Tic Toc Nursery Ilford

After looking at numerous childcare options Tic Toc Nursery was the only one that met all my specific needs. My son has a nut allergy and all the staff have the relevant training - the team go above and beyond to keep my son safe and away from all triggers. The staff are really warm, friendly and highly experienced. The building has been recently renovated and all the rooms are well equipped and the outside space is brilliant.

My little girl has been going to this nursery since she was 1.5 years old. She’s grown up to be a very happy and caring little girl now and is very happy to go to preschool every day. The staff have been very helpful throughout. They always listen to any concerns we might have and are always helpful.

My youngest has been with this place for a long time since he was 9 months old, but with new management from last year, he is still loving it. He has been forever telling me what activities and food (he loves food!) they have been doing/eating every day. Members of staff are professional and attentive to every question we raised. We, as parents, feel he is also under the best care too. So because of this, we decided to keep him there until he starts reception!

My little one attended this nursery for a short period when I was in need of immediate emergency care. The manager was extremely helpful and flexible with settling him in, the whole staff team was so welcoming and I cannot believe how much he has flourished in a short period of time! He talks very fondly of the staff and absolutely loved his time at the nursery, we hope to return very soon and my son cannot wait to go back!

After having a child who was born so close to the first lockdown, I was extremely anxious about how my baby boy (2 year old) would take to new faces and a new environment. I visited Tic Toc nursery and met with the manager and did a tour. I was gobsmacked at the brilliant improvements that the new management had made - it was now cleaner, organised, structured and the new staff and the old staff just seemed happier and content. My child ran in and started to play with the cars and was straight away joined by a room teacher who started to build a bond straight away. I did the whole tour with my husband and elder child (who attended the same nursery but under a very different management) and my baby played and was happy. Settling in was great, he was happy and took part in the activities, the nursery teacher made my child feel so welcome and loved. I am so grateful to her and the whole team. Since joining, he’s sleeping better and talking more - thanks.

My daughter has been attending Tic Toc nursery since December last year and I don't have any regrets. The nursery grounds themselves are amazing but the staff are even better. My daughter absolutely loves going to nursery and she always has a good day! I cannot fault them in any way.

Sending my first born to a new pre-school nursery was very scary at first but the teachers are so comforting, passionate and caring, my son actually really enjoys going every day. The best thing is that it’s a pure vegetarian nursery. As kids generally hate eating fruit and vegetables this really promotes good healthy eating too. Will be sad to have my son transfer to another school in September, as we’re moving out of the area. But thank you to all the staff for doing everything they do.

We came to discover Tic Toc nursery due to its convenient location. I am pleased to say that they have absolutely surpassed expectations. We started our baby here at 9 months due to my early return to work. They made her settling in so smooth and welcoming. She is so happy each day she attends and it means less stress for us, knowing she is so well cared for. I cannot recommend Tic Toc enough. They have recently undergone a renovation to the highest standard, the nursery is clean and bright and just really lovely. All the staff are wonderful, a special recommendation for the staff in the baby room, our little one adores them.

My little girl has been attending here for a little while now. She is very happy while being there and very happy when leaving! She is learning so much which she is always telling me about when we are on the way home. The staff are lovely and are always willing to talk to you about your child's progress, whether it be a brief chat at the door or a phone call.
