Twizzle Tops Day Nursery Cambridge

New country, new nursery. The whole staff have been great in our son's transition to nursery. The environment is playful and creative. He has fun painting, building and exploring each day. I wish I could be with him every day but I am trusting that the great staff are there for him.

We are very happy with the nursery and my daughter loves the teachers as well.

My son has been to numerous childcare settings. Some have been excellent and some have been disastrous to a point which my child refused to drive down the same road as the setting. Twizzle Tops have been welcoming, understanding and absolutely caring. My son is one of those who was a toddler during covid. Very little social skills. He now joins in games, he has friends and he can have conversations. This is partly developmental, but we watched him regress in another setting and the patience at Twizzle Tops was large factor in forward development. My commendations to all the staff at such a reasonable price.

Since my son started at the nursery, he has come out of himself a little more and has become more sociable, when we go out to other places. The staff have been brilliant with my son from the get-go. They have encouraged him to try new foods and use his comforter less. He talks about the staff and children and shares his experiences with me at home. Very, very happy mummy.

We like the nursery. It's clean and fresh and our baby is clean and happy. They take a lot of care for all the children. They do their best for our baby, he is happy and they have interesting activities.

Both my children love this nursery and the staff, they have made me feel very comfortable leaving my children in their care. They always have something fun planned and both my children are learning new things every day.

My son has thrived since starting at Twizzle Tops. He’s become more social and open to trying new things. He loves his time in the nursery and has been made to feel included and comfortable. As a parent, I have also felt included as we are informed about his day through a parent application. If I have any questions, the lovely team is always happy to help.

Lovely staff, great variety of toys and learning activities. My boys love going and the staff made us feel very welcome. Was very warm and welcoming when they first started. Just a great nursery overall and would recommend it to anyone.

Our son has been attending this nursery for 3 months. We are absolutely happy with the people, the activities, the environment; basically everything. They have welcomed our dietary requirements and there is an app that is really helpful because we can get an idea of how our son's day has been every day. The manager is always available for the parents and the rest of the staff are always so enthusiastic. Thank you all!

Hard to drop your son in the morning. On the other hand, a lot to talk about when picking him up. Growing fast and making friends - nothing to complain about. The daily updates help with keeping in touch.

Amazing experience. My daughter is settling in very well and coming home with new words each day. I'm excited to see her progression and how well she is going to develop.

My daughter has been going to this nursery for eight months and she absolutely loves it. The staff are very friendly, helpful and understanding. They helped me with childcare support when my husband was in hospital. They went above and beyond. The nursery itself is spotless and well equipped. The food is superb and nutritious and has a very homecooked type feeling. My daughter is always happy going to nursery and happy when I arrive to collect her.

Our daughters have been in this nursery for only a couple of months and yet their social skills and independence have greatly improved. The staff is very professional, caring and enthusiastic. There is a wide range of toys and every day different educational activities. Our toddler looks extremely happy to go and has learned a lot of new words, songs and she loves the staff and the other children. Our baby is getting settled and the staff have been very understanding and patient, really supporting us and her in the adjustments, and she is now a much happier child even at home. The management is always welcoming and approachable and gives us continuous feedback and information about our children's development. As a mother of 3, who has had experience with different childcare providers, I truly recommend this nursery.

My son started in January and settled really well. He is learning new things each day, he gets excited to go to nursery to see the staff and his friends. I would really recommend this nursery, it’s everything I could ask for and more!

I was worried about leaving my two-year-old to start with as this was the first time being without me but I am so glad we did it, she is always so happy to go and sometimes doesn't want to leave. She has come on leaps and bounds since being there. All of this is thanks to the staff there that are always smiling, are patient, encouraging and professional. My daughter talks about them when at home, which makes me really happy and I know we made the right decision sending her here. Their space is bright and spacious, they have lovely toys for all ages.
