Fantastic nursery! Our son had never been in childcare before starting at Vita et Pax nursery so we were apprehensive to start, but from day one he has loved going in which has been such a relief. The nursery Teachers, Teaching Assistants and office staff are all wonderful, it feels like a family where we completely trust them to nurture our son and give him the best care.
We are absolutely delighted to hear that your son has settled so well with us, especially as this was his first experience of childcare. It means a lot to know that he is happy to come in each day and that you feel reassured and...
Little Vitas is a safe, nurturing and friendly environment for my 2 year old. The small class size makes me feel at ease and the teachers are exceptionally attentive. My son's language and communication has rocketed. He is constantly stimulated and enjoys days filled with activities and fun. The app I can access is detailed and tells me exactly what he has eaten and what he gets up to each day. He runs into his nursery class every morning without even looking back!
We're absolutely delighted to hear that your little one feels so safe, happy, and stimulated at Little Vitas. Knowing that he runs into nursery each morning without looking back is the highest praise we could ask for!

Lovely and kind staff. Nurturing environment, not too many children to teacher ratio. My daughter is very attached to me and has separation anxiety, I am very happy she has settled well and I can trust that she is ok there.
Kind regards, School Office

The staff at the school are absolutely amazing and super kind! We come to the playgroup every week and my daughter always enjoys herself, the facilities I have used have always been very clean and hygienic and the staff are very present and interact with the children with different activities and toys each session
It's gives them an opportunity to play and discover new things they may have not before.
The staff here are so friendly and amazing overall a good 5 stars from me.
Lovely nursery and primary school, small class sizes. Learning through play with support for children who are a little behind their peers. Parents encouraged to be involved and also support children so there is a 360 fun, learning environment. Would recommend.
From the moment we joined we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The staff are attentive and it's evident they enjoy their jobs supporting the children with their development. The curriculum is engaging and activities are fun and educational. My son joined reception with knowledge of his phonics and this has boosted his confidence and ability.
I've particularly appreciated the ease with which I can communicate with the nursery team. The nursery is also well integrated with the wider school. This access and engagement with older children and traditional school routine is great to help with transition to reception and provides socialisation opportunities. The students are polite, welcoming and all know each other, which means it's not an intimidating environment for the younger children.
We have formed a nice parent network, were we meet up for parties and made great friendships.
The learning outcomes are fantastic he has learnt to write his name and recognise the letters within it. I'm so happy with the nurturing care that is provided by the team and the British values that are being implemented in the everyday care he receives.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review, we really appreciate your feedback.
I would like to say a big thank you for the warm and kind attitude to our family, and particularly for our daughter. It was a great pleasure to see her first steps in her learning journey. I hope Vita will still keep the same warm and family oriented school, where kids feel like at home, as we felt it from the first day of our staying here.
Thank you for your wonderful review. The pleasure is ours.
My son started at the Vita Nursery almost a year ago. He has absolutely flourished in every way during the time he has been at the nursery - he has learned so much! He loves going to nursery as well as his teachers and friends. I feel that the nursery has struck a great balance in stretching the children academically, giving them lots of variety and interesting activities, as well as supporting them to develop socially with their peers and the wider school community within a very nurturing environment. My son is so happy at pick up to show and tell me all about what he's been doing through the day. The school really takes an active approach towards creating a whole family school environment, including the nursery. I have been pleasantly surprised to see the older children helping and looking out for the nursery children. All of the teaching staff clearly know all the children well, and the school community is very wholesome, inclusive and fun.
We really appreciate and value your feedback, thank you.
Our daughter has attended the nursery for just over a year now, and I cannot thank the school enough for the progress that she has made in her confidence and development. It is a wonderfully nurturing and wholesome environment with dedicated, highly experienced and much-loved teachers.
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback; it is truly appreciated.
A fantastic and very nurturing environment. The staff go above and beyond to ensure the wellbeing of the children. They seem to know the children very well also. Would highly recommend the nursery. Our daughter has loved her time so far.
An outstanding learning environment for little ones. Staff go above and beyond to ensure the environment is nurturing and meets the individual needs of all children, as well as collectively. The lead nursery teacher should in fact be put forward for a teacher of the year award!
Amazing school overall. They focus totally on your child and tailor to their needs. My son is very, very happy there and every student is well balance and encouraged to grow in confidence. My son has developed greatly since his first day.

I have had the privilege of being part of the Vita et Pax community since 2001, and over the years, I have had the pleasure of stepping into various roles, from Nursery Teacher to Deputy Headteacher. My journey at Vita has been deeply fulfilling, watching our school grow and evolve into a nurturing environment where children thrive, feel safe, and love to learn.
Throughout my time here, I’ve always believed that fostering a love for learning and promoting well-being are at the heart of education. As the Head of EYFS, DSL, and Wellbeing Lead, I strive to ensure that our youngest learners develop a strong foundation based on the values of care, sharing, and fairness. I work closely with my exceptional team to provide a high standard of teaching that is child-centered and encourages every child to express their understanding with both their peers and the adults in the setting.
Over the years, I have seen children grow into confident, thoughtful and successful individuals. It’s an honour to see the children of my former students now walking through the doors of our nursery, which speaks volumes about the lasting impact we have on families and the trust they place in us. The bond we share with our school community is priceless, and I am immensely proud to be a driving force behind such a dedicated and passionate team.
At Vita et Pax, we embrace the belief that although we may all be different, we are all equal. I am excited to continue contributing to the growth and success of our school, fostering an environment where every child feels valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.
I have been working as a Teaching Assistant for over twenty years and hold a NVQ level 3 qualification. I am also one of the Wellbeing Team Leads and take pride in looking after the happiness and welfare of all the students in our wonderful school. I have had the pleasure of working with the children who have thrived and flourished in the setting. The children are happy and enjoy coming to Nursery and I feel proud to be part of this incredible team.
I am a level 3 qualified practitioner who has the pleasure of having many different roles in my career such as a Nursery manager, Nursery Senco, Nursery Deputy Manager and a room leader. Your child matters and we pride ourselves on the enabled environment we have to offer so that your child can learn in all areas of the EYFS.
As a mother of two beautiful boys, I know how important it is to know your child is happy, safe and using their imaginations to learn and explore the world around them in nurturing skills for all children to flourish in this way.
I’m Mrs Silvia, a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant, and I truly believe that the early years are the most magical time in a child’s life. Watching little minds explore, discover, and grow is not just my job - it’s my joy and privilege! I love working in Early Years because every day is an opportunity to nurture curiosity, spark creativity, and build confidence in young learners. Through play, exploration, and meaningful interactions, I create a warm, inclusive environment where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn. For me, early education is about more than just ABCs and 123s - it’s about fostering a love for learning, encouraging self-expression, and helping children develop essential life skills that will shape their future.
I am a qualified teacher with a First Class BA Hons specialising in EYFS; Foundation Stage and KS1.
