Minibugs Nurseries Ltd (Ovenden)

I can not fault this nursery in any way shape or form. They have been amazing with my little boy and ensuring he gets the care he needs. He loves being at the nursery and loves all the practitioners. I can’t recommend this nursery enough. You are always kept up to date with the ongoing at nursery daily and future events. They also do great family days giving parents and siblings the opportunity to come into the nursery and get to know everyone better. Lots of different facilities are available for the children to develop upon their development/learning in different ways. The management are very understanding and helpful with all circumstances if you ever need help as a parent or have general enquiries always happy to help. Amazing nursery with a fantastic team of practitioners.

Outstanding care received for my child, especially while he is having a bit of a tough time with home life. The staff are aware and keeping an eye on him. They keep me updated on his meals and how he is getting on.

The nursery looks after and teaches the children very well. My son has come on loads since being at nursery I have been told by a health visitor that he is advanced with his speech and everything else. All I can say is they are brilliant.

Amazing nursery my little girl loves it! The staff are fabulous and wouldn’t take her anywhere else. She has come on leaps and bounds since starting in September 2021. And will be very sad when she has to leave to go to school.

Minibugs Nursery is a very good establishment that has helped massively with progression of my two-year-old son. His talking has come on massively since he started towards the beginning of the year. The staff are always on hand with any questions and issues we may have and will help with guidance. My son loves this nursery and seems very happy and settles down here. 10/10 would recommend.

We absolutely love Minibugs Nurseries Ltd (Ovenden). Due to shift patterns being in the mix, we really struggled to find a nursery for our little babs until we found Minibugs. From the initial phone call, the staff were flexible, supportive and welcoming. The first view was amazing; my very cuddly and clingy baby was quite happy to be left in a room of children and smiley staff that gave her so much love and attention so that I could have a proper tour around the building and learn about the exciting things happening in the nursery. The meals are fantastic and varied - I don't think there's a meal yet that my baby hasn't liked! Since being at Minibugs, my baby has grown in confidence; she's much more independent with her finger food and exploration. She's become an absolute conversationalist and will blabber away her gibberish to anyone who'll listen. Minibugs really put our babe at the centre of her care and work around her needs. Go team, Minibugs!

A second choice warm meal menu for fussy eaters would be nice.

My son loves Minibugs! Being born in 1st lockdown I was apprehensive about sending him to a nursery but also about him socially. He started at 18 months old (January 2022). The staff from the start were very reassuring, they answered all my questions and concerns (and continue to do so). I love their setup and especially the outdoor areas as I really believe in kids being able to run and have fun. Every other nursery were just concrete yards, but Minibugs has the meadow which I love. My son is always sad to leave. His development has flourished and he is learning a lot. Highly recommend.

My daughter started nursery here in January 2022, she has settled in really well and is really happy being here. The staff are really helpful and inform me how my daughter has done every time I collect her. I know I can approach staff should I have any concerns.

I was extremely nervous about my children starting nursery, like any parent would be, but when I visit I was instantly at ease with every single member of staff I met. It’s extremely clean with fantastic equipment to stimulate all ages. My children, daughter 8 months and son 3 years old settled instantly with no issues. Now they are there 3 days a week, communication is amazing and in 3 days my children have already started forming bonds with the staff. I am so happy that my children are happy. The variety of food is impressive and I am just so happy all-round. My only regret is not putting my 3-year-old in this nursery sooner as I have always been too anxious to put him into a nursery, so I have struggled to work from home whilst looking after him. Honestly, if you are looking for a nursery to put your child in, you need to go take a look for yourself. Thank you everyone at Minibugs Nurseries Ltd, but the member of staff who has been my main point of contact from our first visit is an amazing lady. Amazing team.

My son loves this nursery and really enjoys going there. I find all the staff really polite and caring toward us. Also, I hoping for his little brother to join Minibugs soon too.

My daughter loves going to Minibugs. Staff are all lovely, really helpful and very welcoming. So glad I chose this nursery for my daughter, I know she is well cared for by all of the staff here. Definitely 10/10.

Having 2020 being the year it has this could be why but Minibugs could improve by planning some out of nursery trips there are many local parks walking distance or bus, I would happily pay for 1 trip a month to parks, petting zoos or other curricular activities.

They were great with my little girl when she started and I haven't had one bad day from my little girl, she loves going to Minibugs and has grown so much. They are very professional and are great with the children. I would highly recommend this nursery, they're great.

Staff are very friendly and very welcoming. My child loves going. Little slow at opening the door but when they do still very welcoming for my child to go straight in. My child has made some lovely friends and is very close to a couple of the staff there. One happy child = happy mummy.

I am a lot happier when you take over, with the kids getting proper homemade food and more activities happening. Staff members very friendly and always helpful. I would just like my child to learn to write letters more.

High-quality private nursery. Feel like both of my children love being there. They have such caring staff that go above and beyond for every child they take care of. For my daughter's birthday, they made a cake, did a card and banners and balloons. Also did gifts for her. My son loves one member of staff in particular who works there.

We have been very happy with Minibugs since they took over recently. They have been making some much-needed improvements to the building and keeping us updated with what is happening. As a parent, you worry about leaving your child in someone else's hands but to know he is excited to go and that they meet his needs is amazing.
