Willow is fantastic, my youngest attends regularly and my eldest in half term, they both adore it and literally run off and straight in. The team are fantastic, they always have great activities out or planned. I have nothing but praise for them all. The nursery itself is always clean and the layout
is amazing.
10/10, we love Willow! A home from home!

Cannot fault them! My son got admitted with possible anaphylactic reaction in November so as you can imagine I was extremely anxious about him going anywhere without me. The girls are amazing at letting me know if he has had anything new to eat or come into contact with anything new.
They are friendly
and approachable, only on the other end of the phone.
So so happy with the care that my son receives.

Amazing nursey, kind and caring staff.
My son absolutely loves going there every day he is in, great communication and well-balanced food.
Plenty of outdoor play and sensory work and good facilities.

This nursery is a blessing in my life as they take such good care of my daughter there. I do not have a single issue or complaint and only have praises for how this place has been run.
They are the most loving and caring second family my daughter could get. She absolutely loves going there and thoroughly
enjoys herself.
She has been an extremely shy child always but the only other place my daughter feels comfortable is at Willow Daycare. Her social skills have improved so much since she began here and is now more confident amongst other kids.
They are accomodating to our needs, understand our situations and are always ready to help when we as parents need it.
In short, this is a second home for our daughter and we are more than happy to send her there comfortably with no regrets.

Excellent nursery! Have zero complaints! The staff are amazing, the setting is always clean and tidy, loads of stuff for the children to keep busy - learning a lot along the way!
My little one has come on so well since starting at Willow Daycare. His confidence, speech and knowledge have greatly improved!
Can't complain about the fees - also think it's brilliant that they offer discounts for NHS staff, which has no doubt helped many parents/carers, especially throughout the pandemic.
Honestly have no complaints and would 100% recommend Willow Daycare to anyone.

Staff are always really friendly and communicate really well, updating with pictures daily. My son has settled in so well and there are so many different activities that they do on a daily basis. I couldn’t recommend enough!

My little boy is always asking to go and play in Willow Daycare! He is always happy coming home from there and chatting about it as there is so much choice of play and a fantastic variety of activities on offer daily. The photos I receive of him on the app always show him having fun and smiling!

My sons are in each part of the nursery and both love going there! The use of the app is great to see how your child is getting on through the day and the fact the food is served vegetarian is also a great initiative and encourages them to eat a more varied diet. They love doing crafts and playing outside
and all the staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. The manager is amazing, kind and great with the kids and always replies efficiently! I've never had a problem fitting them in and it’s great to have a sibling discount! Fab all around!

My job means I work away a lot of the time. The constant updates on the app are amazing and I can see how happy my daughter is getting on in the nursery, doesn’t matter where I am in the world. My daughter is always at her happiest when she leaves nursery and it just proves how much of an amazing job

Very good communication between staff and parents on handover and throughout the day via the Famly app. Lots of different activities for children to enjoy. A variety of different foods throughout the week which my daughter loves. Management within the nursery is excellent. My daughter thoroughly enjoys
attending nursery and is comfortable being there all day while I’m at work. Would definitely recommend Willow Daycare.

Felt so nervous to begin with leaving my son in daycare due to returning to work. The staff are so lovely, accommodating and reassuring. They send regular updates on the app and send lots of photos which makes me feel at ease. Love seeing what activities they've been up to during the day. I feel confident
dropping him off knowing he's in great hands. Couldn't ask for more from a childcare provider.
