Banana Moon Day Nursery Stirchley

Our daughter loves going to nursery at Banana Moon Day Nursery Stirchley and I can only attribute that to the amazing job the staff do of looking after her. There is a warm and cooperative atmosphere amongst the staff and they are always welcoming and helpful towards the parents.

Would highly recommend.

My son has been going to Banana Moon Day Nursery since the start of January 2024 for two days per week. At the start, I was very anxious as I had just started back at work following my maternity leave, the staff at Banana Moon made me feel that my son was going to be safe and they also gave me updates throughout the dreaded first day. Since then, I have enjoyed bringing my son to this nursery, always greeted by staff that are smiling and always up for a quick chat, continuous updates on my son's progress and always addressing any concerns in a timely manner. I will enjoy seeing and hearing about my son's progress throughout his time in this nursery and would recommend this nursery. Thanks to all the staff members.

Banana Moon is a fantastic nursery, the staff are absolutely lovely and do the utmost to ensure my daughter has the best time when she is there. They have helped her to come on leaps and bounds with her speech and her crawling/walking. She absolutely loves going to nursery and they have been amazing in regard to her wants and needs.

Amazing nursery. The staff are really friendly and great with my daughter. It took her a few weeks to settle in but they were great and helped her. She’s also developed so much since being there. I highly recommend this nursery.

My child has been attending Banana Moon for the last year and a half and we couldn’t be happier with our choice! All the staff are brilliant- friendly, professional and they really get to know each child. The setting and facilities are amazing and it’s fantastic that they offer lots of outdoor play. The biggest testament is that my child enters and leaves with a smile on their face and always lets me know they've had a wonderful day. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Banana Moon!

Excellent nursery with excellent facilities. The staff is very welcoming. My son has settled in very quickly and has made some amazing friends. Clean environment for kids to play in. A lot of support from the teachers to help build children’s confidence.

Everything from my first impression to the friendly welcome of all the staff just makes me feel comfortable about this nursery. The building is purposely designed for its use and feels extremely safe and clean and well-equipped. The outdoor space and openness of the roof gardens are such great spaces for the little ones. The staff are very informative and always put me at ease and seem to care about the child’s well-being you can tell it’s not just a job. I feel happy sending him to nursery and now only 6 weeks in he’s settled in and I know he’s thriving and happy there. The food is amazing and the communication is also great. The use of the app keeps me reassured daily and I always know what he has eaten and how much he has slept etc. Keep up the good work guys.

A great nursery. Very good communication from the staff and regular updates are sent via email regarding any changes or events. The staff were very patient with my child when he started and helped him to settle well. He now loves going in. Food and snacks are prepared on-site offering good healthy meals which is great.

I have a toddler and a baby at the nursery and I am very happy with the care they receive. The staff are very thoughtful and caring and the kids always come home tired out after a day at nursery, so I know they have been busy and stimulated. My toddler enjoys telling us what he’s been up to, which friends he’s been playing with and what he’s been talking to the teachers about. The facilities are more than adequate, there is so much for them to play with, and it always seems very clean. The only thing I would add is, it would be great to see more photos and earlier updates on the app, but I understand the staff are very busy so appreciate this isn’t always possible.

My daughter loves going to nursery here! The staff are very friendly and attentive. They have each child's individual development in mind and do activities to help achieve key milestones. The premises is always neat and tidy and they have great indoor and outdoor spaces. I am happy to be able to send my child there knowing she is safe and well looked after.

My child loves the nursery and has a strong relationship with the staff. Communication is good and they really know my child, handover is always detailed and really helpful for consistency. The facilities are beautiful and the activities always seem well planned and my child really enjoys them. She adores the food too!

The staff are all approachable and responsive to any queries or requests. I really like the fact that I can walk in at any time unannounced using the fingerprint system - this was a massive selling point for me when choosing a nursery. I would 100% recommend it.

A positive, happy atmosphere amongst staff!

I really like Banana Moon because of the staff, the rooms and the transparency. They have an app system which is brilliant. The building is newly constructed and feels good. My child is happy there, so definitely recommend it.

It would be nice to get some more photos of what he has been doing, but I’d rather everyone was busy having fun. They do lots of activities and have bikes and a mud kitchen.

Great nursery and brilliant staff and the whole experience is fantastic. Our two children absolutely love going and running into the nursery which is great to see. Best nursery I have dealt with by a long way.

Our experience with Banana Moon Stirchley has been very positive so far! Our daughter started there last September just before she turned one. The building is brand new so everywhere is very clean and modern. The food is amazing! Diaries are updated daily, sometimes with photos. Security is good and all the staff are lovely and just want to do their best for the children in their care. Our daughter is very happy!

My little one started about a month ago. The staff are lovely and so far my child loves going and she loves to go every day. My child doesn't normally like to leave my side, that says enough for me. Thank you.
