Kids Planet Basford

My daughter has been coming to this nursery for 3 years and would recommend it to anyone. I also have a niece and nephew who have attended and enjoyed the nursery setting. The staff are all lovely and go above and beyond for parents and the children. Lovely, clean setting and has lovely staff members throughout. My daughter enjoys attending nursery and talks about staff daily to family members, 5 stars throughout for all areas.

Both of our children have been to this nursery. Our eldest son has left now but when we were pregnant with our second, we immediately knew which nursery she would go to. Some of the staff have been at the nursery for years and it's so lovely to have such familiar faces over the years. Our son loves coming back to pick his sister up as everybody loves to chat with him. Our daughter absolutely loves going to nursery and has made such great connections with the staff. We love sending her somewhere we know cares about her to such a great standard. I would always recommend Kids Planet Basford.

Our little girl settled really quickly and enjoys going, despite only being a little over a year. The staff are phenomenal and are super friendly and accomodating to different needs. The play equipment (toys, books etc.) they have is fairly modern and the spaces are warm and inviting for both children and adults. Staff keep parents up to date often via the app and are generally quite communicative, keeping our peace of mind. Meals given to children are mostly well-rounded and healthy and seem to vary a lot day to day.

My child has attended Kids Planet in Basford since she was 1 and she loves it. She has made friends, her confidence has grown and her speech and language have developed wonderfully. I love that the staff have the best interest of the children and get to know them on an individual basis. Being able to see what she's done that day and eaten is also very reassuring to me as a parent to see she's having fun.

Both of my children have/are currently at the nursery, the staff are amazing! They have brought both children on leaps and bounds. Have great communication with parents. Definitely would recommend this nursery.

My daughter started this nursery in January 2024. I was super nervous as it was the first time I had left her with someone other than family. The team at Kids Planet offered such a warm welcome and welcomed my daughter to their little lovely family. Every morning we get full smiles, my daughter loves going to nursery and she is thriving! The app is fab that they use so you can keep connected on what your child is up to in the day and what they are having for meals. The girls are fantastic at what they do and they generally love the little people they care for like they are their own children. I couldn't be happier with the nursery. Keep doing what you're doing girls as you are all fabulous!

What stands out to me is how dedicated each member of the team is to each child. My son is always so excited to be dropped off in the morning, which sets us all up for the day knowing how happy he is. It is situated on a busy residential road, but there's always safe parking spots available. I would highly recommend Kids Planet Basford!
