My son has been attending Monkey Puzzle Loughton for 6 months now, and I am extremely happy with the care he has received and the management of the nursery on a whole. He started in the baby room and has recently moved up to Tweenies. During this room transition, the communication was great as I was kept informed at all stages. The staff members are caring and attentive and I always feel comfortable at drop off and pick up times. But most importantly, my son is happy and settled here. The staff at MP are exceptional - management are proactive, communication is fantastic and the care our son has had since he joined reaches the near impossible bar I had set for childcare if it couldn't be me looking after him every day. I trust them completely and know he's the better for being there.
He joined MP in Loughton just before his 1st birthday and has been there for over a year now. He's been in Babies, Tweenies and now the Toddler class.
In each room, they've catered so well for every need - fun, food, learning, cuddles, safeguarding etc and have considered his routines and preferences.
There seems to be the right balance of activities in a day (lots!) and our son is clearly learning so much, not only from the activities but from socialising with other toddlers. His favourite thing is to be outdoors which is a common occurrence at MP so we have a very happy boy. We get lots of photos and updates throughout the day which means v happy parents.

He absolutely loves nursery and all the staff. He has learnt so much and continues to do so until he goes to school.
Staff have been quick to deal with any issues that have arose over the years and will always relay messages etc. The manager is also always very helpful with forms that need completing or anything else i have needed help with etc.

The nursery app has been such a comfort, letting me know how he's getting on each day, and the observations have been so lovely to read, showing me how he's growing in his learning, confidence and independence.
