New Birth Day Nursery Royal Docks

Two of my daughters went in at 6 months and left at 4 years. Never have I had any concerns about the level of care they were receiving- holistically. The nursery staff always kept me in the loop and I could always talk to them about anything that I wanted working on. We worked as a team when it came to the learning and development of the girls. Management are not the usual type, they are there on the floor and at the door and easily accessible which allows transparency. The contracts were flexible and for as long as they could, their timings were till 7 pm- works for parents who work late hours. They are thoughtful and kind, a nursery my children nor me can ever forget.

The staff is amazing, clean calm stimulating learning environment. My child is developed in all areas, my first daughter was at another New Birth Day Nursery branch and my triplets were too and they moved to the new branch in Royal Docks. I recommend this nursery to all mums. Thank you so much for helping my babies. I love this nursery.

This is an outstanding nursery and I am so happy that I sent my daughter here. She has learned so much since she started, her confidence has also improved a lot. The staff are very kind, friendly and provide excellent care. I am convinced that I have given a good start to my daughter's education. Thank you all so much!

My son attended the nursery from the age of 1 till he left to start school. I highly recommend the nursery, they are a friendly family-based team that welcomes their staff, parents and child with open arms. Their staff teams are highly skilled, professional and friendly and if I had any questions or concerns they were dealt with fast and effectively. My son wasn't a confident child and suffered from speech delay and the team was very helpful and arranged for him to be seen by speech therapists and got the ball rolling for when he started school. I couldn't have been prouder when my son got up on stage at his graduation and spoke in front of everyone which was something I didn't think he would do. I would 100% use the nursery again if I was to have another child.

I can't complain about the service provided by New Birth Day Nursery, the staff are friendly and always make the effort to give daily feedback. Since my daughter joined the nursery, she has excelled in confidence and really looks forward to going to nursery.

My oldest and youngest attend the nursery and are happy and outgoing and enjoy their time there and always feel welcome. The location and time are brilliant, and the staff are exceptional and caring. I would recommend New Birth Day Nursery Royal Docks to everyone.
