Banana Moon Day Nursery Stirchley

My child has attended for almost 2 years and we've always found staff to be friendly and caring. We particularly like that meals are cooked onsite. We recently attended a stay and play session at the nursery which was very successful and great to see more of the setting and staff

We had such a beautiful morning at the stay and play. We adore the nursery, and the kids (Indie & Bodhi) are thriving here.

Great nursery with lots of activities for the kids. The staff are fantastic and create great connections with the children.

Had a lovely stay and play morning. All the staff are so welcoming, and the activities set up are interesting for the babies. Our eldest son has been coming to Banana Moon since he was 12 months and is now 3 and loves it. Communication with parents is always good, and staff are helpful and approachable. Would recommend Banana Moon to everyone.

Facilities are great too and communication is good, not too many emails but good liaising with parents. Highly recommended!

The nursery is really good, with great and friendly staff who genuinely care about the children. My child has been attending since April last year, and the progress has been amazing. She is now 2 years old, speaking so well, and has developed such lovely behavior, I'm really happy with how much she is learning and growing there.

My Daughter has been attending Banana Moon in Stirchley since September 2023. She loves going into nursery and has made some lovely relationships with staff and children. The nursery is clean, tidy and they have lots of nice toys and equipment for the children to play with. She especially loves the garden with the bikes and messy play. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming and I feel confident she will always be looked after and comforted if she is ever upset. Since going up to Mini Moons her speech has really improved and she surprises us with how much she learns at nursery. We couldn't recommend Banana Moon more.

My little boy has been attending Banana Moon for over a year now and he absolutely loves it! The staff are really caring and friendly, and the toys/equipment are lovely. Its really good to receive updates as to the activities that the children do, and he eats all of the meals provided (plus extra portions!). The nursery have been really supportive with potty training recently and he is doing so well :-). I would definitely recommend this nursery.

The facilities are clean, safe, and well-organized, with plenty of outdoor space for play. Communication with parents is excellent, with regular updates and opportunities for involvement in activites

My little boy has been attending this nursery since February 2023 ( shortly after it first opened!). The staff are lovely and welcoming and the environment is bright and airy. The outdoor space is quite big and lots of well maintained equipment for the children to play with. The updates every week on what each room will be working on is great. Communication is fantastic and having the app helps with any little questions. The food is fantastic, my son regularly states that the chef is a good "cooker"! , all freshly made on site.

We love banana moon nursery! My two daughters have been at the nursery now and it is a lovely environment for children to flourish! We are so pleased and reassured by the care and compassion the staff have for the children and make the effort to get to know them so well, their likes and dislikes and always feedback on how their day has been. We love receiving artwork and different things they have been up to in the day and it's lovely when the children get to have time to play outside. Thank you Banana Moon x

Our children seem to enjoy their days at Banana Moon, and have formed nice bonds with some of their favourite staff members. The building was recently purpose-built so indoor facilities are great, and always seem clean and tidy. There's some outdoor space; in an ideal world a bit more would be nice but finding an urban nursery that offers this is rare. The weekly activities seem well organised and thought-through, and relate to the seasons/time of year etc. Lots of Comms about what's coming up, and how this relates to learning objectives, both via email and in the app. The care seems to be very good, especially in the baby room the kids seem well looked after, albeit on occasion the staff in this room seem to have their hands pretty full at times. Food seems decently nutritious, and our fussy older child eats more adventurously than at home. Management are friendly and communicative. Pricing is reasonable, especially given the quality of care.

Both my children have attended nursery here, my 4 year old for the longest. The team are incredibly supportive, kind and understanding. They have supported him on his nursery journey which compassion and professionalism. Communication is excellent and they have the children's best interests at heart.

All staff are kind and caring. They are able to discuss any concerns and always make you feel at ease. The building is clean and spacious. Staff are uploading more golden moments too and it is nice to see what the children get up to in the day.

Our son loves his time at Banana Moon - all the staff are so friendly, and he's learned so much! He has an intolerance and they're really diligent about making sure he eats the right food, and he always comes home stuffed - he loves to eat there!

My little one has been going to nursery here since Sep 24 and is thriving. We are so impressed with how much the staff care about his wellbeing, they are always friendly and make time for a thorough handover, they send messages on the app to put our mind at ease if he's having a hard time and send pictures so we can see him having the best time at nursery. He loves the home cooked meals and usually has seconds, his language development has really improved and he's just a happy bunny. We love that he's outside whenever the weather allows it and takes part in lots of messy and arty activities.

My son has been at Banana Moon for 2 years now and every day he has the best time. Staff care is second to none, activities are varied and keep him stimulated, communication at the end of each day provides a detailed summary of what he's been up to and E-communication is outstanding but now over bearing. I've suggested Banana Moon to my friends for their children and those who have taken up the offer have been equally impressed.

Standard are great, friendly and safe staff! Overall such a lovley nursery. My daughter has settled in very well, and cannot wait to come back once she has left. The standards of the nursery are met very well.

From the first day, he cried and said he wanted to go home. One day, two months later, he said that I really love Banana Moon and the teachers. “I want to go to school every day.” Thank you very much to everyone in Banana moon.

My daughter has an excellent time at Banana Moon Day Nursery. Her development is noticeable, the staff are great and communicate well with a good range of food given to my daughter! Timings work out well for us and their use of the app is great to give you an idea of how your child is doing.
