This nursery was not meeting my child's needs and deliberately delayed early intervention for almost a year despite several requests. In the end, the local council got involved and encouraged me to take my child out to a much better quality setting. Unfortunately, the delays were enabled by the SLT and Head and then covered up so they are not honest or supportive. The nursery manager is not honest at all or caring and has an aggressive bullying streak and encouraged bullying against parents. I wouldn't recommend the early years setting at all to any parent under this nursery manager. The key workers however were always very caring and went above and beyond to the best of my knowledge. I believe the upper years have caring teachers but the nursery is just a business and operates separately to the primary years hence why they did not care at all about my child's needs which need to be flagged to OFSTED.
WPS has been a very positive experience for my child. The staff are kind, caring and intuitive. They listen to the need of parents and child and put support in place quickly and effectively. The preschool does an excellent job of preparing children for school - teaching them phonics, maths and rules as well as embracing fun and enjoyment with forest walks and dancing. Very happy with our experience.
My son has been attending here for just over a month now and the improvement in his speech and sharing and listening as improved. The care they give the children is amazing and the setting is clean with plenty to keep them occupied. The food selection at lunch is also amazing. I would recommend this nursery/school.
The activities are varied and stimulating. She eats and sleeps well throughout the day.
I can't recommend it highly enough.
I also have a daughter in Year 2 who also absolutely loves the school. As a family we call it the hidden gem in Warlingham!
She goes in happy every day and sometimes doesn't want to leave!!
My youngest has recently started in the baby room and so far so good - the staff are very attentive and flexible to his needs and he has slept brilliantly for his naps.
My only criticism is the food can be a bit 'beige'. We've seen some improvements recently and management are responsive to feedback so hopefully things will get even better from now on.
We couldn't be happier with Warlingham Park. Our first child had a fantastic experience here, and now our second is thriving just as much. The progress in their learning, development, and confidence has been incredible. The staff are so caring and attentive, creating a warm and nurturing environment where children truly flourish. Highly recommend. They also have chickens on-site!
We have been very pleased and impressed with the nursery from day one. The staff are kind and inviting. We appreciate the level of care and attention given to our daughter when she settled in. To the extent you have any concerns or issues, the staff are there to talk anything through with you and suggest approaches to tackling any issues quickly / effectively which we appreciated. We have yet to lose any clothing and our daughter comes back looking as clean as can be after a full day - it's a small thing but having experienced another nursery I really appreciate it as a parent!
He's learnt a great amount whilst being there and I highly recommend the school for your child's early years.
Amazing! Since starting pre-school my child has thrived. They are super attentive and caring. Each day she comes back having learned something new.
We moved to Warlingham Park Nursery from somewhere else when our child turned two years old. We love the enthusiastic approachable staff and wanted somewhere our child could learn and develop in an environment that helps them be happy and confident. I would thoroughly recommend Warlingham Park School with no hesitation - best decision we made!
The environment feels warm, friendly, safe, and caring - everything needed for a child to thrive. Well done everyone, this is an incredible school. I am proud we are a part of it.
Both my husband and I, are super happy we selected Warlingham Park Nursery as our nursery for our little girl. Since starting we have noticed a remarkable difference in her development in all areas. We both find all members of staff very friendly and approachable.
I have had three children at Warlingham Park School, from the baby room through to pre-school. We love the setting and how the school has prepared our children for school being well ahead of their peers, but what makes this school exceptional is their staff, the way they care for the children like their own and the fact they take an interest in the children outside of school setting too! I couldn't ask for anything more from the staff in the baby room and the preschool class, you take away the mum guilt of them being at school as I know they are safe and well cared for.
We adore sending our daughter to Warlingham Park. Her teachers are on the ball, extremely caring, and they clearly love their jobs. My one and only criticism would be the food offering, which I can see has massively improved recently but is still quite meat heavy and quite a lot of processed foods such as ham and white bread. Seeing her developing relationships and build confidence over the past year has been magical and I'm so grateful to the staff for making this experience so lovely.
My son has been attending the nursery for almost a year. The nursery have been supportive to his needs and have worked with me to support his care and learning. Fees are also very reasonable. Activities and experiences are varied.
Warlingham Park Nursery has provided a wonderful environment for my son to thrive. The staff are all attentive and caring and have taken the time to build strong relationships with my child. There is a great balance of learning and play and my child loves his days at nursery. I couldn't be happier with the nursery and the service that has been provided.
Since my child has started this pre-school, he has thrived. The staff are so helpful and my child is always happy to come in. He has learnt how to read letters and can write words. I will be continuing throughout the school.
I couldn't be happier with our experience at Warlingham Park Nursery. My son is in preschool, they offer varied activities for children, including forest school and dance classes, tailoring activities to the children's interests and ages. Its a very inclusive and friendly environment, the staff are always supportive of the children and adapt teaching for children learn through play in the early years, exposure to a school environment such as access to the library, cooking classes and IT have a good grounding of school life before heading to reception.
Lovely and caring nursery with dedicated staff. The preschool does a wonderful job of getting your child ready to start school in a fun and nurturing environment. The children eat well and food is cooked on-site. The grounds are extensive and give the children real freedom, they love doing forest school days. Right from preschool, children have access to a varied curriculum including sports, music, phonics, forest school and dance. Both my children have loved their time at Warlingham Park - highly recommended.
