Nuffy Bear Day Nursery at Medway

Our daughter started at Nuffy Bear Nursery in April 2025, just after turning two, and we couldn't be happier.

All of the Nuffy team are so warm, caring and attentive. They really went above and beyond to help her settle in. We're so grateful for the support and regular development updates, and the added swimming and fitness classes when she turns 3 are such a great bonus which she is already very excited about!

Our daughter's confidence and development have come on so much since joining, and we feel incredibly lucky and grateful to have found such a wonderful nursery.

I would appreciate a bit more consistency in information provided in the app I.e activities done, food given etc.

It is an absolutely lovely nursery that gave me peace of mind as a mom and my kids absolutely love it there. They especially enjoy going to the garden to play with the bicycles and their friends.. no regrets whatsoever!!

My child has been going to this nursery for over 2 years now & I have always been more than happy with the care provided. Really helpful and supportive. My second child will definitely be attending this nursery.

Transitioning our daughter to a new nursery felt daunting after her childminder closed, but Nuffy Bears has been a wonderful experience. Four months in, they've helped her settle in seamlessly, offering an incredibly supportive & welcoming environment. Every day, our daughter comes home happy & full of stories. She's made lovely friendships & formed strong bonds with the staff, especially her key workers, who show remarkable dedication & care. It's clear they genuinely love what they do & are committed to each child's well-being. Her favorite activity has been Funky Fitness, sparking excitement & promoting physical development in an engaging way. We're also looking forward to her starting swimming lessons in September, showcasing the diverse experiences that Nuffy Bears offers. Overall, Nuffy Bears has been exceptional. We're grateful for their nurturing care & professionalism, ensuring our daughter is in capable hands. We wholeheartedly recommend Nuffy Bears for a nursery.

Our expererience at Nuffy Bear has been exceptional. Our daughter never hesitates to go and comes home with plenty of stories filled with joy and excitment. She also enjoys the swimming, going to the gym studio and all the messy play they do. I feel confident saying goodbye to my daughter knowing shes in good hands for the day.

As a first-time mum, I was nervous about finding the right nursery, but Nuffy Bear Nursery in Medway has been amazing. From our first visit, the friendly and professional staff put me at ease, and my 1-year-old loves going there. The nursery is warm and welcoming, with great activities that support my child's development.

I cannot recommend Nuffy Bear enough! My youngest daughter started in September last year in the baby room and settled so much faster than I expected. The staff are so lovely and she adores them, she actually asks to go in when we are at swimming lessons at the weekend. One big difference between Nuffy Bear and my elder daughter's nursery is staff retention. Our youngest daughter has had the same staff in the baby room since she started which I think is so important when they are settling in.

The setting itself is new, modern, clean and well thought out with a lovely garden area. Whilst our youngest daughter is too young at the moment, the swimming and exercise classes that the older children get to take part in are a real differentiator with other nurseries in the area.

We are so happy that our youngest daughter is getting such a wonderful experience of nursery and would highly recommend this to other parents.

Moving from London I didn't think we would get the same quality of care and education but it's just as good. Highly recommended.

My two-year-old son has been attending the nursery since Jan 2024 and settled in very quickly, thanks to all the efforts made by the team. He loves his key worker and the other staff, and enjoys garden time the most. The nursery has been amazing in making him feel safe and looked after, I really can't thank the team enough.

I am so happy that we managed to get a space for our daughter at Nuffy Bear, Medway. Her key people and the whole team have been amazing! They have supported my daughter through her transition from baby room to toddlers and she has learnt so much during her time there. My daughter loves her nursery days and they have made putting my first child into nursery and returning to work so much easier! My son has attended Nuffy Bear Day Nursery for nearly two years. The care and attention taken to support both my son and me is outstanding. They are a group of brilliant professionals who go above and beyond to make the children's experience varied and exciting every day. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nursery.

My son goes to this nursey and the team are the best. They care for him so well and he loves going in every day. They give good feedback on how his day was and upload pictures on the app for parents to view with information. I will definitely recommend this nursery.

My daughter has been with the nursery since March 2024 so we are only a few months in but so far I would 100%recommend the nursery to other parents. I was so worried about leaving my daughter at a nursery but the staff were so good at reassuring me and updating me on her progress. They really took their time and helped her to settle in. I love it when I pick her up I get full updates and I can see her playing and enjoying her time. They are very honest and tell you if she is having a good or bad day which is nice to know you're always getting updated with the truth and not just what they think you would like to hear. The staff are so friendly and professional it's what made our decision to chose Nuffy Bears.

Nuffy Bear Day Nursery have been nothing short of amazing since our son started there aged 9 months. His development has come on an incredible amount from the engaging interactions the staff give him on a constant basis. He had a medical emergency during his time at nursery and the staff could not have been more attentive to him and went over and above to look after him. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nuffy to parents/parents-to-be.

Overall, lovely clean good nursery and I would 100% recommend! Preschoolers also get to attend swimming which is a great addition.

My son has been enrolled in Nuffy Bear Medway for eight months now, and in that time we have watched him grow and flourish leaps and bounds! He started just four months after breaking his femur which caused a delay in his physical development, but with the help of the amazing staff he is now confidently walking! We have also seen a huge difference in his communication, language and motor skills, with him coming home each day having learnt something new. The staff are very professional and friendly, and I feel so confident leaving him in their care, as I can tell how much he is cared for by all of them. My son is at a stage where he is very shy in other environments but he always lights up with a smile when we walk in each morning. I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery to all of my friends and family.
