Kids Planet West Bridgford is an excellent nursery, with wonderful and very attentive staff and a fantastic manager. They go the extra mile to make the nursery feel like a second home. Always clean and tidy and our little one loves it there. Thank you.

I couldn't be happier with my experience since enrolling my child. The staff are incredibly welcoming and nurturing, creating a warm and safe environment. What truly stands out is the staff's dedication and professionalism. They are attentive, patient and genuinely care about the well-being and development of each child. They provide regular updates and are always available to discuss any concerns or questions. Facilities are well-maintained, clean and filled with engaging, age-appropriate activities that stimulate learning and play. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed, blending educational activities with plenty of playtime as well as take-home activities that reinforce learning. I've noticed significant improvements in my child's social skills, creativity, and overall development since joining. Communication with parents is excellent. It's clear that the nursery values parental involvement and strives to create a collaborative environment. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Not only did everyone look after my daughter to help her progress, they also helped and supported my daughter through a difficult time. They also helped me as a mum with anything that was needed. Overall, I cannot recommend the nursery enough. The nursery is great and so are the staff. It shows in all the children, as well as my own, how happy they all are.

My son has been attending Kids Planet West Bridgford since I returned to work when he was 9 months old. He is in the baby room and has recently turned 19 months - I would highly recommend the nursery to anyone considering it. Like any new Mum I was really nervous to leave him but my experience with the nursery and staff has been really good from day 1 - he loves nursery and is always really happy at drop off and collection. The staff in the baby room really do care and I would like to compliment the team - they make such an effort with the babies and I always get a lot of information at pick up so I know exactly how his day has gone - they all have a friendly but professional approach which I always appreciate. The nursery supports the milestones and also helps with day to day development such as eating skills, sharing, relationship building and creative activities. I also like that the nursery is on the smaller side, I think it creates a more personal homely feel

Our daughter has been with the nursery since April 2022 in the baby room. Leaving her at nursery was so hard and a real adjustment for us both. The staff were all so attentive and caring and did their best to put us at ease too. Special mention to two members of staff who were just fabulous! My daughter soon settled in and now loves nursery and all the staff, her development has come on leaps and bounds and I really believe that Kids Planet West Bridgford have played a massive part in this. It's a warm environment and somewhere we have felt completely comfortable sending our child since the moment we stepped in the door on our first visit.

After a fair bit of research and looking round several nurseries, our 6-month-old son started at Kids Planet West Bridgford in October 2021, and we are so pleased we chose them. He has absolutely thrived and loved it there for this past year. We are so thankful to have such a caring, organised and professional nursery for him, the staff really do go above and beyond to make sure he is safe and happy. Communication is great with regular updates, and the flexibility to add on extra days or early bird sessions at the last minute is really useful. Most importantly our son has an amazing bond with the staff, he goes in with a big smile and wave, and comes out so proud of what he has done that day. The staff genuinely care about him and his development, and are as proud as we are when he reaches a big milestone! Thank you to all the team who give us both peace of mind every day he is there, it's a brilliant nursery that we would highly recommend to other parents.

I find the staff so caring and friendly. They have done everything to help my son settle in and he is very happy when being dropped off. The staff are so conscientious and are meticulous while updating the app documenting my son's day which means I never need to call to check on him and I am always happy with the activities he does at nursery. I can't praise this nursery enough and when comparing it to another nursery we used, my partner and I are so much happier.

Our daughter started in November 2021, as any parent going back to work it’s a difficult time, but made harder by leaving your child in the care of others, you need to make sure It’s the right choice. We’re so happy we chose Kids Planet, the staff are amazing, our daughter is always happy to go with a big smile on her face. I’ve found they have gone above and beyond when she has been under the weather. Overall we’re really happy.

They provide a loving, stable, safe and educational environment. My daughter attends 3 days a week and has been with the team since she was 8 months old. In that time she has been given the opportunity to learn, grow and express herself, she is so confident. I particularly like the outdoor activities they do, my daughter loves the playground in the garden. The team keep you up to date on the kid's activities and meals throughout the day using an app and it's great that I can log on and see how she's getting on. They work with you on sleep schedules, meals and any behavioural issues that might crop up from time to time. The biggest for me is that they care about the kids in their care, want them to succeed and enjoy their time at nursery. I'm so glad I chose them and will be a little sad when the time comes to say goodbye. Thank you to the team, I couldn't do it without you.

Really caring nursery with great communication. My little lady runs in the door. Great activities and love the app. The timely reports of her progress are just lovely and full of detail. Very committed to her extra needs too.

We are incredibly happy with Kids Planet Nursery. Our son is developing great and loving to go every morning. He has the best days and we are so thankful to all the great activities. I have recently started my two children in February. One in the baby room and the other in pre-school. I can’t fault this little nursery at all. The staff are lovely and are all fully trained with qualifications and have lots of experience. I am really happy that it provides a safe environment for the children and I feel like I can trust all of the staff. I am happy with the cleanliness of the nursery. The communication is great between staff and parents. The parent app is perfect for checking how my children are getting on through the day and I love seeing photos of what they are up to. My children enjoy their time spent at nursery and are coming along soo well.

This nursery is fantastic. I feel more comfortable leaving my child here than with family. The children are cared for, nourished and encouraged. If you are considering this nursery, honestly look no further.

The West Bridgford Day Nursery is a lovely nursery with a home feel to it. There is always a feeling of care and attention to your child and support to you as a parent. There are amazing activities planned for children each day and there are so many interesting things to play with in the nursery environment. The amount of work staff are doing to dress the nursery, to prepare activities and theme days is incredible! The staff are always friendly and you can see how caring they are about children. The food seems to have great variety and has a good balanced mix of ingredients. There is a lot of work done to record little highlights every day and the staff tell you about key things when you see them. Special thanks from me for that, as I appreciate to have an insight into what my son is doing and how he is developing. The development folder is amazing work from staff! I would love to see some more pictures and stories about daily activities maybe shared via phone, if possible.

My daughter has been going to this nursery since she was ten months old and is now three years old. She settled in so well and so quickly thanks to all the supportive staff and continues to enjoy going to nursery. The staff are all so friendly, polite and brilliant with the children and are always happy and willing to provide support and advice. They do such a wide range of activities with the children to really encourage their development and I can really see how much my daughter has come on from being at nursery. I am particularly grateful to all the staff during the first lockdown when the nursery had to close, they kept in touch with us on a daily basis, sharing easy at home activities that we can do with our children, sending videos to share with our children and providing helpful tips and advice. All of which was such a huge support and gratefully appreciated during a difficult time. It's such a lovely and well run nursery and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery.

My husband and I proudly placed our children at The West Bridgford Day Nursery and I couldn't ask for a more wonderful setting for our girls to thrive. Their excitement to go there and their happiness when telling us about their day tells us all we need to know. As parents all you want is for your child to receive a fantastic education, have fun, feel safe, feel loved and to be happy. And this why The West Bridgford Day Nursery are head and shoulders above the rest. Biggest thanks to the most incredible, dedicated, warm staff, particular staff members and the whole team. They truly are exceptional and we couldn't be happier or feel more lucky.

Our daughter has attended The West Bridgford Day Nursery for three and a half years now and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. We visited a number of nurseries and the minute we entered this one we knew it would be perfect for us. It has a wonderful homely feel and the staff have always been fantastic, never making it feel cold or sterile and always being understanding of the parents feelings. Through from babies, toddlers and now preschool, the development activities are outstanding, the incorporation of all different cultures and backgrounds makes a great environment for young children. It will be very sad to say goodbye to the staff when we transition to school later this year but we are confident that my daughter will have a great start, due to the fantastic work the staff have done preparing them educationally as well as emotionally. Wouldn’t think twice about recommending this nursery, a real gem.
