Really lovely stay and play the staff are friendly welcoming very sweet. The price is great to have your child have some social interaction and play with all the toys and cars and stuff and helps you as a mum get some social interaction. We attend the Stay and Play each week. The staff are so wonderful and welcoming. My twins love attending and make lots of progress. It's my favourite place to attend with my toddlers. Cannot recommend it enough!

We have been attending Vita et Pax playgroup since Oct 2024 and my daughter loves it. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and engaging. The activities available are brilliant for the little ones and overall, it is always an enjoyable morning. Highly recommend. Thanks!

Amazing place to bring your children, I especially find it helps my two children who I nanny for with being more independent with playing which is a life saver for me! With having indoor and outside stay and play.
It's gives them an opportunity to play and discover new things they may have not before.

The staff at the school are absolutely amazing and super kind! My daughter, and son before her, have both had a wonderful experience at Vita Et Pax nursery.
From the moment we joined we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The staff are attentive and it's evident they enjoy their jobs supporting the children with their development. The curriculum is
engaging and activities are fun and educational. My son joined reception with knowledge of his phonics and this has boosted his confidence and ability.
I've particularly appreciated the ease with which I can communicate with the nursery team. The nursery is also well integrated with the wider school. This access and engagement with older children and traditional school routine is great to help with transition to reception and provides socialisation opportunities. The students are polite, welcoming and all know each other, which means it's not an intimidating environment for the younger children.

My son attends this Nursery and has since May 2024. He is thriving here and has made such positive relationships with staff and children.
We have formed a nice parent network, were we meet up for parties and made great friendships.
The learning outcomes are fantastic he has learnt to write his name
and recognise the letters within it. I'm so happy with the nurturing care that is provided by the team and the British values that are being implemented in the everyday care he receives.

My daughter is bilingual. She made big progress with her English for the last year of our stay at Vita et Pax. Of course it is the contribution of all the teachers and staff, because she was constantly playing and showing me how her teacher explained bouncing sounds or stretchy ones. What I would like
to mention is the communication between teachers, school and parents - it is amazing, we have an app, in which you can communicate with teachers directly and it helps a lot in understanding things, it helps you to feel confident that if anything happens, Mostly good things - you will know it first and straight away.
I would like to say a big thank you for the warm and kind attitude to our family, and particularly for our daughter. It was a great pleasure to see her first steps in her learning journey. I hope Vita will still keep the same warm and family oriented school, where kids feel like at home, as we felt it from the first day of our staying here.

My son started at the Vita Nursery almost a year ago. He has absolutely flourished in every way during the time he has been at the nursery - he has learned so much! He loves going to nursery as well as his teachers and friends. I feel that the nursery has struck a great balance in stretching the children
academically, giving them lots of variety and interesting activities, as well as supporting them to develop socially with their peers and the wider school community within a very nurturing environment. My son is so happy at pick up to show and tell me all about what he's been doing through the day. The school really takes an active approach towards creating a whole family school environment, including the nursery. I have been pleasantly surprised to see the older children helping and looking out for the nursery children. All of the teaching staff clearly know all the children well, and the school community is very wholesome, inclusive and fun.

The nursery at Vita, is truly a wonderful place for children to grow and flourish. I have had two children pass through the nursery now and they still tell me very often, how much they loved their time there. The staff are amazing and know just what to say and do to make the children feel happy and
comfortable and want to be there. They learn, they play, they have fun and they build the confidence needed, to move on to reception. I highly recommend this nursery. After trying a few nurseries before I found Vita, I can honestly say, it’s the best in the area!

My child has been at the nursery since the beginning of the 2021 academic year. The nursery has been a nurturing place, allowing my child to blossom into a confident, curious and caring being. Key staff have decades of experience in working with early years foundation stage children and it shows in
their daily approach towards the children. The staff are approachable and have taken time to work with my child at an individual level, to bring out core strengths in literacy, number work and social interaction. My child is happy to go in every morning and comes home with vivid stories of exciting events during the day. While early years foundation stage facilities are state of the art, the school has a down to earth feel about it. There is a strong emphasis on developing children to become good human beings, overall. If you want your child to thrive in a small, nurturing setting, while being cared for by highly experienced staff, this is the place.

Vita et Pax School nursery has been the perfect nurturing environment for our daughter. She has been very happy there and the teachers have really got to know her and how to support her learning. I have had the privilege of being part of the Vita et Pax community since 2001, and over the years, I have had the pleasure of stepping into various roles, from Nursery Teacher to Deputy Headteacher. My journey at Vita has been deeply fulfilling, watching our school grow and evolve into a nurturing environment where children thrive, feel safe, and love to learn.


Throughout my time here, I’ve always believed that fostering a love for learning and promoting well-being are at the heart of education. As the Head of EYFS, DSL, and Wellbeing Lead, I strive to ensure that our youngest learners develop a strong foundation based on the values of care, sharing, and fairness. I work closely with my exceptional team to provide a high standard of teaching that is child-centered and encourages every child to express their understanding with both their peers and the adults in the setting.


Over the years, I have seen children grow into confident, thoughtful and successful individuals. It’s an honour to see the children of my former students now walking through the doors of our nursery, which speaks volumes about the lasting impact we have on families and the trust they place in us. The bond we share with our school community is priceless, and I am immensely proud to be a driving force behind such a dedicated and passionate team.
