I can't recommend Ashbourne Hertford Nursery enough! From the moment I walked in and met with the manager, I was sold. She was so helpful and reassuring and instantly put me at ease having come from a prior bad experience. The walk around was lovely, from the rooms, the staff, and the smell of home-cooked lunch, it felt like home and I could instantly see my son settling here. We had a few settle sessions spread over a week which he loved and certainly helped the both of us with the transition and now 5 months in, it feels like he has always been there. The girls are amazing and my son absolutely adores them all, to say he has come on would be an understatement! His speech, understanding, playing with others and confidence are growing daily and we couldn't be happier. Thank you all!

We recently moved to Hertford and my son (16 months) joined the Ashbourne nursery. He absolutely loves it and settled in very quickly. The facilities are very good and the kids do plenty of activities during the day. It's very clear he loves all the staff and is always smiling when he sees them...

Claire is the Nursery Manager at Ashbourne Day Nurseries in Hertford, bringing over 20 years of experience in early years education. She has been part of the Ashbourne family for the past 3.5 years and is passionate about creating a warm, welcoming environment for every child and family.
Claire holds a level 3 qualification in Early Years and has worked across a range of settings, giving her a strong understanding of how to support children at every stage of their development.
She believes that the early years should be filled with curiosity, confidence, and care, and takes pride in leading a team that nurtures each child as an individual. Building strong relationships with both children and parents is at the heart of everything she does.
