in Childcare, having already achieved Level 2 before joining Codsall Community Nursery. I enjoy working across both age groups, supporting children’s development through engaging and imaginative activities tailored to their interests and learning enquiries.

I’m passionate about encouraging creativity in young children, helping them explore the world around them through play and open-ended experiences. I take pride in building positive relationships with both children and colleagues, contributing to a nurturing and stimulating nursery environment.

I have recently started working at Codsall Community Nursery and am currently working towards my Level 3 qualification in childcare. I have enjoyed gaining experience in both rooms, actively taking part in a range of activities and supporting the children's learning and development.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, as well as relaxing with a good book.

I have worked in childcare for many years, gaining a wide range of experience in roles such as practitioner, deputy manager, cook, and family support worker. I am passionate about creating enabling environments and meaningful opportunities that allow children to explore, grow, and thrive.

Working alongside a supportive team is something I truly value, and I always aim to give my best to ensure each child feels safe, supported, and celebrated. Safeguarding will always remain my top priority.

I have recently started working at Codsall Community Nursery as bank staff. Before, I completed my placement at the nursery while working towards my Level 6 qualification.

During my time here, I have enjoyed gaining experience in both the Babies Room and the Over 2s Room, and I have loved working alongside the team to build on my knowledge and skills. I enjoy taking part in activities that support and extend the children’s development and learning through play.
