Tic Toc Nursery Ilford

My twin boys have been attending the nursery for over a year now, and I can honestly say they seem very happy and have developed so much. I was very nervous and anxious initially as they are my first, and I felt guilty for leaving them for the whole day; however, the excellent, caring and very friendly staff reassured me.

They take the time to get to know the child properly, and it shows in the way they support and encourage them. Our daughter has grown so much in confidence and social skills, and always comes home happy.

Very happy with the care of my little one and very experienced staff. My child is looking after very well in the nursery. All the activities are very good and well. Communication is very good. Very happy with everything. Thank you.

Our son started in the baby room at Tic Toc. He loves his nursery, especially the staff that show him so much love. It has made returning to work much easier as we know he is well cared for. He has recently moved to the toddler room and we are excited to see his progress. Highly recommend this nursery!

Our daughter joined at the age of 10 months and eased in very quickly thanks to the staff. She has thrived and become more confident in the last 11 months. She plays with kids and has learnt so much. The staff understand her habits and personality as if she is in a 1-2-1 setting. The office staff are very friendly and always help where needed.

Very nice day at nursery. Nice opportunity to meet other childrens and parents. Tic Toc nursery has been nursery for my 2 kids since they were babys. I am very happy with the staff, they are very happy to go nursery and do all the activities. My kids have become very independent and the nursery has helped with their development.

My daughter Eva has been here for 18 months and we could not be happier. Eva loves the place and the wonderful staff. They are so attentive to her and Eva has developed so much. We couldn't think of a better nursery for Eva.

Tic Toc Nursery has been great with Sami, he started when he was 12 months old and they were extremely caring and comforting. Sami has changed so much over the past 9 months, using many words, singing, eating etc. The team are always really friendly and approachable. We would totally recommend joining. Also anytime we have needed to communicate they have been very responsive.

I'm very happy with all the staff at the daycare because they are very attentive and caring with my daughter. Also, my daughter has learned a lot of English at the daycare. For me, it's the best daycare.

Staff have been amazing through all periods of child development. My child has been in nursery since he was 9 months and he is beyond happy and comfortable. I am able content and happy leaving him in nursery in capable hands.

As a parent, it gives me complete peace of mind knowing she is happy, cared for, and thriving. I'm so grateful to the wonderful team for all the love, dedication, and hard work they put in every day.

Our son started at Tic Toc in the baby room in Jan 2023. We found the staff so incredibly dedicated and genuinely loving towards the children that when our 2nd child was born there was no question of her attending anywhere else. She is currently 17 months old and in the baby room. She is always happy to attend and flourishing and even though our son started reception in September he always wants to return to see his teachers. What a blessing these women are! I could not imagine leaving my children with anyone else.

My daughter is going to this nursery from last two years she loves going to this nursery.Her speech and understanding is getting better .She always goes to nursery with a happy face.

My son has been attending since he was 10 months old and he took to the staff from the very start. Always leaves happy and is always greeted with cheerful staff. He has really come a long way in his development also. You can tell the staff are really in tune with the child's needs. And even when I see other children being picked up by their parents, they always leave with a happy smile. The staff are all great.

They also were flexible with my hours and the hours I could send my child in.

A really caring and nurturing environment! Staff have been so lovely and pre-school have helped my son tremendously especially with helping explore different foods, alphabet and enjoying going to preschool.

My son has been attending Tic Toc since he was a year old. The staff have always been wonderful and very caring/attentive to the children's needs. There were further improvements made when the new management took over in January 2022, with updated facilities and online communication tools. If you're looking for a welcoming and community-based nursery, I would highly recommend Tic Toc.

My little boy has been attending Tic Toc Nursery Ilford since September, it is definitely home from home for us. I always feel at ease when I leave my son here and my son's keyworker, nursery manager, deputy manager and all the other staff genuinely care and all do an amazing job. Can't thank them all enough!

My little boy has been going here just over a month now and all I can say is wow! He is always so happy going in and coming out of nursery he loves it so much! Thanks to all the amazing staff, the manager is so lovely and welcoming she makes you feel at ease straight away. I am so glad my son got a place in this nursery!

There are several good nurseries in East London and several poor ones, but we have found Tic Toc Nursery Ilford to be one of the best. My older daughter who is now 10, also went there from 9 months. My younger daughter has been attending since she was 2 years old and is now 4+, her speech and confidence has grown. She has made a lot of friends and has a good relationship with the teachers. They learn something new every day and I love that they play outside in the fresh air every day (unless of extreme weather condition) which I think is very important. The staff are excellent, down-to-earth, lovely and above all, extremely capable. My daughter runs in every morning and as a mum, I feel relaxed leaving her there because I feel so reassured that she is going to be well looked after and have a lot of fun. A huge bonus is that they provide snacks and properly cooked meals included in the fee, making it much easier for any super busy, working mum.
