Having had different children at 2 other nurseries in the area I can honestly say our youngest daughter has had the best experience of all over the past 2 years at Pippa's House - she is excited about attending every morning which says a lot about how warm and welcoming an environment it is. The team are great and build really strong bonds with the children and the building/garden facilities are probably the best around. If you are looking for a friendly nursery where your children will feel comfortable and spacious facilities inside and out then I would recommend looking at PH.

My son has settled in well at Pippa’s House. His key worker has worked hard to understand his routine and has incorporated this into his days at nursery. They have formed a close bond already and he’s only been there a few weeks. Very helpful updates on the app throughout the day as well as a general debrief on pick-up which has been great as those first few weeks are a big change after maternity leave. He seems to have fun doing the activities and playing outdoors. He also loves the food which is great! The garden is a bit small but on par with the other nurseries in the area and to be expected within a town. The management are helpful and have been quick to respond to any queries.

My child has attended Pippa’s Nursery since age 3. He has progressed very happily and settled in extremely well. The staff are very caring and the managers are a great credit to the nursery. My child has made a good group of friends and is currently in the school-ready room. He loves attending nursery and enjoys the good quality food and the lovely garden facilities. Communication has been positive with staff.

Listening to my gut after an open day and moving him to Pippa’s was the best decision we could have made. Management, his room team and staff all around the nursery have been amazing and I feel like I have my happy little guy back.
There is the most amazing, friendly atmosphere from when you step in the door. Everyone got to know our toddler and he strolls in happily like he’s been there forever.
One of the issues was that he had stopped eating at the nursery we initially picked but from his second settling session at Pippa’s, he’s been happily chatting about all his meals on the way home. I can’t thank the staff enough for making him feel so comfortable that he wanted to start eating again.
I can’t explain the relief and peace of mind having him at Pippa’s has given me and I can’t wait for his little sister to start soon too.

I love watching children grow and develop, knowing that I have been the stepping stone for their success.
Hello, my name is Jemma, I joined the Pippa’s House family in 2022. Since joining I have progressed into my Deputy Manager & SENCo role. As a deputy manager I love being able to give support to my team, motivating and watching their accomplishments. As the companies SENCo my passion is bringing experiences to all children, allowing all children the ability to succeed. As the SENCo it is my role to support not only the children but the families too, ensuring they have the support and care in place.
