Farley, Steeple Langford Outdoor Nursery School

Our boys are having the best time at Farley Steeple Langford. We have been coming to Farley since 2018 and wouldn't go anywhere else for our children's nursery care. They love being outdoors and the staff are amazing with them right from baby age through to pre school. It's great to see investment in the facilities recently - it is all looking great! Thanks to all the staff who make it such a special place to send our children.

I have had four children at Farley Steeple Langford; they've all started when they were about 10 months and gone through to school age. I couldn't be happier with the level of care they have all received whilst on their Farley journey. There is something really special about Farley SL, the staff there are absolutely brilliant - they bring so much fun and laughter and enthusiasm to each day whilst also being really professional and ensuring all your child's needs are being met. They prioritise getting to know your child and work with you when there is any general transition period e.g. potty training, a fussy eating phase, sleep regression - all of which we've experienced! One of the things I really value is the continuity of staff at Farley SL, many of the staff who cared for my eldest child are now looking after my fourth which is reassuring and also gives Farley a really nice 'family feel'. Another perk - they cook proper delicious healthy meals each day which my children love!

Really happy with the care and attention to our Child. All of the staff are lovely and genuinely love the children. Likewise our son has created lovely bonds with not only his key workers but other care members of his class. The nursery offers a very creative and free to explore space.

Highly recommend this nursery! We feel very lucky to have chosen Farley for our little boy. Being outdoors and a relaxed approach. He loves going and enjoys spending time with his friends and key people. The staff are amazing and clearly love what they do. It really made the difficult transition of going back to work after maternity leave so much easier knowing that he was so well looked after and enjoys his time there. The staff also were very supportive of us potty training when we wanted to and made this process easy for us continuing his training.

Fantastic nursery that has met all our needs. Happy, welcoming environment where kids can be kids, play and learn in fresh air - get muddy and have a smile on their face all day.

The nursery is spoken of highly when we talk to family and friends, and I would wholeheartedly recommended Farley Steeple.

We have had the best experience at Farley, Steeple Langford Outdoor Nursery School. My two children are so happy, it is often hard to get them to leave. Every member of staff brings so much positive energy every day. The team have been so supportive with getting help with speech and language. They adore every child and really get the best out of every child for exactly who they are. Communication has really improved over the last few months.

Amazing nursery for both of my two boys. As soon as the front door is open they both stroll on in with not a fleeting glance back at me! They are both so happy there and when I pick them up it's a battle to get them back out the door! The staff are amazing and I love how they genuinely care and talk about them when we get the daily debrief of the days activities. Such a gem of a nursery, even with all the piles of washing I do!

My child loves Farley so much that he will sometimes say *I'm home!* when we arrive. The staff are incredible, the environment is perfect. I honestly don't think it could be any better. Our second will be starting later in the year and I couldn't imagine them going anywhere else.

We adore Farley Steeple Langford and so does our daughter. We love that she gets to be outside 24/7 with children of similar ages and wonderful nursery workers who she also adores! They do seasonal, topical and fun activities and she comes home each week learning something new.

This is a really wonderful nursery, with attentive, caring and energetic staff, a beautiful setting, and a fantastic ethos with outdoor learning and learning through play at the core. Our son loves this place so much, is always delighted to hop through the door, and speaks of his days so fondly. He gets such personal care and the staff are so knowledgable about everything from toilet training to behaviour. It feels like such a personal experience for the whole family and I would not hesitate to recommend this place 100%. So happy we chose Farley!

We love the outdoor lifestyle that Steeple presents and offers so much in terms of development and attitude to life for our little one - we particularly look forward to their events throughout the year so we can see everything in action and always feel so welcomed by the team. Definitely 10/10 all around from us!

There are so many charming things about Farley, we love the children's adventure books (scrapbooks) and the parents evenings and nativity. The staff are kind and dedicated, each knows our child and she always goes in happily and comes running out beaming. We know that she's in a wonderfully healthy setting with plenty of space to explore. We just wish that schools could be more like Farley!!

The staff have been an amazing support towards myself during times when I needed them, due to my eldest son needing extra support, etc, they were always there to listen and give advice not just for my child whilst at nursery but for me as a parent to help him at home! Amazing team and nursery!

We absolutely adore Farley! The team are incredible, and the care they provide for our son is second to none. It’s most definitely his second home! The passion that the team have for play, craft, care, learning, engagement and more is truly amazing. They are supportive of all elements to do with your child, especially when it comes to things like toilet training. As parents, you feel completely involved with all elements, and you definitely feel like family.

Farley Nursery is amazing! My eldest (currently year 1) still asks on a weekly basis if he can go to Farley Nursery and rangers is an absolute highlight of his holidays! My youngest is currently in Bee Garden and I will be so sad when we don’t have any children there anymore. Staff and setting are both amazing. They are so supportive of the children and it is truly the most magical place for children to be! I feel incredibly lucky to have been able to send my boys there, if only they did Primary Schools!

Cannot speak higher of Farley Nursery School, as soon as I found out I was expecting my first child I was recommended Farley Nursery (Steeple Langford specifically) by a friend who would tell anyone who’d listen, how wonderful they are! I am now that person.

Both of my children thoroughly enjoy their time at Farley Nursery, my eldest, now at school talks about it as her first and best school.

The staff are warm, knowledgeable but also normal people, who care about the well-being of children, who are as excited as the children about the play activities they set up. The staff genuinely enjoy their job and it’s reflected in the environment and children’s behaviour.

Honestly cannot rave about it enough, as a result of Farley Nursery and their values my children are confident, caring, adventurous and flourishing.

I cannot praise Farley Nursery School, Steeple Langford highly enough, we are so happy that both of our children could have such a wonderful place to spend their early years. The support and love the whole team show for the little ones in their care is obvious in every interaction. The outdoor ethos is fantastic, the grubby smiling faces at pick up always tell me that they've had a great day (staff and children!).

Farley Nursery School is such a magical place, I will be heartbroken when my youngest child goes to school and has to leave!

The staff are all so creative, wonderful and kind - it feels like they are part of your family and your children are going to a second home (except the staff at Farley Nursery get way more stuck into the messy and muddy play than I would ever do at home!)

My eldest child learnt to read at the age of 3 and a half due to the support and encouragement of the staff at Farley Nursery and the keyworkers - they have got the perfect balance of making learning fun and creative.

Please can Farley Nursery open a Primary School too?
