At Millies House Westminster the team are dedicated, highly qualified, paediatric first aid trained, but more importantly they show kindness and care, showing love and praise to all the children, forming close bonds and fantastic parent relationships. I'm so happy with the care my son receives at Millie's House. The staff are warm, attentive and truly caring. They create a safe and fun environment and my son is always very excited to go in, which gives me so much peace of mind. I'm very grateful and highly recommend this nursery!

Our daughter was struggling to settle in, the staff at Millie's house noticed this & offered to help by her attending an extra morning each week, the change in her since she's attended for those mornings is amazing, she is now happy when I leave her at nursery rather than crying to stay with me!
The regular updates on things they've been doing each week is great & lovely to read, all staff are so friendly & helpful!

Our son attended Millie's for 3 years since he was 6 months old. This has been the most amazing environment for his growth and he was well cared for by the Millie's Team. We have very fond memories of our time at Millie's, and my son still refers to his favourite nursery.

The nursery is run by an amazing dedicated highly professional manager. You feel part of a family. our child was genuinely cared for, his behaviors and needs closely observed and communicated to us. Having been to other nurseries, we come to appreciate Millie's for the unique individual approach to

Our son has been attending Millie's House since January this year, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. He absolutely loves it. He goes in happily every morning, and when we pick him up he's just as content, which says everything.


The staff are truly wonderful: warm, nurturing, and genuinely

caring. It's clear they put great effort into creating a safe, fun, and comforting environment for the children. Our son feels completely at ease with them, often talking about his key carers outside of nursery and even on weekends.


We've also been really impressed by the quality of the meals too. They're healthy, well balanced, and varied, which we really appreciate. And since joining Millie's House, we've seen his learning and development soar. The activities, structure, and thought that go into each day have made such a positive impact, and we feel incredibly grateful for the experiences he gets there.


We couldn't recommend Millie's House more highly.

We highly recommend Millie's House to those looking for a caring, nurturing and safe environment for their children. Natasha and her team are outstanding, they all consistently go out of their way to make our children (and us!) feel welcome and well looked after. Our 3 yr old absolutely loves the pre-school
and can't wait to see her friends and teachers everyday. Having special dietary needs, the on-site chef Sarah makes her separate delicious meals that are made very similar to make her feel included.


Our 1 yr old LOVES the spacious baby and toddler room which has been newly equipped. The staff closely follow our home routine which gave us a very smooth settling in period. The separate cot room is unique to other nurseries in the area. Finally, they host frequent meet and greet events/parties which is a nice personalised touch and a great way to get to know other parents and staff. They are both incredibly happy at Millie's House.

The building is well-organised with every area carefully arranged to ensure the comfort, safety, and happiness of the little ones. The staff is exceptional and consistently attentive to the individual needs of each child. Their warm and dedicated approach creates a welcoming atmosphere where families

We are very happy with the nursery. Plenty of space, type of interaction, activities, equipment and toys. The staff is always smiling, welcoming, taking the time to talk to each parent. The nursery is also well organized.

We can't be more appreciative of all the amazing work that Natasha and her team are doing. We were very worried about staring a nursery with a 1 year old, but the team made sure the smoothest transition and accommodated all of baby needs. Everyone is genuinely caring and goes above and beyond to ensure
the little ones are thriving. Natasha in particular is an absolutely amazing manager and showed so much support throughout our time there.
The facilities are great, and the team are constantly working on improving the rooms and the range of activities available to the children. The only minor limitation is outdoor space, which is understandable given the central location.

A lovely, warm and happy atmosphere. Our daughter attended from 10months until 2.5 yrs. We were delighted with her progress in language, confidence and social skills.
