Harrow Day Nursery & Montessori

The team at Harrow is the best. I couldn't have thought of a better montesorri than this one. We travel quite a bit so that our son feels like home away from home (&there are no regrets!), because that's how Prachi and team make every child feel over here, a family - one that supports you and takes care of you. Thank you all for you for your genuine kindness and flexibility.

We honestly couldn't recommend the nursery highly enough. It's become such an important part of our family life.

I have been a parent of 2 children attending this nursery at separate times and under 2 different managers - I cannot express how much of difference it has been. Prachi was been a breath of fresh air to the place and you can genuinely feel the positive atmosphere and happiness of the staff - them being able to actually care for the children with their hearts full and shoulders light.

This nursery has a beautiful community spirit and my current toddler happily waves goodbye as he goes in to start his day - he is always welcomed with smiles.

Some of the staff are the same from almost 7 years ago and they have truly made such a positive impact on my children.

There's always mixed feelings when it comes to leaving children in day care. However, I can confidently say that I always feel that my children are safe and shining bright at Harrow Montessori.

My daughter absolutely loves her nursery! She joined the baby room and has moved through toddlers and now in preschool, and the progress we have seen in her development has been amazing. She has built such lovely bonds with the staff, who are kind, caring and attentive to every child.

There are lots of fun and creative activities, and the nursery does a great job of involving parents and keeping us updated on what the children are doing. We have now enrolled our son to start too.

We have had a wonderful experience at Harrow Day Nursery from day one. During my son's first few weeks, the team went above and beyond to provide extra support, helping him settle in smoothly and making a huge difference during those initial steps.

It is clear how much my son loves being there, and I can tell he has built genuinely strong relationships with the staff, especially with his key person, Denise. They have grown such a strong bond that is so lovely to see. The team does a fantastic job supporting his development every single day, keeping him engaged and constantly learning.

The entire team is super friendly, welcoming, and always ready to answer any question, no matter how small. A special mention has to go to the nursery manager, Prachi. She is absolutely amazing and creates such a warm, loving, and positive environment for all the children and families. I couldn't ask for a better setting for my son!

All of the teachers really care about the kids,you can see it in the way they treat them. My son loves the nursery and I saw a real difference in his knowledge only weeks into him starting at almost two,when he recited the whole alphabet! They have very creative ways of learning which I love.

The outdoor area and school ready approach are particular highlights.

We're very pleased with our son's nursery. He settles in happily and his development has been good to see. The staff know him well and seem excited to see him, and the management is warm, caring, friendly and approachable.

We have found the nursery to be a caring and nurturing environment where our child has been well looked after and grown in confidence and independence. The staff are kind and patient, and happy to answer any questions we may have to accommodate our child's needs. The setting is spacious with a lovely garden. An added bonus is the nursery regularly puts on events on the weekend, which are well attended and are a great opportunity to meet other parents and staff in a relaxed environment.

Seeing how excited he is every morning speaks volumes. We couldn't ask for a better foundation for our little one

What really stands out is how much the nursery does beyond the usual day-to-day care. They regularly go the extra mile for the children, families and the wider community, including organising lovely events outside of normal nursery hours. We've always felt very supported and included as parents, and we would happily recommend the nursery to other families.

As a young mum, finding the right nursery for my child was really important to me, and I didn't stop looking until I found somewhere I felt happy and comfortable with. The staff are kind, reassuring and understanding and the manager is very proactive and genuinely involved in the children's care. It means a lot to know that my child is in an environment where their wellbeing matters and where parents feel listened to and supported. I'm really glad I found this nursery and would recommend it to other parents.

Since having my Twins join the nursery the experience has so good, do not have a bad word to say. I would recommend to everyone. The app makes it very easy to keep a track, and the peace of mind with all the safety measure in place give you peace of mind.

My youngest daughter was admitted to hospital and during this time the staff and management were so helpful and accommodating to our needs. They made sure my older daughter in pre school was ok and constantly asked for updated from my parents and even myself when I eventually started coming back to pick my daughter up. They showed me it wasn't just a nursery but more like friends and family.

We have been very happy with this nursery since our son joined in August 2024. It's a very nurturing and caring environment and the outdoor space is fab. The nursery goes above and beyond with its children, their parents and the wider community, often putting on out of hours events which we thoroughly enjoy.

Our toddler started at the nursery as a baby and the care he received in the baby room really made us feel that it was a safe secure space for him. He developed strong attachment with the baby room staff and then with other staff members as he moved from toddler room to preschool. Management were good at identifying and assigning appropriate staff members as his key person, as he developed a good bonding with them. They understand him emotionally and are there to support him and encourage him to try new things that he finds challenging - we personally saw how a staff member patiently and lovingly supported his potty training journey, using lots of positive reinforcements. We have now trusted the nursery with our second baby and he has been thriving - he loves singing and laughing with the staff members, and he has developed so much in a short space of time, it's been heartwarming to see him grow and thrive!

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Harrow Day Nursery & Montessori. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warmth, care and professionalism. The staff are incredibly nurturing, patient and dedicated to each child's well-being and development.

Our child absolutely loves going to nursery each day - which speaks volumes! The daily activities are thoughtfully planned, encouraging creativity, confidence and learning through play. We've noticed such positive growth in social skills, communication and independence.

The facility itself is clean, safe and filled with age-appropriate toys, books and learning materials. We especially appreciate the regular updates, photos and communication from the staff - it makes us feel involved and reassured.

I couldn't be happier with the care my daughter receives at this nursery. From the very first day, the staff have been incredibly welcoming, nurturing, and attentive. It's clear that they genuinely care about the children and put a lot of effort into creating a safe, enjoyable, and stimulating environment.

Although my daughter is still a toddler and not yet speaking, she's always happy and excited when we arrive, and she settles in so well. It's reassuring to see how comfortable and content she is in their care.

The team keep me well-informed with regular updates and photos, which gives me real peace of mind during the day. I truly feel she's in the best possible hands. This nursery has exceeded my expectations, and I'm so grateful for the kind, supportive experience they provide.

The nursery staff have the best of intentions towards the children and are always thinking of new and innovative ways to keep them engaged. They recently had Donkey visit the nursery. The children learned a out life cycles with love chicks hatching from eggs. We are even impressed with the new learnings and habits brought home.

The facilities are nice and spacious. The toddler and pre school room in particular. The garden space is large with lots to do.

The administrative side continues to improve and engagement with parents is improving.

Overall you can tell that this is a good nursery that is always trying to improve and doesn't get comfortable with where it is currently at, which would be easy to do after recently receiving a positive Ofsted report.

My son are so happy and content here. The attention to detail is excellent and the staff certainly go that 'extra mile' to ensure that the needs of each individual child are met. I would never go else where and would highly recommend
