N Family Club - Highgate

The manager is amazing. Super happy with N Family. We have been here for two months and our child has quickly adjusted to the nursery. We highly recommend this place. The staff are very kind, the app is very friendly.

We have been extremely impressed with the staff and experience at the N Family Club in Highgate - all of the ‘in-room’ staff are extremely friendly and professional. The nursery is newly refurbished and well-equipped, and the staff clearly take pride in its appearance. Most importantly our son, who is one, is very happy at handover and pick-up.

Our daughter is just finishing getting settled in at N Family Highgate and I couldn't be more grateful to the whole team for how easy they've made the transition. They've been so thoughtful and attentive in how to set our baby and our whole family up for success. It's made my transition back to work so much easier knowing that our little one is in excellent hands.

My child has been developing well and is happy and the staff have been responsive and supportive. The menu seems great, the app is helpful, and the environment looks to be well kept and maintained.

Having just settled my daughter in, I am incredibly grateful to all of the staff who have made this transition as smooth and happy as it could be. The N Family truly feels like a family already and I am returning to work calm in the knowledge that my daughter is safe and in a wonderful learning environment.

The warmth and friendliness exhibited by all members of staff is infectious. We are delighted to be part of N Family Highgate and reassured that our son is in such safe, competent and playful hands.

All the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They know my child well and he is genuinely excited to see them whenever I take him to nursery. The staff seem to make a big effort with activities that are fun, engaging and enriching for the children. Thanks very much.

Excellent nursery. Wonderful caring staff and a beautiful environment. They've helped a lot with our daughter to wear her glasses and she's made a wonderful connection with the staff in her room. Top class place!

An absolutely wonderful nursery that I would 100% recommend to other parents. The staff are fantastic, friendly, attentive and great with the children. The nursery is spotless and very well presented and has great facilities and we love that the nursery teaches the children a range of different subjects e.g Spanish, yoga, awareness of the climate. My child always has a great day and learns lots at this nursery most importantly my child loves it and comes home with a big smile with lots of stories to tell about her day and learning. Excellent nursery! Couldn't be happier. The staff are warm, welcoming and supportive of my son's needs, showing much care and love towards him. He's been developing so well over the past few months becoming confident in all areas. Highly recommended.

Choosing a nursery was one of the most important things I have done since my baby was born. I am so happy that N family club opened near us just after my baby was born as from all my research they were my top choice due to their philosophical foundations (especially Montessori) and the N curriculum. The nursery manager is so patient and was amazing in guiding us through the first few months (and still does) and we were so lucky to have ended up in a room full of lovely, caring and happy staff who seem to really care about the children. We love our key worker and room manager but all the staff we have met are really lovely and seem to care about the children. They also have a wonderful front of house who always greets you with the biggest smile, knows your name and cares about your baby. Food-wise, the menu is great and the nursery itself is beautiful with a lot of their furniture made specifically for them. The garden is smallish but the space seems really well utilised. A big thank you!

N Family have a really caring group of staff who do everything they can to make both you and your child feel at ease. They also really work hard to cater for your child's individual needs. We have been really pleased with our time so far and would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Couldn't rave more. Reliable, creative, and supportive to the whole family. Our daughter runs in every morning, the nursery gives us great updates throughout the day and they always give a detailed summary in person at the end of the day. They're so wonderfully supportive of working parents and the demands that places on us. The team are all great, committed and kind humans and our daughter is thriving there.

Activities: our son seems to be doing something different every day and making lots of lovely friends!

N Family Club nursery is fantastic. My little girl settled in really easily. The staff are friendly, kind and accommodating. Following all procedures. She eats healthy meals and learns so much with all the activities and facilities provided. The nursery uses the latest app technology, and I'm able to see and know everything that is happening when my little girl is with them.

I have been blown away by the quality of the experience we've had with this nursery.

With it being brand new it was a slight gamble choosing it for my son as we obviously weren't able to look around in advance (as it was being built) but the N Family brand has an outstanding reputation and that's what we counted on and we haven't been disappointed. As a family couldn't have asked for a better experience.

All the staff at the nursery, from my son's key worker to the front of house are; warm, welcoming and lovely. The variety of food he eats is brilliant and he has settled so quickly (within a week). I have complete confidence that I drop him off and know he's going to have a stimulating and interesting day.

I would highly recommend this nursery.
