My daughter was a very shy girl when it came to meeting others due to being a lockdown baby, but since attending this nursery she has become more comfortable with others. She loves going to nursery and playing with her friends and the staff are just wonderful they all make time for you when you have
concerns and just general chit-chat about yourself or your child's development. And the regular updates and pictures on how they get on sent to your personal email address are brilliant, keeps me at ease knowing how my daughter is getting on at the nursery.

Before starting nursery my daughter hardly ever spoke and was struggling with her learning but since coming here she has completely changed. Her speech is so much better she can speak in full sentences and communicate what she wants or what is going on around her, she's struggled with eating but at
nursery has no problem eating all of the food they give her. So I can relax a bit knowing that she's eating properly and healthily at nursery. She has progressed so much and loves it there she's always excited to go and has a lot of fun.

Can not recommend this nursery enough the staff are so welcoming. My son loves going to this nursery. After starting in June this year he settled there within days and that is 100% down to the amazing staff there.

Can’t recommend this nursery enough. My son has learnt a lot over the past year of being here and always looks forward to his nursery days. The staff here are incredible and the care they provide for the children is amazing! I can leave there without having to worry knowing my son is in great hands.
Wouldn’t send him to any other nursery, highly recommend!

Fantastic nursery, I love how happy my child is in the setting, the communication and updates I receive from them regarding my little one is also fab, such a great and friendly team. I'm just waiting on my second child turning two so she can be moved here. It's a great feeling dropping him off knowing
he's happy and cared for.

Since my son started at this nursery he has learned so much, his speech has improved, he knows all his colours, he’s learning all shapes and retaining the information, he knows numbers up to 20, he’s learned to share and have compassion for another child, over all he has so much confidence in what he
is doing and he loves all the teachers they have been so amazing with him, when he first started he cried every time he went in and it was so heartbreaking leaving him but by the time I picked him up he had the best day and settled in nicely and he would cry every time for two months but his teachers would calm him down and he would be great and they communicated with me on how he was doing so that I wasn’t worried. The manager and the team are amazing and the chef cooks some amazing meals and hides veggies in them so well that the children don’t have a clue, I highly recommend this nursery it’s facility’s are great and it has a lovely garden with loads to do.

My daughter loves going to this nursery every day and always comes home with a smile. The environment is safe and friendly and the staff are great with the kids and always professional. I would definitely recommend to a friend or family member.

Danielle

Danielle Mason

Job Title: Nursery Manager Joined: 2007

I have been employed by Evolution Childcare since 2007, beginning my career at the Stables site, where I worked across both the Reception and Early Learners rooms. In 2015, I was promoted to Room Manager in Early Learners and later moved into the Reception Room as Room Manager.


Throughout my career, I have completed extensive in-house training and gained a range of certificates that have supported my professional and personal development. Alongside my core role, I also held the position of Stables Events and Equal Opportunities Officer. In this role, I was responsible for planning and organising monthly events for children, parents, and staff, documenting these events, and promoting awareness of diversity, culture, and inclusion within the setting.


In 2017, I was promoted to Third in Charge, which further developed my understanding of nursery operations and provided opportunities to work closely alongside the Manager, including supporting training exercises. I was then promoted to Assistant Manager in 2019, where I worked with a range of managers and gained valuable leadership and operational experience.


In September 2020, I was promoted to Nursery Manager at Blackbrook. I thoroughly enjoy my role and take great pride in the positive impact we make on the children in our care and their families. Most recently, we have opened our under-twos provision, and I am excited to watch it continue to grow and thrive.
