The high spec nursery features a newly renovated purpose-built, gated property over three floors with four modern & bright learning rooms specifically tailored to each age group. The learning rooms have dual air conditioning/heating, modern interactive LCD computer screens & high-quality resources to ensure children have the best care & learning facilities.
Large, bespoke outdoor play areas have been carefully designed with all areas of learning considered. They include a tranquil sensory garden and a custom-made playground activity centre for climbing, creative and imaginative play which balances freedom with safety. In addition, sheltered areas give each room direct access to the outdoors.
Bright Little Stars also offer a unique Learning Programme that nurtures a love of learning by bringing play & teaching together into the curriculum. Prime areas feature phonics & literacy, mathematics, science & botany, culture & geography, ICT, expressive arts and home learning. They even provide a wide variety of extra-curricular clubs at no extra cost. The nursery is committed to providing healthy and wholesome food freshly prepared by their onsite chefs and designed by a nutritionist.
The nursery has strong partnerships with parents and provides a secure app to share daily activities and learning progression for each child, as well as a ParentCam for parents to ‘drop in’ via a secure webcam facility at any time. Their Head of Teaching and School Relationships supports parents when it is time to think about sending children to school by building relationships with schools and holding Parent Workshops.

We are happy with the nursery and especially with the Milky Way team. Our son leaves home happy every morning and always seems to have had a great day when I pick him up. He loves the food, often has seconds and really enjoys the toys and activities. We always love seeing his observations and development updates on the app. The team has supported him brilliantly with learning to walk and is now helping him develop his speech. We are very grateful for their care and support.

We have had a wonderful experience at this nursery. The staff are kind, caring, friendly and very professional. They are brilliant at supporting transitions and helping children feel at ease. Both of our children have formed strong attachments with the nursery staff. Our eldest attended from a baby through to preschool age and loves his time there. Our youngest is still attending and runs in happily, often not wanting to leave! The nursery were also quick to recognise a developmental delay in our eldest. They acted promptly to ensure he receives the support he greatly needed. As first time parents, we were unaware there was an issue, so we are very grateful. We couldn't recommend this nursery enough. We feel very lucky to have such a caring, supportive nursery for our children.

Overall a good nursery, with very friendly and caring staff and I've seen both my child and other children develop well there. The nursery attracts good people to work there and provides opportunities for development and career growth, which is lovely to see. I wish there was more space both in and outdoors for the children to spend time in. The rooms can feel quite busy and chaotic especially as they accommodate more children as they get older. Communication from the nursery to parents around key events could be better and I would love to see more activities offered throughout the year outside of the nursery setting. It would also be great to have more transparency around the digital / YouTube content the children get exposed to in the rooms as not all of it is what I would choose to show my child.

Our son has flourished during his time at Bright Little Stars. He is so happy and settled. The activities are so varied and he's learnt so many skills. Everyone at BLS is incredibly kind and engaging. We get such detailed debriefs at the end of each day. Communication is always clear & excellent.

My only feedback is it can be quite difficult to book extra days at times and the flexibility is very much important especially in the early years.

The nursery is incredibly professional and homely at the same time. Both of our girls came to Bright Little Stars and loved their time here. You can tell all the staff are qualified and love working with children as they always go above and beyond to accomodate their needs.
