Bright Star Day Nursery (Chingford)

Our little one has gone to this nursery since September 2022 when he was 2 years old. We are so happy with everything! They always make sure we are updated with all the news and the events of the year as well as when kids are sick and this could be something that can be passed to your kid. We receive every month the newsletter which is very helpful to know what the kids have been focusing on during that month. They always made us feel secure and relaxed that our toddler is safe and in great care! We really recommend Bright Stars!

My daughter has been attending this nursery for the second year. I am very satisfied with it. The staff are very kind and polite; they help my child a lot in adaptation and learning. My daughter is happy to run to nursery in the morning; she loves her teachers very much. They became like family to her. Also, the nursery is always clean and tidy, and there are always new games and interesting activities together, as well as music, dancing and interesting exercises. My daughter always talks about it with delight. I sincerely thank everyone who works there!

My son joined Bright Star Day Nursery in February 2022 and is still currently going 2023 and I have to say it's an absolutely amazing nursery. The standard of care is excellent. The staff are all great and very helpful. Extra care and measures put in place making sure all parents and staff closed the main gate on arrival and when leaving the nursery. No mobile phones to be used in the nursery premises to ensure everyone's safety. As a parent, I am kept informed daily through newsletters and handovers. As a parent, I am able to see my son's progress/pictures and his activities on the app. I would like to thank you. All the best to the staff at Bright Star Day Nursery especially to the staff that have supported my son and he gets along well with everyone. For any parents who are looking for a nursery, I would definitely recommend Bright Star Day Nursery as the first choice, you will not be disappointed.

My daughter has just started at the nursery and she loves it from the interaction I see between herself and the staff. My daughter is a shy little girl so her becoming comfortable with new people takes a bit of time. The staff are very friendly and informative which I find very helpful and useful.

My son is always happy, anytime I pick him up. To me, this shows he had a good day at the nursery. The nursery is also considerate, they work with my timetable. I was able to change my son's days without any fear of not being able to go for my lectures. I remember a day I was running late because my daughter was sick. The nursery really understood and didn't charge me extra money. They are really good to all Mums. I do recommend it.

The staff are very friendly/welcoming and my child has built a very good relationship with his Key Worker. They offer a good variety of healthy food. There are plenty of toys to play with and there is a good outside play area which has been extensively used during the summer. They also offer extended hours which has been very helpful. I’d happily recommend the nursery to others.

My daughter started nursery a year ago. After having a very bad time settling in a different nursery. My daughter was very upset with her first experience at the other nursery and as a mother so was I. I was very worried to try again. Brightstars Nursery was the complete opposite of our first experience. My daughter has loved it there. Will happily go in and just wave me goodbye. She has developed socially so well and she loves it. All members of the nursey are very caring and listen to the child's needs as well as parents. I would choose this nursery again and again. I am so happy with this nursery and the staff, I also decided to send my son to this nursery earlier than expected. I was concerned with learning and social issues. The nursery worked with me listening to my concerns. My son has improved 100%. I did a lot of research into nurseries in the area before I decided this was the one. I made the correct choice completely. As a parent, you want to know your child is happy and safe and both of my children are.

Our child has been at the nursery for one year and loves it. The staff are lovely and really kind to everyone. They keep us well informed and are very approachable if we have any questions. Despite being offered places at nurseries closer to where we live, we have opted to stay at Bright Star Day Nursery because we are very happy with it and our child is very happy there.

The nursery is located in a strategic point next to a big supermarket but also sports grounds and green spaces. Highly recommended!

My child has been going to the nursery since May 21, when she was 10 months old. This nursery is very clean and a brand new nursery. They have recently just been able to open late last year 2020, due to the pandemic, so it is still fairly new in my opinion. The key workers are absolutely nice and show great care and attention towards my child. My child is in the baby room, and I love the key workers in there, they are friendly and efficient. My child likes them too. I am so pleased that I had taken my baby to this nursery and would not fault it. There is a lot for the children to do. It is great that they provide you with a daily sheet in the baby room, so that your aware of your child's intake has been for the day and what they have learnt for the day too.
