Top Chapel Day Nursery Ltd

My daughter loves it there. We especially love her key worker, who is very hands-on and shows that she cares and is genuinely interested in the wellbeing of my little one. I do recommend it.

Top Chapel is a fantastic nursery. My little girl has been attending the baby room for the last 11 months and she absolutely loves going. The care she receives is great, she always comes out clean, well-fed and happy. She is always talking about her key worker and her nursery friends. The nursery is very accommodating and flexible. The app they use is great, I love seeing updates throughout the day as this reassures me she is having a good day. Genuinely can’t fault the nursery and would 100% recommend it.

My daughter has thrived here, coming on leap and bounds in the 10 months she was there. All the staff are excellent - with brilliant resources. Lovely outside area. All fresh home-cooked meals. Would recommend it to anyone considering Top Chapel for your children.

Our little boy has been at Top Chapel for nearly a year and thanks to the effort and care of the staff, he is doing so well. I would recommend the nursery to any parent, they have always been flexible with our nursery hours, when needed and have supported us with outside agencies e.g. the speech therapist assessing our child in the nursery. They provide a happy and stimulating environment and we are proud to send our son to Top Chapel.

My little girl has been attending Top Chapel since January 2021. She has come on leaps and bounds since starting at the nursery, after missing out on so much due to Covid. The staff provide updates throughout the day on your child's activities via an app, i.e. what they ate, nappy changes, etc, which helps put your mind at ease. Staff are really happy to answer any questions you might have and are so patient. My little girl attends 2 days a week and the nursery are really flexible, allowing us to alter the days required, due to both myself and my husband being shift workers with differing patterns each week. This is really helpful and not many nurseries would do this.

Top Chapel has been amazing for my little boy. He has developed so much, from speech and social skills, which is so warming to see. My child loves nursery and it is such a nice feeling to now see how confidently he walks into nursery compared to his first few days, when he wasn’t used to it. I would like to thank his key worker for their outstanding work and friendly nature! The only thing I would personally like to see more of from Top Chapel is updates (more pictures). I feel that they do provide me with day to day updates of what he has eaten, nappy changes and nap times etc which is amazing and I cannot fault them for this. But I personally would love to see more of my child enjoying himself in the nursery. When he first started, I was updated more regularly than I am now. I understand he’s settled and happy there but it's still nice to have pictures to see this for yourself sometimes. Other than this minor issue, I cannot fault this nursery and wouldn’t like my son to attend anywhere else!

I was a bit worried at first, as my daughter did try another nursery (she hated it the whole time she was there, she just cried.) before starting here but this nursery is the best decision I made for my daughter she loves it here and can't wait to go back the day after. The staff are amazing with the children. They go above and beyond for children and parents. This is the best nursery around. I find it's lovely and clean and well looked after. If you send your child here you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend Top Chapel Nursery. 5 stars.

I was really apprehensive about putting my son into nursery during the Covid 19 pandemic. The Top Chapel team helped me and my son to ease into a new and scary situation. I am so glad they did because since then, my son has come on leaps and bounds. His communication skills have improved along with his social skills. He now eats a wider range of food and can count and is starting the alphabet. He absolutely loves his carer and talks about her all the time. I know my son is in safe loving hands.

My son loves this nursery, he's developed so quickly in the short time he's been there. All the staff are so friendly and the activities they do are all children lead, which is amazing. My little one gets so well fed whilst there and they're always updating me with photos of my son playing, which I love.

Examples of taking responsibility, showing empathy, understanding and good listening and communication should be demonstrated from the top down. In summary five stars for keyworkers, one star for senior management.

My son has been at this nursery since October 2020 when it first opened. They have been extremely helpful in everything that my son has needed etc. All the staff have always kept me informed about what he has done that day and what he has eaten etc. He absolutely loves going and I couldn't be any happier with the nursery.

I can't recommend Top Chapel enough, my little boy loves going to nursery which is so nice to see. The staff are absolutely amazing and very approachable. My little boy loves his carer which is so nice to see.

My daughter has been attending this nursery since October last year since attending she has come on so much she enjoys going to nursery and always has a smile on her face. This nursery goes above and beyond for the children and parents. I don't think I could think of a better nursery for my daughter to go to. They keep me updated with everything she gets up to during the day.

A wonderful place full of nurturing, professional and extremely caring heroes! My son has come on in leaps and bounds and absolutely adores the nursery, staff and other children. He always comes home with something that he had been doing at nursery and loves the meals. (They seem so good! I wish I could go there for my lunch) a brilliant environment full of enriching and engaging activities for all ages. One of the best nurseries I have ever had the pleasure of visiting.

I absolutely love this nursery. My son is leaving this term to attend primary school and I’m ever so sad. I love all the girls that work here and it’s been a pleasure sending my son to this nursery. It’s beautiful inside and out with lots of things for the children to do. My son has been the happiest since attending Top Chapel nursery and I’m ever so grateful. Thank you, ladies.
