Banana Moon Day Nursery Stirchley

My daughter has been attending Banana Moon Stirchley since October 2021 and we couldn't be happier with her progress. The nursery facilities are top class and the staff are wonderful. She loves going to nursery and we feel lucky to have it available to us.

After a year at a different nursery with our first child, we were keen to improve our experience. Banana Moon Day Nursery Stirchley was a breath of fresh air. The team are so welcoming and allowed us to be very involved with the settling-in process. We have two children with them and both have settled in beautifully. The staff are warm and friendly and my children are rarely returned to me overly messy, tired or hungry (unlike the previous nursery!). We’re delighted with Banana Moon and happy we joined.

All the staff are amazing and understanding, all staff take their time to say morning or goodbye to each individual. My son has been going now for a year and loves every moment, the support he is given as a child with speech delay is amazing.

Fabulous nursery! Very clean, modern and has plenty of toys and activities to keep the children busy all day. The staff genuinely care about every child that attends. Even the members of staff that don't work closely with my daughter know her name and take the time to greet her when they see her and tell me how well she seems to have settled in which is so lovely. My daughter is really happy here and enjoys telling me what she's been up to. She loves playing football and in the sandboxes outside. If the weather isn't too bad then the door to the garden is kept open so she can go in and out as she pleases (obviously under supervision at all times). Another great aspect is the positive changes in her behaviour at home. Cannot fault this place in the slightest! Thank you.

My only down points are that you have to provide your own nappies and wipes (at my eldest's nursery it was all included for the same price) and that on the app I don't see many photos but that might be because we aren't there all week.

Transferred our little boy over at 1 year old after having been with another nursery for about 5 months. This one was closer to us which was the main reason for choosing but we are really happy with the decision overall as fantastic facilities, lovely staff team and always lots of fun activities for the little ones. Our toddler enjoys his days at nursery and we get good regular updates and news on the app.

My daughter has absolutely loved it there from the first day I took her. As soon as we get there, she's running down the corridor to see all her friends and doesn't want to leave when I come and pick her up.

It's been really good the staff are lovely and my daughter really likes going to nursery it's not a morning drag she looks forward to going and seeing the staff and her friends. She comes home and tells us all about her day which tells me she's mentally stimulated and enjoys the activities the staff put on. The regular updates and photos through the app are also a fantastic way of interaction for parents to see what the kids are up to.
