My daughter had her a couple settling sessions at nursery this week and she was amazing! She was very comfortable, settled in really well, and seemed happy being away from home. It was so reassuring to see how confident and relaxed she was. Thank you for making her feel so welcome!

We couldn't be more grateful for the care and support our daughter has received at this nursery. She started when she was just a few months old, and the progress she's made since then has been incredible to watch.

The staff are nurturing, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child's development. They've created such a safe and stimulating environment where she's been able to grow in confidence, learn new skills, and build strong relationships.

Communication with us as parents has always been excellent-we've felt informed, reassured, and included every step of the way.

It's such a comfort knowing she's in such capable and caring hands every day. We highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a supportive and enriching place for their child.

I honestly couldn't be happier with this nursery. From the very beginning, the team made both me and my son feel so welcomed and supported. As a parent, leaving your child anywhere is a big deal but they made the transition feel safe and reassuring.

The staff are nurturing, attentive and genuinely care about the children. I've seen such positive growth in my son's confidence, communication and independence since he started. He comes home happy, talking about his day, and excited to go back which says everything.

The environment is clean, well organised and full of stimulating activities that support learning through play. The communication from staff is also amazing I'm always kept updated and feel involved in his development.

I am very pleased with New Birth Day Nursery. The staff are knowledgeable and personable, and always professional. The attention to detail regarding learning and development is excellent. My daughter is full of tales about what she has been up to, and I think she is very happy there. I feel comfortable that she is well looked after and the staff always give parents lots of opportunity to feed in suggestions and other feedback. I really couldn't ask for more.

I really like this nursery, and couldn't imagine a better place to send my daughter. She joined the nursery when she was only 8 months old, and the staff were so welcoming and lovely to her as well as to me - a worried and anxious mother. She is now nearly 2 years and 5 months old, and is very happy here. I can see her thriving, and it is a wonderful thing to witness as a parent. I recommend this nursery to all parents in the highest of terms.

We sent our daughter here for over 2 years and she adored it. The staff are caring, supportive and encouraging and one of the things it excels at is its focus on learning and education. They take the children out on trips for cultural enrichment, have a small garden for outside play (very rare in central London!) and bring in external teachers for things like football and Mandarin lessons. I highly recommend New Birth.

Our child develops a lot of his social motor skills. We are glad we chose this environment and staff to support our child's development.

We have been sending our son to New Birth for 3 years and daughter for 1 year and would highly recommend this nursery to all parents. The staff are exceptional and our children love it there. We will be very sad when our son moves to main school. Superb communication and care for our children.

This was the first nursery we viewed and from the moment we walked in we knew it was the one for us. The children are always so happy and engaged with their carers. Our son loves this nursery. Dear parents, I’m writing this review to help you to choose the right nursery for your children. My daughter attended New Birth Day Nursery for four years. In all these years my daughter never said she doesn’t want to go to nursery. I trusted all the teachers because she was coming home and she was talking really nice about all of them. What more can I ask for as a parent. Day by day she was improving a lot, she started to talk early because she was in contact with the teachers and the children and it was a great help. I had access to the app where I could see what my child was eating, pictures and videos with all activities. Very good communication with all teachers, especially with my daughter’s teacher. I really recommend New Birth for your children because it will be second home for them. Thank you New Birth for looking after my daughter so well and definitely we will come to visit you.

New Birth Day Nursery have been amazing with my son! Communication is brilliant! They communicate through an app, sending daily photos and keeping me up to date with his food and nappies. They do so much with the children and are constantly working on my child's development. The staff are approachable and never made me feel like I couldn't ask questions or check in. I am a first time mum and leaving my son wasn't easy but they made me feel reassured and safe. The site is also super clean and tidy!

My child attended nursery for 4 months and did seem to enjoy coming in! She learned a lot in that short period. Got close to the keyworker and improved her regime. Although I wish management was much more open and friendlier to me as a parent. I felt like I never had enough communication from the team. As a first-time parent, this made me a bit uncomfortable.

We absolutely love the care and attention that the staff have put in for our little girl. We can really see the difference that a great nursery makes, and she is now confident, chatty and eager to go nursery. They do so much with the children, including short trips out to learn about different topics.

Two of my daughters went in at 6 months and left at 4 years. Never have I had any concerns about the level of care they were receiving- holistically. The nursery staff always kept me in the loop and I could always talk to them about anything that I wanted working on. We worked as a team when it came to the learning and development of the girls. Management are not the usual type, they are there on the floor and at the door and easily accessible which allows transparency. The contracts were flexible and for as long as they could, their timings were till 7 pm- works for parents who work late hours. They are thoughtful and kind, a nursery my children nor me can ever forget.

The staff is amazing, clean calm stimulating learning environment. My child is developed in all areas, my first daughter was at another New Birth Day Nursery branch and my triplets were too and they moved to the new branch in Royal Docks. I recommend this nursery to all mums. Thank you so much for helping my babies. I love this nursery.
