Overall, I'm happy. I don't like it when they use spare clothes, and she still has her own clean clothes in the bag. Especially when someone else's underwear is put on, sometimes accidents happen, but that's normal when there are a lot of children around. They constantly change the hangers, and sometimes we are with another child on the same one. It's nice for each child to have their own space for their bags. My child is still small and can't tell me everything, but for now, she seems happy there, which is the most important thing. It will be good to return the cameras because that was the main reason I chose you.

My son started at 11 months old and is now 4 years old. He enjoys his time at Kids Planet and they have helped him develop and grow. The staff are always helpful and approachable and will go above and beyond. The nursery is always clean and safe for everybody. I would highly recommend Kids Planet Shrewbury.

My son started in baby room and is now in toddler room and will soon to be moving to pre school room. I have never had any issues at drop off and more often than not at pick ip he'd happily continue to stay even after a full day. He likes all staff and I have had a great experience with them too. I always recommend Kids Planet to friends.

I was pleasantly impressed by the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly and experienced. The communication with parents is very good. I receive daily updates through their app, photos, and descriptions of what my child did throughout the day! The meals provided are nutritious and well balanced!

The nursery have helped my son settle in. This has helped me have a lot of reassurance. The staff have been very supportive and nothing but very well mannered. I am very impressed with how well the nursey have supported him.

Very good nersery, my son absolutely loves going. The staff are always so helpful and lovely, nothing is ever an issue, the food is amazing and always a great choice daily. The manager is always there when needed. Always kept updated throughout the day, and even monthly with events. Would 100% recommend this nursery.

My son really enjoys nursery and has come on so much he has learnt so many things and has come out of his shell, he loves being outside which is very catered to at this nursery . Staff are so welcome and caring even though they are always busy.

My son has recently moved up a room and his development since then has been amazing. He is socialising with slightly older children and his speech is improving. He gets to do lots of amazing activities and they spend lots of time outdoors. The staff are really caring and he loves his time at nursery.

The staff are really friendly towards my son. They help with his development to support his learning. Ever since we signed him to attend your nursery we have seen an improvement.

Due to unexpected work related matters staff made sure both my children were well looked after as always my children love all the staff & look forward to attending. I can get on with work knowing my children are in safe hands.

All the staff who works there are nice and friendly. Always explain to us how my sons day has gone. Great place to play inside and outside.

My daughter has just started at Kids Planet. The reason why I brought her here? Because my two older children came here when it opened back in 2020 and they loved it! I was very sad when they left, but so glad my youngest daughter now gets to experience this amazing nursery! I remember crying when I first went there. The rooms were beautifully presented and the staff were friendly and professional. They attend to children's needs on a one-to-one basis and provide the support that they need. My eldest son required extra help and he got it. They were very patient and caring as he struggled regularly. My youngest daughter who has just started is shy and she has been cared for and supported to make the transition smooth and as comfortable as possible for a little one who wants her mum 24/7. I have never had any concerns regarding their care and would highly recommend Kids Planet Shrewsbury to anyone! So glad to be back! Thank you!

My daughter has been here since she was 9 months old and is now 2.5 years old. They have always lots of engaging and fun activities both indoors and outdoors to encourage the children to explore and learn. My daughter's communication has absolutely blossomed since being here and she is always encouraged to be herself and express herself. The staff are great and very supportive of parents and children. The food is fab - children never go hungry. Overall, my daughter loves it and so do we!

It was not always great due to the management changes and communication issues. When my child was eligible for 30 hours free, it was challenging to speak to someone about the arrangements and plan what would suit us and our family. I nearly gave up and took my son out of the nursery as it was so stressful and the invoices were coming incorrectly calculated. Also, I still have not received any response for the speech and language therapists that I requested over a year ago. However, I would like to acknowledge that my child enjoys attending the nursery. I appreciate the opportunities given to make friends. The activities offered appear to be adequate for supporting the kid's skills development.

I could not be happier that I found Kids Planet, my son loves going there and it's so nice to see the amazing staff make such a fuss of him when I drop him off. I can see he has formed such fantastic relationships with them and it's comforting for me to see that they've learned his likes/dislikes and have taken the time to get to know him. The activities they provide are so inventive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Since my daughter has been attending this nursery, she has come on leaps and bounds with her talking, communication, and connecting with other children. She comes home and sings nursery songs and shows all the moves to join with the song. The nursery teachers are a great asset to the nursery and are all very welcoming and kind. I know my daughter is very well taken care of and I am kept updated throughout the day with a very handy app for parents to be able to know what their child does daily.

All the staff have really got to know my child. Although turnover has been high at times, the nursery has done their best to keep us informed and ensure transitions happen as well as they can. L has attended the setting for almost 2 years now and he loves going in. Questions are dealt with promptly and professionally.
