From the caring and dedicated staff to the nurturing environment, I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care and attention my little one receives. The teachers go above and beyond to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that encourages learning and growth. The activities and play areas are not only fun but also educational, helping my daughter develop new skills and interests. I have peace of mind knowing that she is in such good hands every day. The communication with the nursery staff is excellent, and they always keep me informed about my daughter's progress and daily activities. They focus on child's development, organise talks and webinars for parents, facilities are great, staff very friendly and well child-educated. Our kid loves it there!

Fennies London Lane is an excellent choice of nursery in Bromley without a doubt. My daughter has been enrolled in the nursery since it first opened so I've seen it continuously improve to where it is today. The nursery staff are warm, welcoming and supportive of you as a parent. It can be daunting sending your little one to nursery especially when my daughter was 11 months but they really helped both of us feel at ease - and she did take a good while to settle! I did quite a bit of research before deciding on Fennies where I was impressed by the facilities, the staff and the management team. They are constantly seeking feedback, there to listen to you and continuously look for ways to both improve the overall nursery experience but also build a fab parent community. Moreover, I've seen how they develop their own teams. It goes beyond just caring for your child but fostering an environment where their staff can grow too.

We've had an excellent experience with Fennies Nursery Bromley - London Lane. The nurturing environment, engaging activities and the genuine care provided by the teachers have made a positive impact. Communication with parents is transparent and the facilities are well-maintained. Our child enjoys going here and as parents, we feel confident and grateful to have found such a wonderful nursery. Our daughter has been attending Fennies on London Lane since it opened and we’ve been so happy with how the team in each room/stage have encouraged her to develop new skills and grow in confidence as she’s moved up through the different rooms. The staff are incredibly welcoming, we get great updates on what our daughter is doing throughout the day and the management team are always present and available - we would highly recommend it!

Fennies has been amazing in so many ways. From the first opening, they helped settle my eldest into preschool and got us ready and prepared for school. My youngest started there at 6 months and unfortunately, we had to leave for a short time but when we were ready to return, Fennies London Lane was always my first option. The management team are not only helpful and supportive but they listen and are forever looking at ways to improve and reflect. The staff team are like a second family, they’ve established a love of learning for both of my children from settling in, to everyday care. The food is amazing, the premises is always clean and well-maintained. My children love it and so do I!

Fennies London Lane is a fantastic nursery full of amazing staff. My daughter has been attending since January and I have seen her confidence and learning grow significantly especially her vocabulary. I would highly recommend.

Our son started at Fennies London Lane when it first opened, and it has been wonderful seeing how it has blossomed. The leadership this nursery has, and his carer are amazing. They’re easy to approach and have always addressed my concerns with care and empathy. They have made me feel happy and comfortable leaving my son every day, and he loves his nursery.

We have been with Fennies London Lane since it opened back in 2021. We appreciate the staff at London Lane Fennies so much. They are warm, and understanding, and try really hard to incorporate as much feedback from parents as possible into the care they provide. They really do care about each and every kid's well-being, it is astonishing. My child had a hard time settling in when we first started at Fennies London Lane. It was really a group effort as everyone took part in supporting my child and us as parents - the management, a key person my child was with, as well as support staff in the room my child was in at that time. It was a hard transition of course, but the team really took the time to care and empathize and send us as many reassuring messages as were needed throughout the day (not judging once!). My child has always enjoyed his time there and is thriving.

I'd highly recommend this setting for any parent looking for the right start in life for their child.

Also, we appreciate that the meals are freshly prepared on site. After a day at Fennies, our son comes back home with a Big smile

I have found the whole team at London Lane extremely warm, kind and welcoming. It makes such a difference to the overall experience, to be welcomed with friendly, smiley faces. As a parent, it’s so hard leaving your child for the first time (with what are basically strangers), but everyone has made the process so much easier than I thought it would be. I have no reservations.

The nursery nurse especially has been incredible, reassuring me and making me feel comfortable enough to leave my little one, even when he has been upset. I’m just incredibly grateful. I feel like I can call the nursery and ask as many questions as I like and already, she understands my needs as a parent. Her communication is open, and professional but warm.

We are having a fabulous time being a part of the Fennies family. All the staff working at Fennies Bromley - London Lane are great and are so loving and caring for all the children and their passion for their jobs really shines through, my child is always with a beaming smile and is so happy to attend nursery. I’d like to highlight the extensive menu the nursery offer, the variety of meals they have for the children are great. The children are always doing various different interesting fun but educational activities. My child has come on leaps and bounds learning so much since attending Fennies. We love the Spanish lessons!

I have been sending my daughter to Fennies Bromley - London Lane since May 2022. I cannot speak highly enough about this nursery. It is just so well run. The management are fantastic - great communication, open to feedback (there are regular parent forums and a public action plan), and they foster a great sense of community. The staff are absolutely wonderful - so kind and caring. They genuinely seem to delight in the children who go there. I was so anxious about leaving my baby at nursery but they quickly made her feel safe and loved. They go out of their way to get to know us and are always happy to take the time to tell me a funny story about her day. They even help entertain my four month old so that I can be free to talk to the carers about how her day has been at pick up! The facilities are really nice - there is a free lending library for toys and books to take home, the garden is covered in astroturf and there is lots of play equipment in great condition.

Our daughter currently attends Fennies Bromley - London Lane. The staff are so friendly, and each one of them really makes our experience so personal - they will know your child inside and out and will follow your routine and wants. They also make suggestions on dropping/adding naps and feeding, making it a true partnership between parent and key worker to ensure your child is getting the very best. The facilities are excellent, with the baby room having its own personalised sensory area and a huge garden with a mud kitchen. The parent room is a huge plus - it gives us the flexibility to get work done and also maximise our time with our daughter. It's been 4 months and watching how much she has developed and grown and built relationships during this time has made us so happy. Every single day she comes home so excited and smiley, a testament to how much fun she is having. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough, especially if you are a first time parent or sending your child in their first year!

They also really encourage feedback and offer little parent perks such as coffee and breakfast grab and go!
