Galaxy Explorers Day Nursery Ltd

The manager and the team are always positive and happy to deal with our questions and specific dietary and medical needs and our child is clearly benefitting from being in a happy, fun and learning environment. We appreciate how attentive key-workers are and get the right amount of feedback about our child's activities through an app. A huge thank you to the whole team at Galaxy Explorers for their work and look forward to being able to visit more often once Covid is "over"!

We were very happy to see Galaxy Explorers open in our neighborhood. It's been a pleasure having our child enrolled. He has settled so quickly and is learning so much. We were particularly happy with Covid regulations and how staff look after the children. We quite enjoy having access to the app to see how his day has gone and what he has been getting up to. We're very happy to have chosen Galaxy Explorers.

We absolutely love Galaxy Explorers! The teachers/carers/staff are all exceptional individuals who provide the utmost care in creating fun and stimulating activities for the children that are culturally diverse and represent all people. Great care snd thought has been given to creating a safe and healthy environment for the children that develops them on individual levels, while also enhancing their interpersonal skills through play and imagination. Our favorite activities are the special little events for the children that showcase different cultures through food/music/books/and play.

Staff are super friendly and very professional. I rely on people working in the nursery as I would with my own family. Our boy has lots of fun in the nursery and you can tell because sometimes, he does not want to leave the nursery.

Our son really enjoys the nursery and enjoys the daily activities. We really like the friendly and helpful staff. They have been very flexible in the current circumstances, also agreeing to provide additional care at very short notice.

So glad we chose this nursery for our son. Staff are lovely. Our son is always happy to go to the nursery and always happy when we pick him up. He loves to play outdoors - they go to the park or playground twice a day. I would recommend this nursery to every parent.

I first heard about the opening of Galaxy Explorers in February/March 2020, when I was given a flyer in a café. Little did I know that their flyer would change my life and my overall opinion towards day nurseries. Never before have I met staff that are so caring, kind, energetic and joyful. Staff are also very accommodating with parents’ requests (prompt when responding to e-mails) and tailor what they offer based on each child’s needs. Some differences to other nurseries are: Galaxy Explorers discuss their policies with parents and are flexible, their meals are healthy; no sweets, whilst offering a variety of foods. Children are well looked after, very happy and always playing with a member of staff and other children, never left unattended. They also teach a foreign language and aim to develop activities further. Updates on their app come daily, including photos and comments on children’s progress/activities on the day. Some photos are printed out and given to parents. I highly recommend this nursery.

I couldn't be happier with leaving my little boy in this Nursery. My baby started when he was only 6 months and he was always been given a lot of care and cuddles.

Now he is 9-month-old and claps his hands when approaching the door of the nursery.

My peace of mind of knowing my baby is safe, cared for and enjoying with his carers is invaluable.

The activities they do and the facilities are also outstanding. All the toys and made of wood, it is very clean and bright as the windows of the baby room faces the South.

I recommend this nursery 100% with no doubt.

My daughter has settled very quickly and we are extremely happy with the level of childcare and feedback at the end of the day. We have noticed how much her language and development has progressed so quickly. We also love the app and that we can also send in updates of what she gets up to at home. Although they do not have an outdoor space, we have noticed they have been using a variety of local outdoor facilities when we get updates on the app. She comes home every day saying she loves the food, and we have seen she finishes all of her meals!

Galaxy Day Nurseries is a truly great nursery. The staff are extremely well trained, professional and inspire so much confidence. The team use the best of modern technology, including apps for parents to see how their child is progressing, and communication has been exemplary. Additionally, the rooms are so clean and modern, and there are so many productive things for the children to do. We are so impressed.

My daughter appears to be enjoying a variety of activities and all the equipment available to her in the room.
