Little Dragons is truly a fabulous nursery, both of our children are thriving and really enjoy their time here. They love the forest school and the food is brilliant, they love trying new foods and baking delicious treats to bring home! The staff are so kind and have a lovely bond with the children. Our children have had the best start in life here.
I have two children at the nursery. It truly is a home from home. I felt emotional just looking around it for the first time, because you could feel the love and passion from inside. My children are forever teaching me new things, from forest school, to around the world culture. The garden is beautiful and full of exciting areas. The staff are kind, caring and not only have they supported my children, but they've also supported us as a family with potty training, sleep & speech. I'll forever be grateful to Little Dragons for their first steps into education. I could not recommend them enough. They set the standard so high, it will be incredibly difficult for you to pick a primary school (talking from experience). The kindest, happiest place on earth!
Fabulous warm loving staff from the moment they open the door. They know every child personally and have a lovely rapport with each child. We have our second child attending and willing to travel 20minutes as we are so happy with the care, support and fantastic environment.
Little Dragon's Day Nursery is such a special place. We have been blown away by the care and attention of the staff. The activities the children get to do are exceptional, not to mention the variety of freshly prepared food too. Our daughter has grown in confidence and is so settled and happy there.
Both our children have loved their time at Little Dragons, especially the forest school which is a firm favourite for our outdoor adventurers.
The staff throughout all rooms have been wonderful and supportive to individual needs.
We wish we could have been around to see the opening of the new room 'Wildlings'. This looks set to be a fantastic addition
They communicate regularly with parents and deal with any issues transparently and proactively. We've also really valued the extra support for parents, including sleep and behaviour workshops, as well as the care taken during transitions such as moving rooms. We were especially grateful for the support they gave our son in preparing to become a big brother.
Our son particularly enjoys the extra activities such as Forest School and baking with the nursery chef to having chicks at nursery. We've been so happy with the care our son receives that when I became pregnant with our second, I made sure to secure her place too! We're incredibly grateful to the whole team.
Little dragons is the most amazing nursery!!! The staff are so welcoming, warm and understanding! Whenever our little one has trouble settling they're so understanding of his needs, and they communicate so beautifully with us as parents! I am so happy we found them!
A wonderful nursery that has taken the time to understand by child, and has really helped her flourish ready for her school transition. We love all the staff! The forest school at the field really deserves a mention too, they spend loads of time there and it's really special!
Although our daughter has only been there a short time, we've been amazed by how settled and happy she is. We love the focus on creativity, outdoor learning, building confidence and supporting each child's development.
The communication is excellent, the freshly prepared nutritious meals are fantastic, and knowing she's in such a nurturing environment makes leaving her each day so much easier. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to other parents.
The additional activities, especially Forest School, are a huge hit. Anything that gets the children outdoors is a big win for us, and LDs absolutely delivers on that front.
They put so much creativity and thought into the meals. They recently did a World Cup theme, giving the children dishes inspired by countries around the globe, such a fun touch.
Yes, it is more expensive than other nurseries we considered, but for us it was a complete no-brainer. The quality of the activities, the meals, the outstanding staff, and the environment is exactly what you're paying for. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend LDs!
I have been a parent of children at Little Dragons since 2022 and I am so glad my girls have spent their nursery years here. The staff are wonderful, as is the environment and all that they have to offer. The care and support from staff, right the way through from the baby room to preschool, is excellent. The forest school and amount of outdoor time is great, and the children get so much out of their days here. The variety of food is also a big bonus and is very healthy. Thank you little dragons!
So happy with Little Dragons.. our little one can't wait to go nursery and always excited to share news from her day. She loves singing songs, forest school and learning loads. The staff are attentive and caring.
The staff are what makes the nursery great and they go to great lengths to ensure the children are well looked after in their care and kept busy thinking of new and fun activities each day.
The food is also excellent and freshly cooked daily.
The new forest school will make the nursery even better and we look forward to our son transitioning over there in September.
We've been at the nursery since it opened and been really pleased with it. The field is a nice acquisition which our child loves visiting. I'm quite envious of the food and the Aircon (which means they've stayed open in the heat).
Our daughter has been there for the last three years, and our son started in October last year. The staff have always taken the time to understand and cater to each of their individual needs, creating such a warm, nurturing environment where they both feel happy and confident.
They absolutely love Forest School, the outdoor play, and the weekly focused learning activities, which are always engaging and fun. The delicious, nutritious meals prepared by Chef Luke are another huge bonus!
It's been wonderful watching both of our children grow and flourish, and we can't thank the amazing team enough for everything they do. We would highly recommend Little Dragons to any family looking for a caring, supportive, and inspiring nursery.
The staff are amazing and genuinely care for the children, forming some really lovely bonds. We have been impressed on multiple occasions with the way staff go out of their way to help children and parents, e.g. children struggling at drop-off. Nursery manager, Kerri, has also been great with helpful advice on dealing with some of the struggles of parenting young children!
The nursery atmosphere is happy and nurturing. Children are offered a wide range of activities including the excellent forest school and classes such as cooking and baby ballet. The menu is wide and varied (I'm amazed what the kids actually eat at nursery). Communication with the nursery and feedback on the children's day is also easy through the app, plus in-person de-briefs from staff at pick-up.
We love the nursery and are very happy we chose Little Dragon's for our children.
The nursery offers a great variety of activities and links learning to what's happening in the wider world where possible, making it fun and engaging. The Forest School provision is a real strength, and I'm looking forward to seeing how it develops with the new facilities.
The in-house chef provides a varied menu that encourages children to try new foods, and the baking sessions are always a highlight. Communication is also excellent, with regular app updates, parent workshops and parents' evenings. Staff are always happy to discuss progress or answer any questions. We'd happily recommend this nursery to other families.
All 3 of our children have been to Little Dragons and have absolutely thrived there. They have grown so much in confidence and developed so many lovely friendships. The staff are so caring and kind and plan so many different activities based around the children's interests. The forest school provision is a big highlight as well as the wonderful food menu. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery!
We have had 2 of our children attend this nursery and they have both thrived in the setting. The variety of activities and the care staff show them is of the highest standard and they have both loved going in each day.
We've had our toddler at Little Dragons for 2 years now, and he's really thriving. He is genuinely happy to be there, has lots of fun with his friends and the staff are caring and genuinely enjoy working with children. It's always difficult to leave your child in the care of others, but we are more than happy with how he is looked after and how he is progressing.

Kate finds early childhood development extremely fascinating, and gets an immense amount of reward and job satisfaction when working with children. Providing children with ‘awe and wonder’ learning opportunities is what inspires Kates interactions, she achieves this through knowing the children in her care, and being able to spot those magical moments where you can make a difference and enhance children's learning.
