I can't recommend Willow Daycare enough. The service and care they provide is excellent and always over and above. My son absolutely loves going every day and has a big smile on his face whenever he goes in. He has progressed so much since starting and the toys and activities are so engaging.

The dedication enthusiasm and love of the staff is unmatched. We are so happy we found this nursery and will be forever grateful for the amazing care and start they have given our daughter. She has truly loved it here.

I highly recommend Willow Daycare. My baby attended for two months and had a wonderful experience. The daycare was clean, safe, and nurturing with an experienced and caring staff. My baby was well-fed, had plenty of playtimes, and received individualized attention. It gave me peace of mind knowing my baby was in good hands. My two boys absolutely love being at nursery. The staff are simply amazing, they are very well looked after. They are outside in the garden every day and do lots of crafts and activities daily. The care and attention they get is beyond and above what I expected.

The nursery is fantastic my child has settled in perfectly and the staff are so polite and friendly. The staff were so welcoming on the settling in days which made us feel at ease. My child has developed so well since starting in Willow Daycare.

The care and attention afforded to our daughter are absolutely second to none. She was really reluctant to start going into nursery but now loves it and has made very special connections with a number of the staff.

Excellent care, excellent feedback with an app and face-to-face, wonderful facilities, always have plenty of time outdoors and creative activities. My son is very happy attending. I would certainly recommend it to others.

The price and opening times were the main reason we choose Willow Daycare initially but now I couldn’t think of my son going anywhere else.

It's well run by an approachable manager who I can contact at any time, and I know my child is cared for! My little boy loves it there and always comes out happy! The outdoor area is fantastic. And they deliver the curiosity approach to learning fantastically. They also have different themes every day! He's always celebrating something new! They also give me regular updates and photos via the app. This really helps to see your child having a good time whilst you're in work! But it helps me feel included in his day! They are value for money and flexible for my shifts opening early and closing at 6.30 pm. I have recently had to move my eldest child to another nursery because she was too old, and she misses Willows Daycare so much! I couldn't recommend them enough! Thank you!

Willow Day Care is an outstanding nursery/creche for little ones. My little girl has been going here for two years this month and she has absolutely loved it. Before she started with Willow she was a very shy and content little girl, she hadn’t quite found the confidence to talk as of yet but as soon as she joined Willow I definitely saw a difference. Within weeks she had gained the confidence to talk. This was huge. The staff are all so polite and kind. When my daughter first started coming here two years ago she was very nervous and scared. She had never mixed or even been to a nursery before this as lockdown had stopped that. So this was the first time engaging with other children and adults she did not know. Handing her over for the first few weeks were difficult and upsetting for us both however, the staff were absolutely incredible and kept me in the loop and updated me at all times. The manager is such a lovely person and is always very understanding and helpful.

I have recently moved my child into this nursery as we were unhappy with the previous one. My child has only been there a few months and is absolutely thriving. My child’s speech and education have improved enormously. My child comes out of the nursery happy, laughing and chatting about his day. He often wants to go “back” to nursery after we have left! The staff are warm and friendly. The manager always accommodates a change in our child’s circumstances and supports our childcare needs. My child eats well and never comes home hungry (which was an issue with the old nursery). The environment is clean, welcoming and varied. I love the idea that toys are created from everyday household items. The outdoor space is incredible and with such an outgoing toddler, this is such a great space for him to explore and learn. The nursery app is fantastic and has everything on it I need to know. The updates are on point every day and always link to their learning from the day.

Really appreciate the manager who put lots of effort to provide safety and quality care so we can go to work with peace of mind.

Willow Daycare has been outstanding for our family. The manager is really efficient and all the girls can’t do enough for the children. We feel so much at ease with our little one here. Nothing is ever too much. Highly recommended Willow Daycare.

Lovely staff and management. They really care about the children. The price is fair for childcare in the area. The children love attending and have always had a lovely day. We get adequate updates and photos throughout the day. Thank you to everyone at Willow Daycare.

Lovely nursery, staff have been brilliant with my little one. They ensure she receives the time she needs and has advanced so much since being there. The outdoor area is exceptional with plenty for the children to do. They send settling-in pictures and end-of-day pictures so I never spend the day worrying if she’s ok.
