We cannot thank the nursery team enough for the incredible care, kindness, and dedication they have shown throughout the years. Every member of staff has played a part in creating a warm, nurturing, and supportive environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to learn and grow. The genuine affection, patience, and encouragement shown each day have made a lasting impact, while the excellent communication and professionalism have given us complete confidence and peace of mind as parents. From the caring room teams to the wonderful nursery chef, every individual has contributed to making the nursery feel like a second home. We are truly grateful for the positive experiences, happy memories, and strong foundations that have been built here, and we would wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to any family looking for an exceptional early years setting.

We have had a very positive experience with this nursery and would happily recommend it to other families. As our child prepares to start Reception, we are grateful for the support and care he has received from the staff. The nursery has provided a welcoming environment where our child has grown in confidence, made good friendships, and developed important skills that have helped prepare them for the next stage of school.

I have had 2 children attend this nursery, with my oldest starting Jan 2021 and my youngest leaving August 2026 and I must say the staff are extremely attentive. They have helped aid both of my children with a great start to school. I have and will always recommend this nursery. Although I'm happy both of my children have progressed well through nursery it will also be sad to have them both leave. My youngest has a few weeks left and I'm sure it will be a bitter sweet exit. Thanks to all the staff for all their help over the years x

My daughter has spent 2 years at Bright Star nursery and since the beginning the staff have been professional, friendly, calm and have looked after my daughter very well. Her personality and language have developed so much. She has formed a bond with all the staff. I was nervous at the beginning when she started at baby room but Ms Jean and Ms Azka and the manager Ms Nefeli were comforting and I felt at ease to leave my daughter with them.

The manager and deputy manager are great and quickly respond to emails and questions on the phone. Always greeting us with a smile and positivity.

We are so delighted with Bright Star Day Nursery and their care for our son. The staff are kind and welcoming, they clearly know every child well and are warm and nurturing in their care. Every evening at pick up our key worker takes time to chat to us about our son's day and we discuss any plans that we have for him in terms of new skills etc so that home and nursery life tie together smoothly. Our son is blissfully happy going to nursery here, he can't get in the door fast enough! We couldn't say more positive things about our experience, would highly recommend to anyone.

Overall, the nursery provides a nurturing and supportive environment and I highly recommend it!

The manager is an amazing lady I like that she or the deputy manager responds to emails quickly and she's involved with the children doing activities and so forth. Overall this nursery is one to have a look at I am sure your child would love it here.

My daughter has been going to this nursery for the past 3 years and now starting Reception in September. I really cannot fault all the staff, very approachable and friendly and dealt with enquiries promptly. My daughter loved the nursery from day one, she settled there very quickly and I never had any problems. Booking extra sessions for my daughter was never an issue. I am very satisfied overall, they are doing a great job.

I am very pleased with the staff and management of the organisation. My child is well looked after, any queries/concerns are addressed in a timely manner, we continued to use the nursery even after moving out of the area, definitely recommended.

My little one started in the nursery in February and he has settled in very nicely. He seems very happy when he stays there and when we pick him up. All the practitioners seem very caring and they always do a good variety of activities. The food offered is healthy and there is always variety on the menu. We are overall very happy with the nursery so far.

Very happy with Bright Star and the care they provide for my son (19 months, has been attending since he turned 1). He settled in well and is now very happy to be dropped off. He loves all the staff and has a great attachment with them. He eats really well there and staff always update us on all the activities he’s done throughout the day. He is quite an ‘intense’ baby and needs lots of physical contact with adults to feel safe, and lots of support to get to sleep - staff have always been amazing at meeting his needs and I trust them to look after him in the way he needs.

My son has been at the nursery since he was 8 months old (now 2) and I honestly couldn’t ask for better care. He absolutely loves going to nursery and we receive regular information on activities he’s involved with, as well as a daily update on how his day has been/what he’s done. The staff are brilliant, friendly and caring.

Our daughter has just spent two great years at Bright Star Day Nursery, going from 11 months to just under 3 years old. In that time, she has learned to crawl, walk and talk and we really believe the nursery environment and staff have been instrumental in her development. The nursery building and outdoor area are safe and secure and backs onto green space, parking is easy and the supermarket being right there is a bonus! We have always found the staff to be very friendly towards us and our child and to develop caring relationships with her that they really cherish. We are moving out of the area but would happily have kept our daughter in the nursery and also taken our baby son there; the nursery is one of the main things we will miss - highly recommend!

My son has settled in nicely with his key worker and the lovely team, and really seems to be thriving. Each of the team I've met has been caring and wonderful. The nursery manager has been great to speak to about any questions I have as well. We're very happy to be sending our son here and feel safe in knowing the team here is as good as they are.

My son started his nursery journey in March 2021. He settled in so well. I felt extremely comfortable leaving him when I would go to work. He left in July 2023 and the amazing graduation party was a lovely send-off for him and the other children who were embarking on their new journey into primary school. I would highly recommend this nursery.

The teachers are especially amazing, my twins seem to really take to them, there is another great teacher my kids like, and the nursery manager is really easy to speak to and cares about the children. All of the staff at Bright Star are kind, caring and patient, they really work hard to provide a safe and fun environment for the kids to learn and grow in, we couldn’t have picked a better nursery!

My son is always learning something new from the nursery.

I really recommend this nursery, as your child can develop perfectly in a circle of pleasant educators and children. The child has a large space for learning, entertainment and development with other children.
