Everyday when you turn upto the front door you always get a warm welcome and the children are personally greeted. The staff listen to the parents when a concern is raised. Management also help work with parents when transitioning/settling the child into the nursery. I have seen my child grow into a very confident Individual and the staff at the nursery have played a big part in this. The staff always update me with achievements or key moments my child has.

We originally chose this nursery because of a recommendation from a close friend and now we couldn't be happier with our daughter's nursery experience. The staff are caring, friendly and welcoming, and it's lovely knowing she is being looked after in such a safe and nurturing environment. They make her feel comfortable, happy and supported. They're professional and have been good at maintaining very good communication with us when needed. It's reassuring to know she is learning, developing and having fun every day and this gives us peace of mind. Our daughter is happy everyday and has a big smile at drop-Off. Harrow Day and Montessori Nursery has a wonderful and nurturing atmosphere created by the supportive and caring staff. They have gone above and beyond which reflects in my children's development and learning starting from the baby room. The large outdoor space is great for the kids as they spend a good amount of time outside. It was this and the staff which made our decision to send both our children there and we haven't looked back!
