My grandson is so happy at Monkey Puzzle Loughton. He is blossoming under the care of the team. The nursery is clean and well thought out and his room is set out for different zones for activities and play. Each day the team plan different activities for the children. My grandson has fun while learning and is developing well and is a confident happy inquisitive boy who is learning in a safe environment. Thanks to all the Monkey Puzzle team at the Loughton day nursery.
My son absolutely loves Monkey Puzzle Loughton! He can't wait to go each day and even asks if he can go on the weekends! The team care for him so much and it really shines through. I love that the staff aren't afraid to get stuck in with activities and show the children what fun education looks like!

My daughter joined Monkey Puzzle when she was ten months old. Although it took some adjustment the team were incredible in helping make this transition as seamless as possible. My baby is now fifteen months old and loves nursery so much that she doesn’t want to leave! The team are great and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you!
The nursery provides a great environment for my daughter to learn and develop. Daily new activities and fun games to incorporate learning into play. The care and attention the staff provide is evident, my daughter often speaks of the staff as her friends and is comfortable to express emotions. Communication is provided daily and even trips outside the nursery setting. I am confident the nursery supports her and will prepare her as she transitions to school.
The staff are constantly doing things with the kids to keep them engaged and learning which is lovely to see.
Communication is great here, constantly updated throughout the day which is so lovely.

My daughter loves going to nursery at Monkey Puzzle in Loughton, the staff are friendly and professional. My daughter attends 2 days a week. It says it all when she counts the days when she can see her friends at Monkey Puzzle.
My daughter has attended this nursery since it opened and we honestly couldn’t be any happier with the staff, the facilities, the daily updates we receive on the app and most of all, how happy our daughter is after a day at nursery. I have recommended this nursery to a number of family members and friends and will continue to do so!

An amazing management team, they always make themselves available so communicating with the nursery is never a problem. My son's teachers have formed a lovely bond with him, I am so very impressed with them all.
This nursery has so far been outstanding. We changed nursery to send our child here and needed to do the settles quite quickly. The level of care, communication and attention to our child has been exemplary. The baby team are incredible. Always happy, interested and interactive with the babies. Having a lockdown baby not wanting to be left anywhere, they have been extremely patient, kind and resilient in making sure our child settles correctly and meets her needs and likes. From the settling-in sessions to the feedback each day, they have been incredible. Would highly recommend this nursery.
I can’t rate the setting and staff at Monkey Puzzle Loughton highly enough. Our little boy started just after his third birthday and it has been his first experience of a nursery setting, having been in lockdown for the best part of a year so he took a little while to settle in. His key workers have been fantastic in reassuring both him and me during the settling process, with regular photos and updates on their app to put my mind at rest. Having been a very fussy eater I had resigned myself to the idea that he probably wouldn’t eat anything there, but now he regularly eats meals that he’d never touch at home, I don’t know what kind of magic his key people are working! The nursery itself is really smart, in a lovely building with a garden that our son loves. This is our only experience of a nursery so far but I can’t recommend it highly enough.
The Famly app they use is great and keeps you constantly updated about what your child is up to making it so much easier to leave them.
I also love how the girls take extra time to chat to you about what your child has been up to throughout the day when you collect them. A very personal and caring service.

Monkey puzzle is such a lovely nursery. Bright and spacious rooms with creative activities set up. Lovely outdoor space. Healthy and tasty food served up that my daughter loves. And most important of all, lovely staff. Kind, friendly, caring, professional, and more. I feel so comfortable leaving my daughter with them.
My son absolutely loves Monkey Puzzle. He has been to a previous nursery before, but has settled in like home here! He absolutely adores everyone who works there and calls them his best friends! His key person goes above and beyond for him and I can't fault her. The manager is absolutely amazing! She is so welcoming and reassuring.
We could not be happier with the team at Monkey Puzzle and the way they care for our little girl. The app is superb and the nursery itself is welcoming and spotless. The Manager and her team make a home from home and really care for the little ones in their charge.
I absolutely love this nursery. My daughter wasn't the easiest little girl to settle being a lockdown baby, but the girls went above and beyond to ensure she was as happy as can be. Nothing is ever to much trouble. The app they use to also inform us of what she has been up to during during day is amazing which both me and her Dad loves. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough.
My son absolutely loves nursery and he hasn’t been the easiest child to settle. The girls are all so welcoming, kind, experienced and lovely. So approachable and nothing is a problem and always go above and beyond for me as a parent and for my son. The contact they send during the days my son is there is outstanding and really keep me at ease and informed of what he is upto and how he is feeling. The app they use is 5*, I can know what he has eaten, if he has been to the toilet or what he has drunk during the day at any time. I am so beyond happy with this nursery and couldn’t recommend it enough. The staff are unreal and the nursery looks clean, tidy and immaculate every time I go. You really do make a mum leaving her son so much easier. So honest and always putting child’s feelings first and above everything. Thank you ladies. We couldn’t be happier.
