Of Spanish descent, she communicates with overseas parents with care and consideration, helping them feel reassured and supported. She has exceptional knowledge of early years education and a genuine passion for fostering children’s growth, learning, and well-being.

Throughout her career, Maria has demonstrated strong leadership in key areas, including Safeguarding, Health and Safety, and Child Development. Recently, she became a proud grandmother to twin boys and continues to play an active role in their early development, bringing both professional expertise and personal joy to her involvement.

Miss Olivette brings over 20 years of experience in early years education. She has held lead roles, including Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), and is a specialist in babies and child development. Affectionately known locally as “the baby whisperer,” Olivette has an exceptional ability to help babies feel happy and secure within moments of meeting her.

A kind, caring, and calm teacher, Olivette deeply understands the needs of the children in her care. As a busy mother of three, her dedication is truly remarkable. Fluent in French, she is also able to reassure and communicate effectively with overseas families, combining warmth with strong professional communication skills.

Glycer joined us from the Philippines as part of our company’s sponsorship programme. She is highly qualified and specialises in Special Educational Needs (SEN). Her calm and caring approach provides the babies with a secure and nurturing environment.

Coni is a nurturing and patient practitioner whose kindness and dedication shine through in everything she does. Originally from the Philippines, she was sponsored by our company to further her knowledge in child development. A highly qualified teacher, Coni’s supportive and caring nature has greatly enhanced her studies in Special Educational Needs (SEN), enabling her to help all children receive the best possible start in their early years.

Stacey joined us in January and is currently studying for her Level 3 qualification in childcare. As both a mother and a grandmother, Stacey brings a wealth of personal experience to her role. Her understanding of child development and the care of each individual child is truly outstanding. She ensures that every child is valued, nurtured, and supported in their unique journey. Stacey takes great responsibility in providing a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where children can thrive and reach their full potential.

Sema has worked in early years settings for 4 years and is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for every child. She chose a career in childcare because she believes that the early years are the most important stage in a child’s development, a time to explore, grow, and build confidence. Sema finds it incredibly rewarding to see children discover new things each day and to support families through those important early milestones.is a highly professional individual with exceptional communication skills and fluency in Turkish. Her caring and compassionate nature has led her to serve as the well-being ambassador for both teachers and children

Carlee is a highly educated and motivated teacher, originally from Australia. Our company has sponsored her to be part of the team. Maddie has recently joined our team as an apprentice. She will be supporting the staff while learning and completing her Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education. We’re excited to support her as she works toward her apprenticeship goal.
